时间无限历史不息，世间万物的内部矛盾所推动变更不止，且又相承相续，唯其相承相继才有了“天行有常”的启示，唯其变更不止故而少不了人们心智的相应的变化，自有规则的一天起改规则也就相应地发生，上古至今可有一规则通古今的，可有一教化常用常准的，即若有也必为今后之时代所更易，定无永存之理。

然而我也不能仅以自己的判定而否认了规则的永存，判定犹出于主观而事实则无可争议。

本着治世不一道便国不法古的信念，商君以无所不为的勇气大更秦法，不但使秦国大为强盛，诛死六国，统我中国而为一，更是实现了社会形态的前进，其不为变法之效用则何?

综观古今中外，进步总是与变革相随的，而规则之更立则为其变革中之大举动，拿破仑于无名之中崛起，于战火中立身，既得法兰西国土更让其他国家臣服，其所急之事无他，唯更立规则，于是便有《拿破仑法典》等诸多新规则的颁步，仅此可称拿破仑氏为一智者，他深知欲进步则规则必不可存留，改立新规实为进步之大保障。

第三篇：破除潜规则

有这么一则故事引发的争议，也许是对当前社会最好的隐喻。有个船主，让漆工给船涂漆。漆工涂好船后，顺便将船上的漏洞补好了。不久，船主以漆工补漏救了船工生命为由，又要送漆工一笔钱。漆工以举手之劳而婉拒。

话题作文一般由“引入性材料+阐释性话语+话题核心词+写作要求”构成。 “材料”主要用来引出话题，同时对话题的走向起导向和提示作用;“提示语”主要是启发审题立意，打开写作思路;“要求”则是写作时注意的事项，写作时不可 轻视。话题作文审题包括：审材料，审提示，审话题，审要求。最关键的是审话题，包括审准话题的写作范围与写作重点。

⑴单个词语型话题：其话题本身是一个字或词语。名词要注意 其本义，引申义和比喻义。如：“脸”本义“人脸部”，引申义“表情，情感”(妈妈的脸指妈妈的关爱)，比喻义“面貌”(城市的脸)。形容词与动词话题，写 作时根据立意，补出主语或宾语后，按后面的主谓短语和动宾短语的方法确定写作范围与重点。

⑵偏正短语型话题：正部是写作的重点，偏部限定写作范围。如：生存的智慧，“智慧”是写作的重点，“生存”限定写作范围，即“智慧”只能是“生存”方面的“智慧”。

⑶动宾短语型话题：动词是写作的重点，宾语是论述的对象范围。如：战胜诱惑，“战胜”

是写作的重点(为什么要战胜，怎么样战胜)，“诱惑”限定战胜的对象只能是“诱惑”而不是别的。

⑷主谓短语型话题：谓语是写作的重点，主语表示谓语论述的对象。如：答案丰富多彩，“丰富多彩”是写作的重点，“答案”则限制丰富多彩的对象只能是“答案”，而不是别的事物。

⑸并列短语型话题：主要是关系型话题，写作时以一者为主，两个方面对比贯穿全文。关系型话题的主要关系有：①依存关系，如《看到自己与看到别人》;②主次关系《自我认识与他人期望》;③取舍关系，如《材与非材》;④条件关系，如《人文素养与自我发展》。

⑹完整句子型话题：以谓语为写作重点，同时注意主语，宾语和修饰语对对象和范围的限制。如：细节决定成败，谓语“决定”是写作重点(为什么决定，怎么样决定)，“细节”“成败”则表示“决定”的范围对象。

特别强调：审题时，要注意话题中的词语的本义、比喻义、引伸义或其它特殊意义。深入准确地挖掘这些含义，往往会适使文章立意深远深刻。

An old story goes that once there were four single men, leading very boring lives. None of them were married, or had lovers, or did anything exciting. They just sat around all day and played Mahjong.

One day they played Mahjong from 11 in the morning until 11 at night. During the game, no matter who won, the winning card was always the four columns card (the card shows four independent, parallel columns in two lines). Even more of a coincidence, it was Nov 11, or 11/11. In order to commemorate the day, they nicknamed it Singles Day.
