轮到坏朋友里的大将——紧张化出场了，这个坏朋友呀，杀伤力可不是一般人能承受得起的，不过，跟它打仗，需要耐心和自信这两样宝物。每次音乐课，老师叫我唱歌时，它都会出现，害我平时唱得好好的歌曲一时间又找不到调了，唉，这场仗，还需要好好打

我有一个好朋友，他又高又帅，他喜欢穿一身黑色的衣服，那水汪汪的大眼睛一眨一眨的，充满了智慧。

他非常喜欢打篮球和跑步，尤其是篮球，每天晚上都要去金辉广场上篮球课，他每次上篮球课时都是很认真、很刻苦、很努力的，所以，他在我们班里篮球是数一数二的，还敢跟体育老师叫板比赛呢!

他还非常乐于助人，比如有一次我的小本子丢了，我急得都快哭了，他马上帮我找了起来，最后终于找到了。还有一次，我搬了一个很重很重的东西，搬得非常吃力，他急忙过来帮我一起搬，最后，我们俩一起把东西搬到了指定地方。

大家好，我叫乔洪，今年十一岁，身高150厘米，长着一个圆圆的苹果脸和微胖的身材，我的特点是“嘿嘿”一说三笑。

我爱好看书。家里的沙发上、书桌上、茶几上和床头上都放着我喜欢的书，甚至连卫生间也能见到一两本我的书。妈妈笑着说：“再看书，你的圆眼睛就变成扁的了。”可我就是不听，依然我行我素。当然，在看书的过程中，也有许多的小笑话。

有一次，我在小屋里看书，正看得兴致勃勃的时候，忽然间耳边传来妈妈的声音：“乔洪，把房间里妹妹的玩具拿过来给我洗洗。”我一听“哦”了一声，就随意拿了一件东西，一边读书，一边递给了妈妈，妈妈一看，“哈哈”笑了起来：“乔洪，你看书看呆了啊，我叫你拿玩具，你看你拿了什么？”我抬头一看，原来是把书桌上的茶杯拿过去了……妈妈捧腹大笑，我也不好意思的脸红了。

我体重有点超标。暑假中，我参加了一个篮球班，每次都练习得大汗淋漓。在锻炼的同时，也使我的体重有所下降，我身上的肌肉更结实有力了。从此我喜欢上了打篮球。
