当你四顾茫然时，请不要急躁，路永远都在自己的脚下。对于很多年轻的北大人来说，缺少的往往不是雄心壮志，而是“守正笃实，久久为功”的精神。在今天这堂开学第一课上，我想送给各位新同学的，也正是这八个字。

守正，就要有主心骨。做人不能没有主心骨。没有挺拔的脊梁，再光鲜亮丽的外表也只是浮华，一个人没有精气神，没有积极向上的价值观，这个人是立不起来的。1919年7月，北大教授胡适在“少年中国学会”演讲时，提到三种人生观是“少年中国”的“仇敌”：“第一种是醉生梦死的无意识生活，第二种是退缩的人生观，第三种是野心的投机主义。”虽然时代已经改变，但这三种错误的人生观并没有完全失去市场，仍然值得我们警惕。希望同学们把人生的扣子从一开始就扣好，传承和发扬北大精神，积攒和激发正能量，铸就守正、刚毅的主心骨，再来观察社会万象、制订人生规划，那时对一切疑惑和彷徨就会洞若观火、清澈明了，也自然能作出正确的判断和选择。

笃实，就是要脚踏实地，埋头苦干。不同的人生阶段，有不同的主题。现在同学们来到北大，未来几年的主题毫无疑问应当是“求学”，研究学问最要紧的是踏实、勤奋，是老老实实、一丝不苟的态度和苦学、苦干、苦熬的工夫。蔡元培先生1917年就任北大校长时说：“大学者，研究高深学问者也。”他希望同学们“抱定宗旨，为求学而来”。今天的北大，学科齐全，大师云集，文理医工交融并蓄，学术资源得天独厚。大学阶段是学习的黄金时期，请同学们务必珍惜。北大提倡博雅教育，希望同学们不要囿于一隅，处理好“专”与“博”的关系，抓住可以利用的时间广泛涉猎，研习古今中外的经典。未来几年是大家打基础的阶段，既是打学问的基础，也是打人生的基础，这个基础要宽一点、厚一点、深一点才好。比如，近年来，学校专门开设了“才斋讲堂”，邀请各学科的名师大家举办讲座，就是希望帮助同学们打开视野，促进学科之间的交叉研究。

有的同学说，北大重视基础学科，强调基本功的训练，这固然是好，可在将来就业的时候用处恐怕不大。其实，看似“没用”的知识可能是最“有用”的，基础扎实、博采众长的人才有无穷的后劲。前不久，有一篇文章在微信朋友圈里很火，题目叫《一只海绵的自我修养》。作者是我校数学学院的毕业生，经过十年数学竞赛训练和四年数院学习的她，毕业之后直接选择了就业，她喜欢文化创意，所以到了一家着名的国际广告公司工作。不到一年，她成为同批入职的同事中第一个升职的。这个“跨界”的过程当然不是一帆风顺的，文章中说“我不是没有质疑过自己，但意志力无非就是两件事：别回头，别低头。应该做一只小海绵，别管自己有理没理，你就去吸收，吸进去，不好的吐出来，吸进去，再吐出来。”在经常被问到“学数学对工作有什么用”时，作者以实际经历告诉师弟师妹——“凡有所学，皆成性格”。

读到这名毕业生初入职场的心得感悟，我很感动，也很欣慰。北大培养人才，重在“道”而不在“术”，重在“打通”而不在“隔断”，这就是博雅教育的精髓。同时，这位校友的故事也说明，人生选择题的答案不是唯一的，只要坚信自己的选择，笃实、苦干，条条大路都能通向罗马。

久久为功，就是要有“咬定青山不放松”的定力，有持之以恒的毅力。在追逐梦想的道路上，不可能总是一帆风顺的，难免遇到荆棘坎坷。不能见风就是雨，不能当墙头芦苇，头重脚轻根底浅。如果这样，就做不了大学问、大事业。各位要想获得成功，就要付出比别人更多的艰辛和努力，希望各位同学要有踏石留印、抓铁有痕的劲头，不要目光短浅，为急功近利所驱动。

这里，我还想跟同学们分享1958级校友、敦煌研究院院长樊锦诗的人生故事。1963年，作为一个柔弱的女生，樊锦诗从北大考古专业毕业，她放弃留在大城市工作的机会，选择到千里之外的敦煌。她的父亲不同意这样的选择，还专门给学校写了一封信，但这封信最后还是被樊锦诗扣了下来。初到敦煌之时，她也有过犹豫动摇，因为“和北京相比，那里简直就不是同一个世界，到处是苍凉的黄沙。”但她坚持了下来，在敦煌已经坚守了51年。她说，“当年决定来敦煌并没有想到过干一辈子，只是觉得要找到一样自己喜欢干的事儿。干着干着就爱上了，就离不开了。现在，别说离开哪怕出差时间长点，就会想敦煌，想尽快回到敦煌。”

像樊锦诗这样守正笃实、久久为功的北大人还有很多，比如坚守在人迹罕至的西北边陲十余年如一日的邓稼先校友，比如潜心数学研究最终赢得世界尊敬的张益唐校友，比如不久前因长期超负荷工作，劳累过度，牺牲在岗位上的甘肃临洮县长柴生芳校友，还有刚刚去世的汤一介先生，他们从不随波逐流，始终坚守自己的理想，“事不避难，义不逃责”，宠辱不惊，处之泰然。

他们的事业之所以成功，人生之所以有意义，还因为他们志存高远，将个人选择同国家需要、人民利益和人类文明进步结合在一起。我们北大人，与生俱来就被赋予了“吾曹不出如苍生何”的历史使命感和理想主义情怀。正如中文系谢冕教授在《永远的校园》中所写：“北大人具有一种外界人很难把握的共同气质，他们为一种深沉的使命感所笼罩。今日的精英与明日的栋梁，今日的思考与明日的奉献，被无形的力量维系在一起”。

暑假期间，电视剧《历史转折中的邓小平》受到观众追捧。看过这部戏的同学应该知道，剧中有许多以北大为背景的情节。其中有这样一个场景：文革结束恢复高考后，在北京大学经济系的开学典礼上，老校长马寅初勉励新生们说：“你们来到这里，不仅为自己开创了一个完全不同的未来，同时还肩负着开创伟大祖国未来的使命。我衷心地希望，在不久的将来，能在你们当中看到共和国的部长、世界银行的行长、经济学的大师。”这段剧情经过了艺术的加工，但反映的情感却是真挚的，讲的这番话，振聋发聩，令人心潮澎湃。我自己也是1977年高考的亲历者，当时我们这批学生都十分珍惜来之不易的上学机会，如饥似渴地学习。而事实上，许多77级、78级学生日后成为了各行各业的领军人物，成为了国家改革发展的中流砥柱。

当然，胸怀大志的同时，也要着眼于小事情，从“扫一屋”做起，方能“扫天下”。中秋节当天，我看到了学生会发起的倡议，号召大家把自己的自行车规范停放。这几天我在学校里看到，在图书馆前，在宿舍旁，自行车都摆放得整整齐齐。看到这样的场景我很有感触，这是一件小事，但大家都做到了，不仅收获了整洁、安全和便捷，更从中汲取了正能量。天下难事，必作于易;天下大事，必作于细。注重细节、精益求精的北大人，才是永远立得住、打不败的北大人!

在201x年的2月18日，行知小学六年级的全体师生到十三中去了解了初中的学习生活，并观看了那里的学习环境。

我们六年级的同学，今天冒着大雪，步行到十三中，去举行一年一度的开学典礼。“哇！雪好大啊！”我们纷纷撑起雨伞，顿时，形成了一片伞的海洋。我们在谈天中，来到了十三中，“真是漂亮呢”我自言自语到。刚进大门，“团结、和谐、宽容、大气”这八个字便映入我的眼帘，过了一会儿，我们来到了三楼的小会议室，在十三中工作的杨老师等我们就位后，便开启了他的嗓门：同学们……老师们，大家好！欢迎来到我们十三中，我很荣幸今天能代表……”杨老师简单地介绍了他们的十三中后，便开始讲起了每个月的具体活动。只听台下一片“沙沙”声，许多同学都拿出了记录本。我从杨老师的话语和PPT中，了解到：十三中一共46个班，初一、二各十六个班，初三则14个班；十三中的学生每天都有自习时间……

过了一会儿，从我们行知小学毕业的学生：陈驰睿，给我们讲述了他的初中生活：一开始，当自习时，他有时会说说话，后来，则认识到时间的重要性，便不再说话，做小动作，开始认真做作业，为了放学后，能有更多的休息时间……

在一个多小时后，我们去参观了他们的操场，那时，操场上已经快要被雪覆盖了。望着远方的银白色，跑道上的线若隐若现，那操场比我们的操场大得多，还有专门的篮球场……

在今天的开学典礼中，我忘不了那八个大字，忘不了那片银白，更忘不了学哥的那番话，虽然，开学典礼已经结束，可，我还是那么，记忆犹新，仿佛，我前一刻才刚刚进入十三中的大门。

九月一日是我们开学的日子，但太阳偏偏躲进了云层里。一大清早，小伙伴们穿着校服，戴着红领巾，高高兴兴地走进了校门。

8点整，开学典礼终于开始呢！瞧！主席台上，校长、主任、学生代表正面带微笑地向我们招手呢！

接着，胡校长精神抖擞地把少总部旗帜授予少总部总大队长谢晓晨同学。紧接着学生代表尹晗·夏露分别作了假期总结和新学期打算的发言。那甜美的语调真把大家的神思带到了一个美妙的境界。最后，王主任热情洋溢地作了新学期工作安排……

开学典礼就这样结束了。展望新学期，我一定不会辜负家长和老师的期望，让自己的成绩更上一层楼。

全班同学跟随老师来到了十三中中学的四楼小会议厅举行初二第二学期的开学典礼。

典礼开始，全体同学跟着音乐响亮地唱起了国歌。唱完后，十三中所派出的代表陈老师为同学们介绍起了十三中。

陈老师说：“十三中是一所杭州市一流的中学，里面有很多各科专业的老师为学生辅导功课和作业。并在初一阶段，会有来自澳大利亚的老师来上课。十三中还有两所分校，现在呢，我们所在的十三中是总校。初一有十四个班级，初二有十二个班级，初三有十四个班级，总共有五十个班级。我校还有很多大型活动，比如啊，初一的学生会有军训，体验五天，还有，初一的学生还可以去乡村生活，出去拔野草.杂草等，还有挖番薯，野炊.野营等。还比如每一年都会有运动会，有的是在自己学校，有的是三所十三中一起在黄龙体育中心开赛。

这时，周子艾信心满满地走了上去，跟老师一样，他也先把这个鸡蛋上上下下打量了半天，然后慢慢地拿起来，轻轻地先试敲了一下，再使劲一砸，鸡蛋站了起来，但他依然不放心地敲了三下，鸡蛋稳稳地站了起来，我看得目瞪口呆，半天没反应过来。

其实，让鸡蛋站立曾经是哥伦布的一个小故事，只要能想到又能做到就是“哥伦布第二代！”

今天下午，学校举行了一次令我难忘的开学典礼。

首先，这次开学典礼的主持人——大队辅导员梁老师宣布：“20**学年第2学期沙湾镇实验小学开学典礼，现在开始！”话音刚落，便响起了热烈的掌声，梁老师继续说：“这次开学典礼风两个环节，第一个环节有方老师继续为我们上礼仪课堂，第二个环节有同学们表演节目。现在请方老师继续为我们讲礼仪课堂。”在这堂课上，我们学会了一些礼仪的细节，比如坐姿，站姿等等。

接着就是同学们表演的环节，现有三个1年级的小书生为我们表演快板《七尺巷》，不过里面有个小插曲：正说到一半的时候，一个小书生的快板甩着甩着散了。这个故事告诉我们要学会谦让，以及……表演的时候不要太兴奋或者太冲动。

随后，就是学校管乐队的队员为我们表演了《欢乐颂》，听得大家都入了迷，吹完后，一个队员还不忘调皮地乱吹了一通。

紧跟着就是学校醒狮队、龙队、武术队的同学的表演。虽然当时还是很冷，大概10度左右，可他们却穿着薄薄的演出服，还是背心！但他们的表演依旧那么精彩。

同学们表演完后，梁老师就宣布：“沙湾镇实验小学2015学年第2学期开学典礼到此结束！”话音刚落，又是一阵热烈的掌声。

这次开学典礼真令我难忘啊！

暑假的余热还没有完全褪去，新的一个学期已经悄悄来临，我又一次，也是最后一次，步入这所充满了许许多多回忆的校园，参加我在这所学校的最后一次开学典礼。

步入礼堂，最里面的墙上修建了攀岩壁，曾今的我们，一直在攀岩壁上锤炼攀登精神，攀岩壁的最顶端，镌刻着十六个大字：“一身正气，志存高远，同学天下，共托神州”，字迹苍劲有力，挺拔秀美，这是校长的手笔，是我们的校训。如今，我对着攀岩壁，默默的说了声，再见。

进场后，名誉校长潘多上台讲话致辞，这一次，我听得格外认真，普普通通的话语，对我而言，却是那么珍贵;

“自信、合作、竞技”是校长经常讲的话，如今，我要把它牢牢地记在心里，永远不能忘记。因为，你的身旁有许多的身影匆匆而过，有的落在了后面，有的超越了你，但你不能轻言放弃，记得我们的老师经常吧这句话挂在嘴边，风风雨雨算得了什么，挫挫折折权当小小的磨难。

你决不满足于点滴的成绩，你不会沾沾自喜于一两次考试，胸中有丘壑，壮志达青云，你的心中挥舞着有力的拳头，你在心底在为自己鼓气呐喊，全力以赴，成功!

退场时，我又回过头望了望攀岩石，着最后一次的开学典礼，既是我在这个学校的最后一次，还是我整个初中生涯的最后一次开学典礼，所以，这次的开学典礼，我永世不忘。

这个礼拜的星期三，我们学校举行了一场别开生面的开学典礼。

先是主持人朱宇飞甜甜地说：“文渊小学开学典礼‘我自信，我成功’的活动仪式开始!升国旗!”我们整个学校的学生都热血沸腾，心潮澎湃，庄重地举起了自己的右手，目不转睛地看着徐徐上升的国旗。国旗升完了，那个甜甜的声音再次响起：唱国歌!“我们吹了，都激动地唱起了国歌。然后，就是吴老师上领操台发言，发言的内容就是关于自信。吴老师发言完了，接着就是新校长上台发言，我们都没看到过新校长，所以就踮起脚尖，升长脖子地向领操台望去。我们终于看到了新校长。新校长的发言也是自信内容。他说了句话使我至今不能忘记：“自信就是自己相信自己。连自己也不相信自己，其它人又怎么能相信你呢？”程校长发言完了，我们都使劲地鼓起掌来，掌声如排山倒海。最后，朱宇飞说要我们说出学校的口号，我们都迫不及待地喊了出来：“我自信，我阳光，我拼搏，我成功”不少同学还说了“耶”。

开学典礼完了，我却不会忘记星期三的开学典礼。
