那些色鲜味美的饺子一个个看似十分简单，其实做起来可复杂了哩。先要把之前预备好的面粉和水和在一起，使劲儿的揉、搓、压一番，然后用擀面杖把它们擀成一张张薄薄的饺子皮儿。我经过好一番努力，终于擀出了第一张自己做的饺子皮!我把它轻轻地摊在手上，生怕它一不小心破掉。饺子皮已经全部完工!现在应该开始好好地准备饺子的馅儿了。妈妈用菜刀麻溜地躲着肉末，外婆则在一旁洗着芹菜。我的任务呢，十八猪肉末和芹菜和在一起，做成猪肉芹菜馅。不一会儿的工夫，饺子馅儿也全部完工。剩下的工作就由那些经验丰富的舅妈们来完成，我们小孩子只等着第二天除夕品尝美味的饺子了!

终于到了期盼已久的除夕夜了!外婆家里聚满了亲朋好友，大家围在大圆桌四周，吃起了团圆饭和我们昨天包的饺子。男人们喝酒，女人们看春晚，小孩子们都吵着闹着要到院子里放鞭炮，真是热闹极了。

到了大年初一，由于昨夜守岁的原因，我整个上午都赖在床上睡着懒觉，心里还想着昨晚和小伙伴们打闹的情景。

这真是一个充满传统文化气息的十分快乐的除夕夜!

The food in Shanghai disagree me. I think the food in Beijing is the most

delicious. Seafood in Beijing is very fresh. Prawns in restaurant are all alive.

And there are many food that you can’t see in other cities. It is very cheap

that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you

are. Maybe my stomach is ill. Whatever food I eat, I am still thin. And I am too

I went to watch the movie Wolf warriors 2 today

I went to watch the movie Wolf warriors 2 today as I heard it was a big hit

in China. I am not the biggest fan of WuJing(the director and leading role of

the movie), but this movie he direct really impressed me. I have watched Wolf

Warrior which I would consider as a good movie, but II is way much better. It is

the first Chinese movie that is built on the context of African country and

actually shot in South Africa, bearing the risk of suffering the disturbance on

the set. The way the plot unfolds and the courage and patriotism is delivered to

its audience makes it more than a simple action movie. Love this movie and will

go for it a second time!

本届论坛以“新五年规划时期的中国”为主题，涉及到方方面面的重点问题。然而，各位代表和参与者深入坦诚积极的讨论，让本届论坛内容充实、成果丰硕，一些有代表性的闪光观点和思想更是值得回味。

比如，国际货币基金组织总裁拉加德女士在她的演讲当中提到，中国需要实行三项政策：开放、缩小、扩大。她概括的非常精辟，这三个词分别用英文的第一个字母组合起来就是“ONE”。

拉加德说，开放，就是需要中国经济更加市场化和进一步密切与全球经济的联系。人民币加入特别提款权货币篮子是中国承诺进一步与世界接轨的一个明证;缩小，就是缩小贫富差距、城乡差距和更加注重绿色发展，这将确保持久和广泛共享的繁荣;扩大，就是需要创新和企业家精神，扩大研发投入并提升价值链，这将带来新的经济增长源。她评价，中国新的五年规划囊括了这些主要因素，ONE原则的实施将有利于中国实现更优质、更具包容性和更可持续的增长，从而实现“中国梦”。

还有哥伦比亚大学萨克斯教授，他讲到可持续发展的时候指出，可持续发展的目标是克服单边片面的发展，其三大支柱是：经济发展、缩小不平等、环境可持续。而英国社会科学院院长、伦敦经济学院教授尼古拉斯·斯特恩，也说到：“在未来发展过程当中，中国应当将全球减排目标、推进城镇化和减少环境污染的目标综合考虑”。

桥水基金的创始人、CEO雷·达里奥先生在论坛演讲中提到的：“生产力的提升是对生活水平最具有决定性的因素”的观点受到与会者的关注。他认为，“我们的生产效率马上就要复苏了，因为有一些颠覆性的技术，比如说像AI、大数据和超级计算等。”

“而对于市场的生产率还主要取决于举债，比方说举债越多就可以花越多的钱，但是这个钱是必须要还的，所以我们看到债市的周期往往是和生产率的提升一致的。”雷·达里奥说，“如果有人能够最有效的借债并使用这些钱，他们就可以促进经济的发展。”

北京大学教授周其仁先生提到的“把体制成本降低是应对经济转型关键所在”的观点让人深思。在他看来，中国经济在过去的数十年中取得了快速的发展，很大的一个因素在于通过改革降低了体制成本，但目前体制成本从快速降低后再次回升。

周其仁将体制成本分为三类。一是法定成本，比如缴税、社保。“降税必须立法机关来推动，降税就必须降低政府开支。”二是市场主体对潜在机会做出反应的成本。以医疗服务行业为例，要动员更多医疗服务资源增加供给，不是仅仅增加医院就够了，还要采取扎扎实实的措施，让人们愿意学医、愿意从医、愿意增加医疗服务。三是企业获取关键要素的成本。以房地产行业为例，“仅仅用货币政策去调房价是不够的，光有购买力而没有土地拨过来，就会发生尴尬的局面。”

周其仁认为，尽管经济增速下行中很多市场成本都在下降，但体制成本如果不降的话，或许“很多企业没有等到市场成本降到它能够支撑下去的水平，就撑不住了”。

对作为世界性创新公司的代表，facebook公司CEO马克·扎克伯格先生提到：“创新的本质是从5—10年的时间跨度内来解决问题，而不只是解决当前的问题，1—2年内的问题靠产品就可以解决。”这也映对了耶鲁大学校长苏必德先生提到的：“创新不仅要颠覆旧秩序，更要创造性的建设”的观点。

苏必德指出，人文教育就是注重通过“即兴发挥、创新、合成以及团队合作”，鼓励学生发现新问题，并通过团队合作找到解决问题的办法。可以说，人文教育能够打造更好的企业家。
