省委党校认真贯彻《党政领导干部选拔任用条例》及上级相关规程，修订完善《校院行政部门处级干部选拔任用工作办法》和《校院教研教辅部门领导干部选聘工作办法》，规范校院干部选拔任用程序，以解决“干部群众对选人用人工作的强烈不满”问题。

针对“基建工程和政府采购违规问题突出”问题，该单位成立了处理历年基建遗留问题领导小组;聘请工程造价咨询公司对尚未完成工程结算和财务决算的基建工程项目进行审核;建立和完善校院政府采购和校院内部采购招投标制度;对长期负责基建工作20多年没有进行轮岗的同志进行岗位调整。

省委党校对“监督执纪失之于宽松软”问题进行了整改。其中，“个别领导干部作风粗暴、殴打下属，影响恶劣”问题，校院常务副校院长对该同志诫勉谈话，开展批评教育。
