After a long cold winter when I have rarely been out on my bike, the weather has finally turned warmer and even sunny occasionally. Yesterday I had a surprise call from Tom suggesting we turn out for a short ride. This being my intention anyway I gladly agreed and we met up at Jiedaokou Station at about ten o’clock.

As Tom has a permanent Sunday Lunch appointment at 12-30pm we opted to make a round trip to Hannan . The weather was cloudy but dry and as we were both a bit out of condition after a long winter lay off we took the easy option of taking the train to Shiyan to get us on top of the ridge with an easy start for the trip.

A long coast down to Jiangtan and straight on to Mount End saw us climbing up to Zhongshan Park. The climb got stiffer but still Tom kept on riding. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .

看，春姑娘迈着轻盈的脚步来到世上，小河也渐渐地苏醒了。它伸了个懒腰说：“春天到了，又是一个美好的季节，我也应该珍惜这美好的春光！”说完，它便坐了起来，向前轻轻摇摆。小河走到花儿旁边，轻轻说：“小可爱们，该起床了！”花儿竟奇迹般的绽放开来，显得格外耀眼，像独自站在舞台中央的女主角，轻轻甩一下头发，就迷死了亿万观众。小河毫不空闲，它又拿起牙刷，刷起牙来。

夏公主也耐不住寂寞，脱着长长的风纱裙跑来了！小河被阳光照得很有精神，它又开始了它的工作。“啊……哈哈……！”这是谁呢？噢！原来是一群顽皮的小朋友。他们穿着短衣短裤向小河跑来了。活蹦乱跳下了小河，只见他们躺在小河里，一副悠闲自在的样子。而小河呢，很是开心，它终于有伴了，它开心的和小朋友们玩起了捉迷藏。

不知不觉，秋伯伯来了。它轻轻一挥手，树上的树叶飞舞飞舞了。看着农民伯伯忙着收稻谷的样子，小河得意洋洋地点了点头。秋伯伯又吹了吹，吹得小河旁边的枫树快乐的摇着手。为了庆祝秋天的到来，它们还特地举办了舞会呢！它们飞呀飞，飞到了小河里，它像一艘船，一艘沉重的船。小河为了使它前进，特地一吹，小船前进了……

终于，人们最喜欢的冬天来了。小河也很是喜欢。它欢呼着，小朋友更欢呼着。欢呼玩了，小朋友们又在打雪仗，小河则在一旁当啦啦队。虽然嗓子喊破了，但它依旧很开心。终于，小河累了，它在一片白花花的世界里睡着了……

不在城市，没有名胜古迹，我的家乡只是在山清水秀的农村。

没有什么宏伟的建筑，有的是叠叠的山峦；没有什么好吃而昂贵的糖果，有的是大家都喜爱的家乡特产——山楂；没有什么高楼大厦，有的是小桥、流水、人家。我爱家乡那蔚蓝的天空；爱家乡那甘甜的水源；爱家乡那新鲜的空气；爱家乡那清凉的小溪；爱家乡那苍翠欲滴的大山······

家乡的山青得像透明的水晶，可又不那么沉静。一座座山，互相连接，互相掩映，互相衬托着，犹如一条正在酣睡的巨龙。由于阳光的照射，云彩的流动，雾的聚散和升降，不断变换着深浅浓淡的颜色。

家乡不但山很美，水也很清澈。春天来了的时候，冰叮叮咚咚地融化着，谱成一支支悦耳的歌。池塘边长着许多不知名的植物和一些可以用来遮荫的大树，是平日里叔叔们垂钓的好地方。有时，叔叔们钓鱼，黄鹂鸟也来凑热闹，给人“池上碧苔三四点，叶底黄鹂一两声”之美感。

家乡的特产是山枣皮。说山枣你可能不知道，说山楂你总清楚了吧！是的，好吃的山枣皮就是用山楂的果肉制成的，如果你对美食感兴趣，可以来请教一下我的长辈。

家乡的人豁达开朗，热情好客。如果你来做客，虽然拿不出什么山珍海味，但他们会不分主客地把美味都拿出来招待你。“莫笑农家腊酒浑，丰年留客足鸡豚”。

家乡天天都在变。现在，家乡的每一个村都修了水泥路。集镇上，公路旁还安装了太阳能路灯，大小型超市有了上十家。同乡们都乐呵呵：“我们的家乡也奔小康了！”

重重叠叠山，曲曲环环路，丁丁冬冬泉，高高下下树······怎么样?我这山清水秀的家乡不比那灯火辉煌的城市差吧？！呵呵，欢迎来我家乡做客！

HuangMei is my hometown. It is in the East in HuBei.It is East on the city named AnQing of AnHui.And it is south to the city named JiuJiang of JiangXi. It is a great city in my heart.It has a long history for about 1800 years in China .Example .The temple named SiZu and WuZu were in HuangMei for a long years-old.Today,Every year many visitor come different part to there.As a daughter from Huangmei.I leaved it away for about seven years. But I miss it everyday .Even in a lot of my dream in the night .I belive HuangMei will be richer and richer .The new year 2009 will going .Tonight I hope everything will be well in my new 26 years-old.All my friends will be well.I must work hard in the new year.I will be ain growth as my hometown .

Communication is common and important in our daily life. All of us live

with others in the society and no one can live cut off from it. Everyday, we

must talk to others to give and get information, but how can we communicate with

others? Some people claim that they don’t know what to say and how to speak to

others, strangers especially. I think first you should find a topic that both of

you are interested in. Then, pay attention to your manners, speed, pitch,

expressions and your body language. You should make others feel comfortable, so

that they are willing to talk to you. Last but not the least, being a good

listener. Listening to others shows your respect to them. Only when they heard,
