第一篇：规则的重要

“当一切的规范和禁忌都不存在的时候，你离邪恶有多远?”这是恐怖片《隐身人》海报上的一句话。一个透明的人面对那不透明的世界时，潜伏在其心底沉睡的欲望开始苏醒，于是，就有了那个邪恶的隐身人以及这部惊悚的影片。

真正的不安并不来自于片中的可怕情节，而是来自于我对自我的拷问，“当没有任何规则制约时，你会做坏事吗?”我的答案竟是：我会!这是源自人性之下的潜伏的欲念，也许外面每个人心底都静置着邪恶，而禁锢邪恶的束缚一旦开启，那么就有了人类历史上诸多暴行。

我认为，人类文明的根本象征在于控制欲望，这也是人类摆脱野蛮的标志。起先对于欲念的压制来源于道德，这是一种来自人类长久社会活动中积累的理念，明白什么事该做，什么事不该做。这是我国古代儒学的中心之道，但古人云：无德必之，唯德必危。这就是说，没有强制的道德是苍白无力的。从这一点上说，法家倡导的“以法治国”才是治理社会的方法，儒家所谓“以德治国”只是一种“乌托邦”式的理想。

我们无法抑制欲念的衍生和流动，却可以约束由欲念产生的行为，这就是建立在道德基础上的规则。我们的邪念可能将某种道德颠覆了千次万次，但带有惩罚性的规则使得邪念无从迸发，并扶正着道德之树，从而形成了法制社会。可谓“人性本恶，而人行总善。”

正如《麦田守望者》中斯宾塞先生对霍尔顿所说：“人生就是一场球赛，我们却要遵守每一项这样或那样的规则。”是的，我们生存在这个社会，参加这样的“球赛”，就只有遵守所谓“规则”。

第二篇：可变的规则

“不以规矩，不成方圆”，孟氏教导子孙们小心谨记，谨记之甚，似生出了规矩既立则不可改易的道理，口中念念着孔氏“也无常理”的教诲却终究没有大行变法的胆量。

记得黑格尔似曾有关于传统的论述，黑氏认为规则与传统有相似之处，即其均为众人遵守且随时代的沿革而有存有改，即其论述中所提到的“传统与规则都有膨胀的属性。”

在我看来黑氏所言甚当，世易时移万物万事岂有不改之理。

时间无限历史不息，世间万物的内部矛盾所推动变更不止，且又相承相续，唯其相承相继才有了“天行有常”的启示，唯其变更不止故而少不了人们心智的相应的变化，自有规则的一天起改规则也就相应地发生，上古至今可有一规则通古今的，可有一教化常用常准的，即若有也必为今后之时代所更易，定无永存之理。

然而我也不能仅以自己的判定而否认了规则的永存，判定犹出于主观而事实则无可争议。

本着治世不一道便国不法古的信念，商君以无所不为的勇气大更秦法，不但使秦国大为强盛，诛死六国，统我中国而为一，更是实现了社会形态的前进，其不为变法之效用则何?

综观古今中外，进步总是与变革相随的，而规则之更立则为其变革中之大举动，拿破仑于无名之中崛起，于战火中立身，既得法兰西国土更让其他国家臣服，其所急之事无他，唯更立规则，于是便有《拿破仑法典》等诸多新规则的颁步，仅此可称拿破仑氏为一智者，他深知欲进步则规则必不可存留，改立新规实为进步之大保障。

《易经》中早有“变则通”的道理，而其反面之一大例证则首推清王朝之以不变而亡，这便是墨守成规不思革新的恶果，实可诫而不可循。

如今我们加入世界贸组织，其借以优化我国市场秩序的绝佳机会，我国也深明此机遇，顺应时代，革新前进，必有通且久的效用。

自从人们以墨守为贬义词开始便是于对规则认识上的长足进步，不固守，思改进，倘求永存之规则，则可变之规则方为其规则是也。

第三篇：破除潜规则

有这么一则故事引发的争议，也许是对当前社会最好的隐喻。有个船主，让漆工给船涂漆。漆工涂好船后，顺便将船上的漏洞补好了。不久，船主以漆工补漏救了船工生命为由，又要送漆工一笔钱。漆工以举手之劳而婉拒。

船主该不该送漆工钱引发的争议，这实际上是两个思维体系、话语体系的碰撞。如果是在当下流行的“潜规则”话语体系里，漆工只要将船油漆得光鲜亮丽，就算是完成了本分任务，完全无义务再给船只补漏。补漏，算是给船主额外的帮忙，当然需要船主的“意思意思”，否则船主就是有“不懂事”的嫌疑了，不给些金钱润滑，你能保证下次出海能安全吗?

而在一个尊崇常识、悲悯人性的社会中，船工看到船有漏洞，会下意识的自觉去补上。我们都知道，出海行船半条命，要冒极大的危险的。因此，堵住漏洞、避免船毁人亡，是一个正常人、一个正常社会应普遍遵循的普世价值，没有必要因举手之劳堵住漏洞而接受船主额外的馈赠。相反，如果接受了这一大笔钱，反而是对生命尊重的亵渎。

自从吴思先生本世纪初所著的《潜规则》一书问世后，可谓揭开了一个隐秘江湖世界的丛林法则。在当下，制约人们行为的不是遵循普世价值的明规则，而是要时刻记住的“潜规则”。在演艺圈，年轻的女演员想要早日成名，往往要付出其“演技”以外的代价;在足球圈，普通球员要想成大牌球星，要付出训练之外的代价;在官场，普通小职员要想不断进步，就要遵循工作之外的规则，要向上级积极供奉“陋规”和“常例”。在这种风气熏染下，一些正常的行为，反而被认作不正常。一些本认为应该是常识的事情，就被过分的诠释与注水。如同2008年曝出的三聚氰胺奶粉事件后，109家奶制品企业集体宣布要确保质量与诚信。最基本的要求，却变成了最高的准则。这就如同网上一些正常扶危济贫，就动辄被网民誉为“最美……”一样可笑，同样也是缺乏常识的体现，充其量是一种“庸众的胜利”。
