When you lay on the beach comfortably, your phone rings. Then you have to go back to your office only to find an unimportant customer waiting for you. At that moment, you may even want to throw your phone away, for you just want to relax and get rid of your work.

However, whether you like the mobile phone or not, it has alresdy affected our lives and played an important role in the history of human beings.

My Opinion on Cheating in Examinations 我对考试作弊的看法

It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school.

As students, we often take examinations at school, but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us. On the other hand, some of us are lazy and dont work hard at their lessons. So when taking examinations, they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers.

In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools. We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations. Whats more, we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations.

I will be at grade two of middle school this term, I have a new plan. I want to start running after school. I am not very tall, I want to do the exercise to grow tall. I plan to run two rounds of the runway on the playground every day, which will be eight hundred meters. I wish I can be taller this term. Running is good for health too, I like running.

我这个学期就要升初二了，我有一个新计划。我想开始放学后跑步。我不是很高，我想通过锻炼来让自己长高。我计划每天在操场的跑道上跑两天，那就是800米。我希望这学期我能长更高。跑步也有益健康，我喜欢跑步。

There are many arguments about the advantages and disadvantages of examinations. Some people think that examinations can help them review the lessons regularly, while others maintain that too many examinations have frustrated them.

To me, I think an examination is a good thing for both teachers and students. Teachers can find out how much the students have grasped and then improve their teaching; students, on the other hand, will learn what their weak points are and then study even harder.

All in all, we should not waste time arguing whether examinations are good or not. What we should do is to try to improve the exam system and try to adjust it to our different requirements.

使人疲惫的往往不是远方的高山，而是你鞋里的一粒沙子!

面对这一粒沙子，有的人停止了脚步去抚慰磨的红红的脚趾;有的人磕去脚中的沙子，又毅然背起重重的行囊开始了新的征程。

不幸是弱者的无底深渊!

前世界台球冠军路易斯安那曾称霸世界十余年，无人能敌。然而，在一次比赛中由于一只苍蝇三次落到他正要击的球上，他竟然挥杆打苍蝇而触犯了规则以致输掉了比赛。第二天，人们在离比赛场地不远的地方发现了了他的尸体!

不幸，是弱者的无底深渊!一个生活中小小的挫折竟然击败了无人能敌的世界冠军。

朋友们，不要做一个自暴自弃，甘愿沉沦而被生活中的困扰打败的弱者。

张爱玲曾经说过：“人生是一袭华美的袍，上面爬满了虱子。”辉煌亮丽的人生时常充满了啮咬性的困扰，面对这些困扰你将怎样做呢?

古人告诉我们：“艰难困苦，玉汝于成。”萧伯纳说：“生命的道路在于把地狱变成天堂，把人变成上帝，在于那‘苦难的山谷’里点起一盏万年灯，普照大千世界。”史铁生告诉我们：“艰难和困惑就是生命本身，这是与生俱来的。否则人生岂不简单了吗?”尼克松说：“生活就是99个回合。”泰戈尔说：“如果你因失去了太阳而流泪，那么你也将失去群星了。”……

朋友们，风雨中这点痛算什么?黑暗过后必是黎明，阴霾散尽，依然溢彩流虹。对待困扰我们要泰然处之，不要因为一粒沙子而毁了我们的大好前程。
