从两年前开始，你们就进入了我是视线范围，我没日没夜都在思考着怎样才能让你们既过得快乐，又得到知识与能力的提高。别的老师总说我对你们太多仁慈了，每每有同学犯了错误，被叫到我的.办公室教育后，总有老师摇着头安慰我说：“快了，还有一年半，那是你就解脱了。”孩子们，你们听得懂这句话背后的含义吗?还有一年半你们就毕业了，离开这里，而我则即将迎来新的面孔，那时候的他们也许会比你们优秀。我不止一次因为生气说过：让你们珍惜时间，做任何事情都要对得起自己，不要为了蒙骗我而去抄作业，为了一时的快乐而偷懒，我不需要你们为我负责。你们不交作业我不在乎，你们少交一本，我就多几分钟休息时间。可是，孩子们，说老实话，老师很在意你们一举一动。两年多的相处是有感情的，我把你们当成了亲人，花在你们身上的时间比与家人相处的时间多太多了，那一句句不在乎，不过是气话罢了。

本来，我也不想唠叨这么多，但是，你们的表现一次次伤了我的心。星期三那天上公开课，你们的表现让我颜面无存，举手的人是那么的少，发言声音是那么的小，要站姿没有站姿，要落落大方地表达更加没有。你们，当然也包括我，遭到批评是那么的理所当然。我是否得到表扬关键是在于你们。当然，这也不是说我时时刻刻都在期待着得到表扬，可是我相信每个人都是希望得到别人赞美与肯定的。我很用心地教你们，希望付出有收获是一种天性。但是，我更在乎的是你们，你们表现得好，说明你们进步了，能力得到了提高，又将为你们构建美好的未来多一块垫脚石。成功不是一成而就的，都必须靠这一点一滴的积累。

星期三上完课以后，我对你们进行了批评教育，也开始了朗读训练。效果是有的，你们课堂读书的水平有了很大的提高，老师在这里必须强调的是“课堂”，一下课，“南谱”就出来了，表达总是断断续续，没有说完整的话，翘舌音、拖读现象更是随处可见。我真心希望你们能时时刻刻提醒自己说合格的普通话，这真的太重要了，对以后升学、就业有着直接的关系。

想说一说作业，你们的作业完成得很糟糕，第一点必须要指出来的便是部分同学不交作业，偷工减料的大有人在，在这里不一一点名指出，我不说不代表我不知道，希望这些同学能认真对待作业，特别是要求回家“读”的作业。其次，抄作业现象严重，有一天早上我很早便到了教室，看到了另我生气的一幕，我也希望从今天开始你们不要再抄作业了，答案老师都懂的，你们这样敷衍老师一点必要都没有，害了是自己，这里也提醒成绩好的同学不要把你的作业给别人抄，你们这是在犯罪。第三点，我想说说我们班的班干，我很早就已经把班里所有的事情清清楚楚地告诉了你们，比如一来到学校请廖智勇帮开电脑，全班同学进行每日积累，值日生打扫清洁区，早读过后由相应的组长安排工作进行抬餐。这两样工作完成得都不好，清洁区总有部分人忘记去打扫，几乎每天我都要到教室提醒，抬早餐工作还可以，可是分餐却没有人自觉，吃完早餐后抬碗、扫地、拖地、擦桌子等工作更是完成得非常糟糕，难道真的要我像抬午餐一样，每一项工作都分得清清楚楚吗?午餐过后的打扫教室、倒垃圾工作完成得也不理想，这里我表扬陈明杰，他打扫教室那天完成得很漂亮，而其他人呢?请思考。晚上放学时打扫教室我也得提醒，我以前就说过，要是你有训练等任务，一定要提前和别人换好劳动，比如说你星期一扫教室，可是你要去训练，那么你可以和星期二的某个同学换，切记不要丢下自己分内的工作，增加别人的负担。除此之外，出操时说话，课前静息没人做，眼操没人做，老师没到教室时教室噪杂一遍……说了这么多，我就是想问问我们的班干，你们都干什么去了?没人做这些事情，两位班长不应该提醒吗?其他班干难道不是自己分内的事就不理了吗?我们难道不是一家人吗?还是你们就想生活在垃圾堆里?生活在闹市里?

有很多同学喜欢笑别人，别人回答问题不好笑别人，别人被批评笑别人，还在说风凉话，幸灾乐祸，我想问问你们，你们知道“尊重”两个字怎么写吗?我们要时刻反思自己的言行举止。

一年一度的教师节马上要来了，同学们心中自有数不清的话要说——老师，您就像园丁，呵护我们这些祖国的花朵；老师，您就像久旱的甘露，滋润着我们，让我们吸取了不少知识；老师，您就像一支蜡烛，默默地奉献着；老师，您就像……

一说到教师节，就很容易想起连续两年教我们的张老师。张老师就像老小孩，总是笑呵呵的，给人一种亲切、和蔼的感觉。张老师上课的时候经常咳嗽，一开始我没怎么注意，直到有一天，细心的同桌何秀秀对我说：“雯婕，你知道不，张老师经常吃药，还经常仰起头滴药水，哎！”“真的？我平常很少注意！”经秀秀这么一提，我猛然想起老师有时候在上课前会拿好一个小小的白色瓶子和一壶水，然后吃下什么东西过后再上课。“我问过老师，张老师说她的心脏不好，眼睛有些老花了，再加上常年的咽喉炎，所以，身边常备好药。”何秀秀一脸担心的样子，“老师这样上课多么辛苦啊！”我听着秀秀说的话，心想：张老师对我们可真好，我们得更努力学习啊。

还有一次，张老师的手不知怎么破了一条口子，有两厘米长。可老师要用粉笔上课啊，老师总是写几个字，就把手放到嘴边吹吹，那粉笔灰能是一般人忍受的吗？我恍然大悟：张老师教了那么多年书，粉笔灰吸了不少，能不咳嗽吗？张老师为了教好学生才会这样啊！

一幕一幕，张老师的点点滴滴在我眼前回放，在今天这个特殊的日子里，我只想对老师们说那句最简单的话语：“老师，教师节快乐！”

转眼间六年的时光就这样过去了，我刚踏上了学校的大门，虽然我上了初中，可是我还是忘不了你们。

唐教师是我一到四年级的班主任，您对我们很严格，记得有一次我没做完作业，您把我拉到了办公室大批了一顿。那是，我十分的不喜欢您，可是此刻想起来，我觉得您做得对，如果那次您放了我一马，我将会一向不做作业，最终成为一个差等生。正是因为您那次批评了我，我才不会发生类似于这样的事。

吴教师是我五到六年级的班主任，吴教师不像唐教师那样严厉，可是有时侯也会发一点脾气，比如如果我们考试考差了，就会批评我们。

此刻我上了初中，有了一位新的班主任——刘教师，班主任刘教师对我们很好。初中教师的教学方法和小学教师的教学方法相比是初中教师上课的速度快，并且作业也多了。科学课和数学课是我最喜欢的课了，因为科学课能够让我们用各种仪器做实验，而数学课是我从小喜欢的课。初中还有很多跟小学不一样的地方，比如大课间出校门能够买东西吃，体育课是男女分开上的，电脑课要带些套等等，太多太多。

一直想跟您深入的交流，无奈您平日里很忙，我的课时也多，总是对不上时间，想写这封信给您，也知道可能您看不到。

我来咱们学校实习已经三个多月了，您是我最敬佩的一个老师。

起初我只是觉得您很严厉，很干练。不论是说话、办事还是教学，我特别羡慕范老师有一个像您这样的指导老师，如果说工作时间长了的都会多少产生职业倦怠，那么您真的让我们这些初登讲台的实习教师汗颜。

我们几个实习老师在教了这么长时间还经常在私下抱怨，然后对咱们学校某些工作热情不怎么高的老师表示理解，因为学生本来就不争气，教了三个月就烦的不行了，更何况是教了十年二十年的老教师呢。我现在除了教初二三个班的历史还要带初一一个班的语文，实习班主任我也觉得事多的不行，我感觉特别累，尤其是接了初一的语文，真的把我打击地够呛，想想都发愁，后来别的老师告诉我这个班的语文是全县倒数第一，我更是觉得无力，每天语文课都懈怠的不行。我从期中考试结束后正式接手这个班，到现在，我只讲了一课，其余时间不是在给他们巩固复习以前的基础知识就是在上班会课进行思想品德教育，我坚信纪律不好其他都不行。很多次我都不想教了，因为太多人小学拼音掌握的都不好。我平常会抽时间上去检查一下纪律，发现有任课老师上课就出去打电话了，我就更受打击。这以前在我们中学，都可以算是教学事故的。不过每次看到您值班，我觉得您很不容易。我不知道您如何兼顾家庭和学校，经常在学校里见到您，总是觉得不管好初一这个班，真是对不起您。

很抱歉的是我也跟学生动手，罚蹲。我看他们也觉得很可怜，我也想素质教育，可是连最最基本的及格都达不到还怎么素质教育?我有时候特别矛盾，从这学期开始的时候教初二历史，及格的没几个，六十分的都少，大多是二三十分，可历史满分是一百。初一的语文120分满分，语基和作文加一起能考五十分的极少，第一名也才80出头，其中作弊的有一大半。作为语文老师真是欲哭无泪。

关于考试作弊，说实话我觉得是咱们学校的部分老师在纵容学生作弊，初二的已经形成习惯，很难改掉。在您上次例会提到要严查考试作弊，很多老师都不说话，这也能理解啊，因为我们实习生作为监考老师从开始的时候和咱们学校的老师一起眼睁睁地看着学生作弊到现在开始抓作弊现象，也知道监考老师的不易，管的太严了，学生成绩万一考得太差，班主任和任课老师肯定面子上挂不住。另外学校关于考试作弊的惩罚太轻了，以前是抓到就抓到，无所谓，甚至连班主任都不知道自己的学生在别的考场因为作弊被抓，上次您提出来以后，也只是通报了，并没有什么威慑力，考试是否严格，其实很大程度上在于老师，必须要让老师严管学生才行，如果监考老师睁一只眼闭一只眼，学生就会觉得不抄的就是傻子。我每天在教室的时候会经常怀念自己中学的时候，我们当时的年级主任是我们班的语文老师，和您一样严厉。这么多年过去，很多任课老师都已经忘记了，只有她我还记得很清楚，她是那种眼里不揉沙子的人，我记得那个时候同学犯点什么错就怕传到她那里，在我们印象里她绝对是小错当大错处理，尤其是考试作弊的，可能她比较能说，骂人的词也特别多，我现在骂学生的好多话都是跟她学的，虽然没有脏字，但是学生们都受不了。

我觉得很多事其实您心里比谁都明白，学校老师经常找我们几个实习老师帮忙上课，盯自习，值班，判卷子什么的，尤其是我们刚来的时候，的确什么都干，就差去食堂帮阿姨打饭了。我们开始觉得这是锻炼，后来也实在是忙不过来。不过您经常提出不让我们替其他老师上课，您亲自给我们几个实习老师安排谁负责判什么卷子，哪些不用我们，我们真的挺感动的。尤其是很多老师有什么事第一个想到的就是让我们实习生去替，有一次晚自习我在办公室坐着一个老师还进来问我怎么没去上自习，可是那天我就没有自习课，他疑惑路主任没安排你去?还很惊讶。其他实习老师都说也只有路主任您不什么事都安排我们实习生。在我们心里，您不仅严厉干练，而且公道正直，相信您的学生比我们更加敬重您，他们世界观人生观的养成，离不开您的教育。

可是，咱们学校像您这样的老师，恐怕没有第二个，我都觉得您挺累的。很多时候事必躬亲未必是好事，您做的越多，其他老师操心越少。我觉得您应该是多“管”，少做。而且咱们学校的很多老师，虽然图清闲，不想做班主任，但是他们具备做班主任的能力和责任心，这样的老师就应该担负一部分责任;而在班主任的队伍里，一些责任心较差，对学生要求低的老师，真的不适合做班主任。毕竟您也了解，咱们学校普通班的学生管理起来比较费劲，找一个没什么脾气的老师，怎么让学生敬畏?另外，您现在是初一年级的年级主任，一年级还有希望可以塑造好，有些纪律差、难管理的班级就应该及时拆了，等到初二，就真的管不了了。虽然说学生是一届不如一届，但是如果咱们学校的成绩和管理达不到严格、优秀，好学生的家长当然不会让孩子来咱们学校。

严师出高徒，在您身上不仅仅只是严厉，更是以德服人。剩下的这一个月时间，希望能跟您多多学习到更多的东西，有朝一日成为像您一样的教师。

放署假的两个月里我很想念你，尤其是当我得知你不再教大家时，心里愈加的想念你了，我多么期望你能再回来给大家上课呀!

还记得小学二年级开学时母亲问我：“赫赫，你的新班主任长什么样?”我说：“是一个漂亮的班主任。”“描述一下她的模样怎么样?”母亲说，我想了想说：“她朗诵课文时的声音非常漂亮。”就如此，在你那漂亮的朗诵声中，在你的关心中，在你的帮忙下，我从一个任性的小孩成为了一个勇敢的少年，从一个胆小不喜欢说话的女生变成了一颗“课堂活跃星”。

老师，有人说你像春蚕，有人说你像蜡烛，也有人说你像辛勤的园丁，可是我感觉你就在大家身边，离大家非常近非常近，有时你像大家的母亲，有时你像大家的大姐姐，还有时你就像大家的好朋友。
