成立领导小组处理历年基建遗留问题

针对“领导班子的核心作用发挥不够”问题，省委党校持续深入学习贯彻全国党校工作会议精神;校院委领导班子成员广泛开展了交心通气，增强班子成员团结协作的意识;班子长期不和的部门的主要负责同志，由领导职务调整为非领导职务并调到其他部门工作。

省委党校认真贯彻《党政领导干部选拔任用条例》及上级相关规程，修订完善《校院行政部门处级干部选拔任用工作办法》和《校院教研教辅部门领导干部选聘工作办法》，规范校院干部选拔任用程序，以解决“干部群众对选人用人工作的强烈不满”问题。

针对“基建工程和政府采购违规问题突出”问题，该单位成立了处理历年基建遗留问题领导小组;聘请工程造价咨询公司对尚未完成工程结算和财务决算的基建工程项目进行审核;建立和完善校院政府采购和校院内部采购招投标制度;对长期负责基建工作20多年没有进行轮岗的同志进行岗位调整。

省委党校对“监督执纪失之于宽松软”问题进行了整改。其中，“个别领导干部作风粗暴、殴打下属，影响恶劣”问题，校院常务副校院长对该同志诫勉谈话，开展批评教育。

针对“执行组织纪律不严格”问题，省委党校对违规出境干部作出党纪处分意见;对2014年、2015年、2016年抽查未按要求填报的干部进行相应处理;认真核查干部档案。

针对“违反中央八项规定精神依然存在”问题，省委党校继续加大对中央八项规定、省委《实施细则》精神的落实及干部作风建设方面的监督检查，严格执行中央八项规定精神，坚决防止“四风”问题“反弹”和“回潮”。

省安全生产监督管理局

责令清退违规发放的春节利是50.22万元

针对“落实国家安全监管总局有关工作部署不力”问题，该局采取有力措施抓好整改，一方面，突出对粉尘涉爆企业事故多发问题的整治;另一方面，认真吸取教训，举一反三，狠抓各行业领域生产安全隐患大整治。

针对“领导班子凝聚力、战斗力不够强”问题，省安全生产监督管理局加强学习，始终坚持以习近平总书记全面从严治党的要求加强党组建设;坚持民主集中制，提高班子科学决策水平;严格组织生活制度，增强班子活力和凝聚力;强化制度机制，提升自我约束能力;狠抓作风建设，强化班子责任担当。

“未经批复定点国家危化基地”问题正在整改。该局就湛江危化品应急救援基地建设问题向省委、省政府呈报了报告，并按省领导批示要求立行立改。进一步加强与国家总局等有关方面沟通协调，争取将湛江、茂名危险化学品应急救援基地纳入国家级基地建设计划。

该局对“执行中央八项规定精神不严”问题进行了整改。其中，针对“省安全生产技术中心违规发放春节利是”问题，局党组责令省安全生产技术中心于2016年10月19日全部清退所发款项和金额共50.22万元;针对“擅自变出国培训路线”问题，省直纪工委和机关纪委已分别给予省安全生产技术中心两名责任人党内严重警告处分;针对“涉嫌以采购办公用品名义购买烟酒物品问题”问题，省安全生产技术中心已中止与相关供应商的采购行为，修订《办公设备和文具用品管理办法》，严格规范采购程序，杜绝发生类似问题。

College is always considered as a turning point in our educational career and life. I would use adaptationas the key word when describing my first year at college.

As we enter a new school, we first have to adapt a new environment and meet new people.As we leave home and move into the school dormitory, we need to learn to live and get along with other people who have different living habit. And as we start a higher level education, we need to adopt a new way of study. Teachers are no more like the ones in high school that will push us to learn.

Instead, we have more options and spare time to do what we want.

I am glad that I have overcome the difficulties and adapted the new life of college. I have achieved a lot more than I expected at my first year of college. First of all, I have made new friends who share the same hobbies and met new teachers who inspire me in all way. Secondly, I have become more independent. I have got used to a new way of study and often study different things by myself. I can take care of myselfwithout parents being by my side all the time. It has helped me not to waste time and turned me into a well-organized person.

My first year at college is excellent and I really appreciate all that I have learnt this year.

As we know, many people favor the idea that the University life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my University life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.

Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in University. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons .When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay in the library.

Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate parents’ burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. You can see that study brings me knowledge, student activities improve myself, library changes my horizons, the others things make me independent. They get all my abilities trained. And I see that the chance will come only if you have a prepared mind, so I’m sure that I can achieve my dreams in University life.

1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I

was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so

strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during

class time,she asked me to buy that bland sugar one peice for everyone.in my

opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in

school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played

football,she must get the ball back to her office.someone who was to be in love

was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found

by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior

middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i

liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she

asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas

every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat

Our school life

Our shool is big and nice.There are about one thousand students in our school. Every day we have four lessons in the morning and three lessons in the afternoon. Our morning lessons begin at half past eight and we finish school at four oclock We take the same subjects at school. Such as Chinese, maths, Englsh, PE and so on.The school day is long. But we love our school life.

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.
