一、基础写作训练的方法

宇的自理能力让我自愧不如。当今社会中的家长们总是替孩子瞻前顾后，生怕受一点委屈，这样一来，孩子逐渐丧失了自主的本领。现在又有多少孩子像宇一样，办事井井有条呢？恐怕为数不多吧？

记得那天下午，仙女下凡的那个黄昏。火辣辣的太阳烘烤着大地，汗水布满了每个人的脸颊。为了迎接学校运动会的800米长跑，要参加的人和被迫参加的人都在老班的指导下，如火如荼的训练着。从放学后到现在，大家都跑了4圈了。这对于还是小学生的我们来说，简直是个天文数字。更何况对于体型比别人大一圈的我来说，就是在绕地球赤道跑步啊！“这已经是第五圈了，还有一圈，就跑完了，加油！”我自己给自己加油打气！可身子还是绵软无力的。“呼、呼”我大口大口的喘着粗气。终于我还是停了下来，心里想着：休息一会儿了再跑吧。可又想到：跑不完会被老班骂的。就想立即站起来，可是我已经连站起来的力气都没有了。“还有一圈没跑呢，怎么办？”正当我焦急的时候，一双细嫩的小手出现在我的面前，抬头一看，是她——小洁。他微笑的看着我，两个小酒窝露在她的脸上，背后一道金黄的阳光照射过，来显得她就像下凡的天使。她摇摇手，似乎在叫我把手给她。我软绵绵的手搭上了她细嫩的手，她一把将我拉了起来。那时我觉得全身都充满了力量，是她给了我力量，让我跑完了最后一圈。

离开了小学六年的同学们，离开了你，我不知为何变得很脆弱，会因为一首歌曲，一种颜色，想起你，想起你的真挚，想起你的执着，想起我与你曾经一起经历过的风风雨雨。

友情淡如水，淡如清泉，朋友如花香，淡雅而芬芳；朋友如雨水，细腻而有清澈。我们应该怀着一颗感恩之心去对待自己的朋友，是他们让我们懂得了许多的道理……所以我们应该感谢、感恩自己身边的每一位朋友！

We live in the same dormitory, so that we always stay together, no matter going to classroom or having dinners. At first, I don’t like her very much, because she is always talking. It seems that she can’t stop open her mouth. I am a little bit quiet and introverted, so I seldom talk to others. But gradually, I find that she can have influence on others by what she says.
