I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

走进校园，就能看见宽阔的操场。操场旁边有一个大花园。春天，粉红的桃花绽开花苞，好像那小朋友的笑脸;夏天，紫霄花开了，风一吹，紫霄花翩翩起舞，漂亮极啦!等紫霄花谢了以后，就会长出圆圆的小果子。当然，那果子并不能吃;秋天，桂花开了，站在远处，就能闻到一股浓浓的香味;冬天，梅花开了，发出淡淡的清香，真好闻!

花园旁边是一个大大的足球场，足球场上的草软软的，好像一个沙发，我最喜欢躺在上面仰望天空了。我还经常在这儿与小伙伴踢足球，足球场边上有一棵千年老树——罗汉松，罗汉松已经二百多岁了，我们都叫它罗汉松爷爷。每天早上上学，罗汉松爷爷都和蔼地站在那里，好像在说：“欢迎你们来到城关小学，来到城关小学就要好好读书哦!”

再往前走就是我们高高的教学楼了，教学楼一共有五层，而我的教室就在五楼403班，教室里面非常干净、整洁，教学设备也很齐全哦!

我爱我的校园，没有来过的朋友可一定要来我们学校看看。

星期五，学校举行养蚕活动。老师发给我一些蚕，我小心翼翼地把它们放在我折的盒子中，带回了家。

一回到家，我便观察起蚕来，它们都是一龄蚕，很小，小的只有10毫米，大的也不过15毫米。我把蚕最爱吃的桑叶剪碎放到盒子里，有一只蚕把头抬向空中，好像闻到了桑叶的味道，果真，它慢慢爬到了桑叶的上面，狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，蚕吃桑叶时很有趣，先是找到叶子的边缘，再按一条弧线吃，难怪叶子上会留下半圆形的小洞呢!

我突发奇想，想仔细观察一下蚕，于是小心翼翼地拿出了一只放在手心上，蚕宝宝对这个陌生的环境很好奇，爬来爬去的，弄得我手心痒痒的，我的手痒得颤抖起来，可蚕宝宝却稳如泰山，我感到很奇怪，想：是不是因为它脚上能分泌很粘的液体?我拿起蚕宝宝，可手上却没有任何的痕迹。难道因为它脚上有吸盘?我认真观察了蚕宝宝的脚，发现它的脚上果然有吸盘!这样，即使树抖得再厉害，蚕宝宝也依然能够吸在上面!大自然真神奇!

“处处留心皆学问”，看来真对呀!我们一定要留心观察事物，这样才能有新的发现。

我的烦恼不提也罢，一提就郁闷，真是“别有一番滋味在心头”。你想听听?好吧，那我就家丑不怕外扬，给你念叨念叨。其实，我的烦恼就一个字——胖。 I dont mention my troubles, it is depressed, it is really "dont have a taste in my heart."Do you want to listen? Okay, then I ’m ugly and not afraid of raising, and I’ m thinking about it.In fact, my trouble is one word -fat.

不知从何时开始，我的身体成了一个充气皮球，不断膨胀，绰号也在不知不觉中，由“小胖”变成了“中胖”，大有向“大胖”发展的趋势。你们肯定会说，不就是“胖”吗?有什么大惊小怪的。唉!我原本也是这么想的，可没想到的是，我那丰满的身材竟会给我带来那么多“灾难”，就连走在大街上，也会有人对我指指戳戳：“你瞧，那个小肥妞多可爱呀!”妈妈一看情况不妙，就给我报了“体能班”，每逢星期六下午我就去接受那炼狱般的训练。一段时间过后，我还是那个圆鼓鼓的“皮球”。那时我还不甚介意，照样想吃就吃，想喝就喝，想玩就玩。

可是随着年龄的增大，我开始重视别人对我的看法。于是，自己制定了一大堆的减肥计划：什么早上起床跑半个小时的步呀，双休日到公园锻炼呀，每天多吃青菜少吃肉，少吃零食等。

我开始实施“一号计划”：早上准时起床，在小区内跑步半个小时，可是我却吃了比平时多一倍的早餐，一周下来不但没有瘦，还肥了2斤，气死我了!

不过我没有灰心，继续实施“二号计划”：每个星期到公园锻炼。我很积极地锻炼，可每次锻炼结束后，我总是会情不自禁地掏钱去买饮料喝，因此一个月下来，又胖了。真是“细节决定成败”，我就是输在这些细节上，不是吃得太多，就是喝得太多。

最后，我总结了前两次的教训，精心制定出了一个我认为万无一失的“三号计划”：一个月不吃零食。一个月过去后，奇迹出现了，我竟然瘦了3斤。我高兴得蹦了起来，信心大增。“三号计划”坚持了一个学期，我不但瘦了，还改掉了吃零食的坏习惯，真应了那句古话“有志者事竟成”。

想一想，我倒是应该感谢当初那个折磨我的“烦恼”，因为它不但使我改掉了很多坏毛病，养成了许多好习惯，而且在克服烦恼的过程中，我领悟到了许多生活的道理。
