冬爷爷来到发电厂，看见风力发电的机器不转了，于是他召来北风，顿时，发电厂外寒风刺骨，风力发电机却转地飞快，这时，许多家里都来了电，暖气又开始运转，家里又传来了小朋友一阵阵的欢笑声。

冬爷爷给了我们许多礼物，但他只想看到我们欢快的笑脸。
