Liu Kai is my classmate. He is a good student and always ready to help others.

One day on his way to school，he saw a little girl crossing the road. A car was coming towards her quickly and the girl was too frightened to move. The car nearly hit her. Just then LiuKai rushed up to her and caught her by the arm. The little girl was saved. She told him where she lived，and he took her home. When LiuKai hurried into the classroom，the teacher had already begun his lesson. He told the teacher why he was late. He was then praised for what he had done.

我的老家在七都岛上的一个小村。村口原来有一天清澈的小河。一出家门，就能看见。

妇女们都在河边洗衣服、洗头发。男人们在河里相互比赛游泳。小孩子们更是玩得不亦乐乎，光着两小脚丫，在小河里嬉戏。有时还用她们的小手在河里捞螺丝。小河的一个小角落里有许多的小虾。我常和姐姐一起在那里钓虾。用一点肉系在钓绳上，往河里一扔。不一会儿，小虾就上钩了。

8岁时，我搬离了这里，但我爷爷奶奶还住在这里。我因为上小学了，很少回老家看看。

2年后，有一次我回老家。本想和隔壁的宝儿去捞螺丝的。可宝儿说这里的水已经不像以前那么干净了，螺丝不能再生存下去了。男子们也不再游泳了，除了妇女现在还在这里洗洗衣服。

又过了一年，我回到老家，小河不再干净了，比上一次来的时候更糟糕了。我问宝儿，宝儿说是被几年前刚建的工厂里排放出来的物质给弄的。宝儿的妈妈听到我们的对话从里屋走了出来，特别生气，说：真是的，好好的一条小河被弄成这样。本来还能在河边洗衣服的。现在连洗桌布都不敢洗！怕染上病。宝儿在那里喂鸡，说道：哎！本想再和老李比比游泳，现在看来是不可能了。

13岁那年，我回到老家时。门前的小河已脏得不行了，还飘出一阵阵的臭气。小河里生命最顽强的小虾也死了。童年在小河里玩耍的情景一点点的远去。只能留下深深的哀叹。

春，夏，秋，冬，这四季轮回，变化各异，我曾经好好观察过这四种不同的季节。

“春意盎然”这个成语用在春天中的田野，是最为恰当的，放眼望去，田野里一片黄澄澄的油菜花，好像金子一样，在阳光下闪闪发光。还有几个七八岁的小朋友在花丛中捉蝴蝶，真应了叶绍翁的那首诗：儿童急走追蝴蝶，飞入菜花无处寻。而田野前方的果园，景色又是不同，只见十来棵桃树，一排排，一列列地整齐伫立着，树枝纵横交错，上面还点缀着一朵朵粉红色，晶莹透亮的桃，真是美极了。

春姑娘的脚步刚刚离去，夏妹妹的足迹便踏上了人间。这时，骄阳似火，大地像要被烤熟了一样，呻吟似的冒着热气，人们的脸上无不流着大豆那般大小的汗珠，还不时抱怨一两声：“这鬼天气，太热了！”夏天，也是雷阵雨聚集的季节，在这时，狂风暴雨极为常见，而且大雨一下往往便是几个小时，雷声轰轰，让人不寒而粟。

秋天是一年中农夫们最为盼望的季节，因为秋天，是果实成熟，他们的辛勤劳动得到回报的时候，而这时果园的枝头上，也已是果实硕硕，水果一个个又大又红，让人垂涎欲滴。
