Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

一月二十二日，我的生日到了!爸爸妈妈为我准备了好多礼物，等我做完作业就回去吃大餐，真期待晚上吃什么。

晚上七点整，我做完作业，一年中最期待的日子来了。我先和爸爸去饭店挑了一只非常大的大龙虾，大龙虾非常厉害，和老爸大战了“三百回合”终于败下阵来。就这样大龙虾被爸爸带给了服务员，接着妈妈用“九阴白骨爪”抓了一堆海鲜，它们也光荣地被服务员带走了。

过了一会儿，香喷喷的大龙虾和海鲜被端上了桌，散发出诱人的味道。我和爸爸已经迫不及待了，他一只爪我一只腿狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，谁也不愿意输了气势，慢慢地，我从吃东西的“比赛”里败下阵来，爸爸还在坚持“比赛”，终于，爸爸费了九牛二虎之力把大龙虾吃完了。

最后我们回家了，我和妈妈给爸爸颁上了“最能吃大奖”，当然我也得了个“吃东西高手奖”，妈妈只得了个“吃东西菜鸟奖”。这一次生日真是太有趣了!

Everyone have their own favorite season. Someone loves the spring the most,

while other one loves winter.The one who like summer might for its hot weather

Summer is a magnificent season, which bring warm to us, letting us wave for

Autumn, fruit is fragrance and fruit. Autumn is the season of harvest, fall

今天是国庆节，是建国__周年的重大节日。今天晚上，爸爸要带我到大桥公园去玩。晚饭后，爸爸骑着摩托车带着我来到了大桥公园。只见公园门口人山人海、水泄不通。售票口有许多人，我和爸爸好不容易才买了票进去。一进门，我就看到两边有两幢没有盖好的大楼，中间有一条直直通向前面的大道。

前不久，我因胳膊摔伤住院需要手术。手术那天我特别紧张，妈妈安慰我说：“孩子，不用怕，妈妈在外面陪着你呢!”进手术室时，我抱着妈妈不肯放手，妈妈轻轻地拍了拍我，鼓励我说：“孩子，没事，妈妈知道你是最勇敢的。”可从妈妈的眼神中我分明看出了她在为我担心。为了不让妈妈难过，我径直地走进了手术室。

星期五的活动课，我们几个爱跳绳的伙伴，不约而同地聚在一起，又一次展开了一场“生死对战”!我们先展开了预热活动。只见裘芊芊有节奏地喊着：“1——2——3。”绳子一到半空，就不慌不忙地跑过去，绳子即将落地时，她又轻轻一跳，轻盈得像一只小鸟。紧接着，第二个、第三个······大家默契的配合着，一进一出，好不热闹。

正式的比赛开始啦!先比“击鼓传球”。袁一凡她们组一下就做完了“任务”，可惜“逃”慢了，不知谁的脚踩着绳子了，所以她们在离成功一步之遥的地方“失败”了。虽然她们没有成功，但我还是感到一种不祥的预感。果然不出我所料，当裘芊芊飞快地“钻入”到绳子中间，我、沈欣怡、周凌玲也紧随其后进入完毕后，裘芊芊猛的一转身，猛地把球塞给我后，我猛的一愣，又极其艰难的完成“任务”，准备长舒一口气时，却发现绳子被我踩中了!没办法，第一局，我们0：1输。但大家并没有因此而气馁，而是在失败中找到了原因，在后面几局中连连得胜。(注：在“击鼓传球”中我方胜)。

后来，我们又玩了“激流勇进”等好玩的游戏，最后双方不相上下。

早晨起床，我已经迫不及待了，我掀开窗帘：大地变成了银白色的世界，千树万树好似开遍了梨花，块块麦田犹如盖了银色的棉被。真美啊!仿佛置身在幻想的世界里。我高兴地叫着：“下雪啦!下雪啦!这么美丽，一定是爸爸送给我的!”妈妈提议道楼顶上去玩，我使劲地点着头。

到了楼顶，饿哦踩了一脚，雪上出现了我的脚印，我“咯咯咯”地笑了。我和妈妈玩起了打雪仗，可是妈妈总是打中我，而我的雪球却在半路上掉了。我觉得不公平，又要堆雪人。我拿起一个雪球就往空地上堆，因为我的手太小了，所以雪人也只能有手这么大，而且我还不会堆。我又拿起一个雪球往雪人身上放，我捏了捏，没想到头也变成了身子。我又堆了一个，结果一致。我怒气冲冲，好像头上都快要着火了。我和妈妈玩了一会儿，觉得冷了，就回家了。

雪花，你是一群群展翅纷飞的玉蝴蝶;雪花，你是那来自上苍的天使，把洁白洒向人间;雪花，你是湛蓝天幕上的一颗颗闪亮的星。
