真希望，所有在新学校里学习的小朋友都能够永远进步啊!如果学习环境好了，大家的成绩也同样没有什么提高，那不就对不起祖国，对不起老师，也对不起爸爸妈妈了么?

我是604班的蔡一婷。当我从在教室里从北窗往下望，在草丛上总能看到一些纸张，水瓶，破坏了学校的整洁，很不雅观。此外，我检查卫生时还发现曲水流觞中有一些彩纸、牛奶袋，污染了小河的水质，严重的话，还会威胁到小鱼的生命。这两件事十分来重：一、草丛上垃圾如果掉下去，压在泥土上，可能会影响植物的生长，破坏环境;二、曲水流觞本来就是给我们观赏，陶冶情操的，可是看到河水这么脏，也影响校容的美丽。三、河里的小鱼也是生命，污染了水源就是伤害了小鱼。

就此，我向学校提出几点建议：一、德育处让各班班主任对学生进行教育，学校的值周生也应对这些随意乱扔垃圾的同学进行扣分处理。二、学校的绿化管理员如发现草丛上有垃圾应及时处理掉，学生也养成你去我捡的好习惯。三、学校的老师、同学要及时制止，打扫包干区的人员最好把花坛、小河边也打扫一下。四、学校可勤换曲水流觞的水，学校保洁员也应在打扫卫生时用工具清走河中的垃圾。望学校德育处老师尽快实施，谢谢。
