As known as we all,education is important in modern society.Everyone ought

to be educated.So the teaching become more and more necessary,expecially the

China,like many other countries in the world,adapts written or oral

examination as the only way to measure a student’s school work.It seems that the

aim of school education is to achieve the temeness of students for society

rather than to cultivate the unique minds for the individuals.But we must

know,the school should to teaching the methods of learning,but not many

formulas.

Besides,most of school in china always think studying more important than

other activities,which is a wrong view.Obviously,active participation in school

activities can better our health as well as our study.Students need not only

work hard on their studies,but also often join the school various activities.The

most important is school should to make proper arrangements of physical

recreation and intellectual activities to enrich the school life,improve the

student’s comprehensive quality.

Many years ago, I saw a science fiction film, which described a future

world. The way people lived was very different. They could drive cars in the

sky. Everything in the future world was so convenient. Since then, I was always

curious about how the future world would become. The fling cars seemed so

ridiculous for now, but thinking about more than 100 years ago, people never

thought about flying in the sky, but now we could take planes and traveled

around the world. Everything was possible. Whats more, the development of

technology is so fast that the world changes so much every ten years. Nowadays,

people can pay the bill online. No matter where they go, a cell phone can solve

most problems. I believe that future transportation will be much efficient and

will surprise us all.

Many years ago, when the first computer came into being, many people

predicted the age of computer has come. Now only two decades passed, here comes

the new age of cellphone. Lets look at how people depend on the phone. They use

cellphone to work and to communicate with families and friends. With the

development of technology, online payment is popular and people just need a

cellphone to pay all the bills. How convenient it is. We are lucky to live in

the age of technology. But at the same time, if we dont control ourselves, we

will lose in the technology world, such as some children overuse cellphone and

picinc.As the festival is in spring,It`s warm and comfortable,families often go

Tom is my best friend. Who is he? He is a dog. He is a special dog. My

father give him to me at my 10 year birthday. The moment I saw him, I love him.

His fur is white. He is very lovely. He knows how to make me happy. Everyday

when I come back from school, I will play with him. He is also smart. He will

My school is very beautiful. It is Nanhai Experimental School. There are

three tall buildings in our school. They all have five floors. In the teaching

building， the P.E.room is on the first floor. The library is on the second

floor. The science rooms are on the third floor. The computer rooms are on the

third floor and the fourth floor. The music rooms are on the third floor and the

fourth floor. My class room is on the fifth floor. I am in Class9， Grade 6.

There are five gardens in our school. In the gardens there are many beautiful

flowers， grass and trees. There is a big playground in my school.

I like my school， because my school is very beautiful.

With our world developing,more and more people neglect how to conduct

theirselves.What is the most common reflection of this phenomenon is

dishonesty,which is now seriously influencing relationship between people.

Being dishonest can do harm not only to others but also to

ourselves,thus,we must get aware of the importance of boycoting it.Take the case

Two years ago, I was a bad child, I didn’t listen to what my parents told

me, I do against what they expect me to do. One day, I go home very late, my

mother is very angry, but she says nothing. At first, I feel happy, the next

morning, she still ignores me, I begin to feel lonely, I cry and say sorry. My

mother smiles and says I should change myself, since then, I become a good

child.

To some extent， it is like Thanks Giving day in western countries。 On this

day， people usually get together with their families and have a nice meal。 After

今天真高兴，我们要去云灵山捉泥鳅了，我和我的好朋友“小翁”一起捉。

“天啊!”我看到水洼后的第一反应，就是大喊一声。水洼啊水洼，一片黑乎乎的泥巴地上面有几十只又大又黑的“水虫”在游着，我和“小翁”都有点进退两难。“小翁”似乎看出了我犹豫的神情，安慰我：“男子汉，这点水洼算什么!”便鲁莽地拉着我，一下跳进水洼里，我说“小翁，你……”

不说了，裁判大声说：“开始!”我和“小翁”手忙脚乱。首先，我想施展一下“狗刨功”，把泥鳅都翻上来，哪想泥鳅身体十分光滑，我虽然能碰着，但无法抓住，不过我一想：我第一次抓就这么厉害，如果再努力些呢?“泥鳅泥鳅你等着，看我怎么去抓你。”虽然，人在陆地上比泥鳅快多了，可在水里，情况可就不一样了。泥鳅熟悉地形，在淤泥里一下就游走了，而人呢?走一步陷一步，好不容易把一条腿拔出来，另一条腿又下去了。人鳅大战第一回合泥鳅胜利了。

不过，人和动物的区别就在于人是有智慧的，能在挫折中想出办法。果然，很快我就拿到了“第一泥鳅”的称号了!“小翁”连忙请教我：“你知怎么抓到的?”我笑了一下，说：“呵呵，那就是在碰到泥鳅后，迅速连泥巴一起接到盆里，再细细寻找，肯定有泥鳅再里面!““小翁”立刻按我说的去做，很快就丰收丰裕。人鳅大战第二回合，人大获全胜!

上岸时，我们清点了一下，共抓了七条呢!哈哈，这次“捉泥鳅”之旅可真快乐，也让我收获了很多。

The sun shines on us. It gives us light and heat. It makes everything grow.

The earth turns round itself. As it turns, we have day and night. It’s

bright by day and dark by night.

The earth also travels round the sun in an orbit. As it travels, we have

four seasons. It is hot in summer and cold in winter. the days are long in

summer and short in winter. In spring it is warm and the days are getting

longer. In autumn it is cool and the days are getting shorter.

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

The first snow came. How beautiful it was, falling so silently all day

long, all night long, on the mountains, on the meadows, on the roofs of the

living, on the graves of the dead! All white save the river, that marked its

course by a winding black line across the landscape; and the leafless trees,

that against the leaden sky now revealed more fully the wonderful beauty and

intricacies of their branches. What silence, too, came with the snow, and what

seclusion! Every sound was muffled, every noise changed to something soft and

musical. No more tramping hoofs, no more rattling wheels! Only the chiming of

the sleigh-bells, beating as swift and merrily as the hearts of children.

盼望已久的国庆长假终于来了。我们全家来到哈尔滨。下了飞机，一阵凉风吹在我的脸上，“啊，太冷了!”我赶紧穿上棉衣。

第二天，我们来到镜泊湖。这里的秋天真是太美了!像一幅五彩缤纷的画卷。站在高处向远处望去，天高云淡、层林尽染、五光十色、一派金秋的美景。

近看，静静的湖水如一面明亮的镜子。周围是漫山遍野的枫树，枫叶红的如火、粉的如霞、黄的如金……每一种颜色都是金秋的足迹。

镜泊湖的秋还有一种黄色，显的那么耀眼，仔细看有金黄的、杏黄的、橙黄的、鹅黄的、淡黄的……每一片黄叶都是秋天寄出的邮票。

我身上虽然穿着厚厚的棉衣，但行走在美景中，心里却暖暖的。这里的秋天深深地记在我的脑海里。

第三天，我们来到了东北虎林园。这是世界最大的虎林园，这里生活着400多只东北虎，我们能看见的有300多只。

我们坐上观光车来到虎园。一道道铁门打开又关上，我心想：东北虎有多可怕呀!突然，“嗷呜——嗷呜”的声音传来，吓的我两腿发颤，讲解员告诉我们这是老虎的叫声。我看见有的老虎在草地上睡大觉，有的老虎在玩耍，有的虎妈妈带着虎宝宝散步，还有的老虎追逐猎物。我的心渐渐地平静下来，老虎没有我想象的那么凶猛。也许它们不喜欢这里，想回到大自然中。一路上爸爸给我讲了很多关于老虎的知识。

最后，我和一只可爱的小老虎合影留念。通过这次参观虎园，我懂得了：老虎是我们的朋友，保护动物，人人有责。

这个假期我过的非常有意义，这个难忘的国庆节给我留下了永远的回忆。

There are a lot of traditions of the eve inherited for generations. But,

now more and more new fashions introduced into this eve and even replaced the

old traditions. More and more people are glad to have the dinner in the

restaurants instead of cooking and having at home. However, no matter what it

is, a harmouious and peaceful night is the favorite of everybody here.

calendar, it is a folk festival having a history of more than two thousand

years. Also, it is one of the most important festivals in China.

As for the origin of the Dragon Boat Festival, there are many beautiful

legends, of which the story about Qu Yuan is most widely accepted. Qu Yuan, a

Chinese poet who loved his country deeply, drowned himself in the Miluo River

after his country’s being defeated. To honor him, people in China hold various

activities every year, including eating zongzi and dragon boat racing.
