Dragon boat Festival is a Chinese traditional festival. It falls on the fifth day of May in the lunar calendar. A day before this festival, my mother and grandmother began to make zongzi. Of course, I would act as assistant. but it turned out that I was more of a hindrance than a help. When they finished, they started to cook them. This process needed a long time, because I could have them in the next day. Zongzi was very delicious. On the day of dragon boat festival, our family prepared for dinner after having breakfast. 关于端午节，大家知道它的传统文化吗?据说战国时期楚国人屈原，他为人正直，忧国忧民，一心致力于国家。但是楚怀王昏庸无道，将忠君爱民的屈原放逐。最终，屈原在悲愤绝望中于五月初五投汨罗江而死，人们为了纪念他，才有了端午节。

五月初五到了，我早早地起来了，看见妈妈正在厨房忙着什么，好奇的我走进厨房，发现妈妈正在包粽子。盆里的小糯米白白的，摸起来软软的，像一个个娃娃在盆子里呼呼睡大觉，非常可爱!粽叶绿油油的，长长的像一条长长的绿丝。我兴奋地说：“妈妈，我也要包粽子。”妈妈笑着说：“好，好，好!”说完递给我一个粽叶。

我拿起一片粽叶发放在手中，把粽叶的一角轻轻的折了起来，变成了一个三角形，拿起了一个勺子，轻轻的舀了一点儿糯米放进了三角形里。可是我刚刚放进去，一不小心没有把粽叶捏好，糯米像一个调皮的娃娃顺着棕叶坐着滑梯滑落下来。我皱皱眉说：“哎呀，这个小娃娃可真调皮。”没有办法，我只好又把粽叶铺开，把糯米弄掉，心想，这次我可要小心啦!我重新把粽叶折成一个三角形，这次裹得更紧。我小心地用勺子又舀了一点糯米放进了粽叶里，把粽叶另一头卷了过来，又卷了好几圈，可是这还不算一个完整的粽子，我又拿起一根小绳子缠来缠去的，可是总也缠不好。我苦着脸拿粽子拿去问妈妈：“妈妈，我不会缠粽子，你能教一下我吗?”妈妈叫我站在旁边看着她做，她缠得非常的细心，我认真看着，不一会儿我就学会了，做了好几个粽子。

粽子煮好了，我迫不及待地剥开那外面青绿色的粽叶，露出乳白色的糯米，它就像一个雪白的胖娃娃，可爱极啦!我咬了一口，真好吃，软软的，糯糯的。

我吃着自己包的粽子，觉得不仅收获了动手的快乐，还收获了愉快的心情，这真是一个难忘的端午节呀!

教官在教我们每一个动作前都会做一遍给我们看，那炯炯有神的眼睛，那干脆利落的动作，那挺拔如松的站姿，我能想到的只有一个字，那就是——帅！

刚开始我们做的动作一点儿都不整齐，经过教官一次又一次的纠正，我们一次又一次的努力，总算能像教官一样——站如杨树，蹲如雕塑。一个个挺拔的身影，洪亮的口号声久久回荡在篮球场上，这分明就是一个个军人在接受着人民的检阅啊！

一天的训练就在这热烈的气氛中结束了，每个人的脸上虽然都显得有些疲倦，但从一双双明亮的眼睛中，分明可以看出那巨大的成就感——那种无法言语的感觉！

however， reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers，

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money， leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences。 This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

Should belong to me, my weekend is my time to rest over the weekend, the weekend is my time of entertainment, but, my mother told me the assignment of the weekend very desolate, let my weekend was not happy.

The Dragon Boat Festival, also called Double Fifth Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth moon of the lunar calendar. It is one of the most important Chinese festivals, the other two being the Autumn Moon Festival and Chinese New Year。

The origin of this summer festival centers around a scholarly government official named Chu Yuan. He was a good and respected man, but because of the misdeeds of jealous rivals he eventually fell into disfavor in the emperors court。

Unable to regain the respect of the emperor, in his sorrow Chu Yuan threw himself into the Mi Low river. Because of their admiration for Chu Yuan, the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons。

Although they were unable to find Chu Yuan, their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival。

端午节，又称为五五节，因为端午节是在农历的五月五日，是三个重要的中国节庆之一，其他两个分别是中秋节和农历新年。

The first major wall was built during the reign of the First Emperor, the main emperor of the short-lived Qin dynasty. This wall was not constructed as a single endeavor, but rather was created by the joining of several regional walls built by the Warring States. My Opinion on Cheating in Examinations 我对考试作弊的看法

It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school.

As students, we often take examinations at school, but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us. On the other hand, some of us are lazy and dont work hard at their lessons. So when taking examinations, they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers.

In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools. We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations. Whats more, we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations.

It was the first day of our summer holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free.Although we have some homework. I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. 《简爱》这本书是我很久以前看的了。最近又看了一遍，要说这本书里面让我感触最深的莫过于简·爱小时候的可怜遭遇，她少年时的坚韧。

我在看见她舅母对待她时恶毒的言语以及她舅母三个儿女的行为，看到简被他们几人欺负，我的眼睛不由得一酸，心也有些疼痛。之后又再次扪心自问：“如果我是简我能坚持么?我能像简那样长大后你不去愤世嫉俗么?”我相信我不会。因为从小我的环境太好了。从小便是在爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶的宝贝下长大。从没有受过苦，受过累。之后，在一位善意的女仆的帮助下，她去了那所学校。在那所条件艰苦的学校里，简刻苦的学习，她也学得很快。没有抱怨过，只有感觉有些许的宽慰，不知是不是因为在她舅母家的痛苦日子让她感觉现在的生活反而很好。

我两次看到简在学校的日子，总是会放下书静静地想着：简她真的好厉害!在经历了那么不公平的生活后，在那么艰苦的环境下，她仍能保持着心态。就好像之前一切的不幸都是上天对她的考验，考过之后，她从中成长，她的心灵越发的美丽，而不是变的扭曲。这也许就是简的坚强体现吧~若她脆弱那么她就会变成不思进取，厌世的人。

再到之后她的默默离去。她毅然离开了爱德华·罗杰斯特。但是简却在爱德华最窘迫的时候回到他的身边，照顾她，陪伴他。这里，简对爱德华的爱让我感动。

我喜欢团团圆圆的中秋节，也喜欢热热闹闹的春节，但我更喜欢家乡的端午节。

端午节前几天，妈妈带我去超市买包粽子的材料，如绿豆、五花肉、粽叶、糯米。买完东西后我们又去了小姑姑家，邀请小姑姑们来我家过端午节。

回到家，妈妈和我们就开始忙碌起来。妈妈先洗锅烧水，把粽叶放到锅里煮软，接着把糯米和绿豆分别放到盆子里用温水浸泡半天，把买回来的五花肉切成长条，放盆子里加上调料腌制备用。然后把煮软的粽叶用冷水清洗干净，放漏网里晾干。这个时候绿豆和糯米也泡好了，妈妈把糯米清洗干净捞出来，晾干水分，让我们我们把绿豆皮搓掉，因为有皮不好吃。在搓绿豆皮的时候，如果搓久了手就会又红又痒，我才搓了不久就开始抱怨道：“哼!这么难搓，我不搓了。”小姑姑们就安慰我说：“这么小的困难你就放弃了，加油，我们一起搓。”经过我们一起坚持不懈的努力，终于把绿豆皮搓干净了。在床上好这些，妈妈就开始交教我们包粽子。妈妈告诉我们左手拿粽叶，右手拿勺子把糯米挖到粽叶上，再在糯米上盖上一层绿豆，把五花肉放在绿豆的中间，接着再盖上一层糯米，用绳子把粽叶困起来。放到锅里煮几个小时就闻到了粽子的香味，馋的我们垂涎三尺。

我们问妈妈：“粽子可以吃了吗?”妈妈说：“小馋货们，可以了。”听了这话，我们高兴得跳了起来，我挑了一个最大的粽子，把绳子解开，再把粽叶剥开。我看着那黄黄的糯米上有许多绿豆，好像一件黄色带绿点的小花裙。我咬了一大口，这糯米一点儿也不口，又香又甜，里面还有我爱吃的肉。

我喜欢端午节，每次都能吃到妈妈和我们一起包的粽子，真是太幸福啦!

Since I go to high school, I feel the great pressure. High school is the very important period of my life, because if I study well, I can enter into my the ideal college and have the bight future. So I want to do my best, I don’t want to lag behind. The problem is that I can’t always be the top student, sometimes I will fail the exam. At that time, I need to adjust myself and take easy. The way for me to relax is various. First, I will listen to the music. Hearing the music can smooth my heart, it helps calm down, so I will get out of the annoyance. Second, I like to do some sports, such as jogging, basketball and tennis. Doing these sports also helps me let out my bad emotion and I become energetic again.

自从我上高中，我就感受到了很大的压力。高中是我生命中很重要的阶段，因为如果我学得好，就能进入到理想的大学，有一个光明的前途。因此我想要做到最好，我不想要落后。问题就是我不可能一直都是尖子生，有时候我考试也会失败。在那个时候，我需要调整自己，并且放松。我放松的方法是多样的。第一，我会听音乐。听音乐能让我的心顺畅，也帮助我冷静下来，这样我就能把烦恼抛去。第二，我喜欢做一些运动，比如慢跑，篮球和网球。做这些运动能帮助我释放不好的情绪，再次变得活力四射。

Walk on the road, I feel three meters outside cant see a person, like a blind. Choking air indistinctly has a foul smell, I think such a world, everything all have no vitality.

Remember the book about the fog is very beautiful, people compare it to a white gauze, illusory. People walk in the clouds like walked into the wonderland. But now, we call it the fog haze, whats happening to our environment? Who destroyed it?

This all of all, are we cause ourselves. Because of increasing car emissions a large amount of exhaust gas, the factory of drainage, casually forest are constantly, green space constantly decreases, and so on, make the environment has been destroyed, so just can have the haze weather it is today.

Haze weather this year has seen many times, long duration, wide range, damage degree, has greatly influenced peoples health and induce many diseases, such as heart disease, lung disease, bronchitis and so on. This kind of weather to us again and again the alarm strikes, environmental governance is urgently needed!

今天早上，我学书法。一出门发现外面灰蒙蒙的一片，就像走进了一个没有四季，没有颜色，只有黄色的大雾陪伴的国度一样。走在马路上，我感觉三米之外都看不见人，就像双目失明一样。呛人的空气隐隐约约的有股臭味，我觉得这样的世界，万物都没有了生机。

记得书里描写的雾非常的美，人们把它比作白纱，虚无缥缈。人们走在云雾里如同走进了人间仙境。可是现在，我们却称之为雾霾，我们的环境到底怎么了?是谁破坏了它?

这一切的一切，都是我们人类自己造成的。因为汽车的增多排放大量的尾气，工厂随便的排污，森林不断地被采伐，绿地不断的减少，等等，使环境被破坏了，所以才会有了今天这样的雾霾天气。

今年的雾霾天气已经出现了多次，持续时间长，涉及范围广，危害程度重，极大地影响了人的健康，诱发了很多疾病，比如心脏病，肺病，气管炎等等。这种天气给我们一次次敲起了警钟，环境治理刻不容缓!

所以我们要提倡，爱护树木，种植树木，不要焚烧垃圾，随便排放污染物。我们必须要科学发展，尊重大自然，与大自然和谐相处。这样既保护了环境，又保护了我们的生存环境。蓝天、碧水、绿地、新鲜的空气，就能时时在我们身边!

The Rules of Making Friends

We all like to make friends, we live in a society that we need to communicate with others. Without a friend, one can never express his emotions, no one share his sorrow and happiness. Making friends balances ones emotions, you can talk to friends any things, like secret, which you dont want to share with our parents. But here is the fact that not everyone is suitable to be friend, we need to obey the rules. First, the guy must be honest. Honesty is the base of the being friends, to be frank and then to be close. Second, there is something common in you two. The same interest always brings two hearts close, the more something in common, the better, thus he will be your best friends, you can share things with him. Making friends is a big deal, cause if you make the wrong one, you may get the negative thing from him.

端午节，是我国的传统节日。在这一天，人们吃粽子，赛龙舟，喝雄黄酒……关于端午节的传说也很多，其中最广为流传的要数屈原投江了:两千多年前战国时期的楚国，爱国人士屈原被奸臣所害，被楚王流放至汨罗江一带。不久后楚国就灭亡了。悲痛欲绝的屈原于农历五月初五抱着一块石头投汨罗江自尽。江边的居民悲痛到了极点，他们驾着小船在江上打捞屈原的尸骨，却始终没有捞到，他们还把米饭包裹在叶子里扔进大江，只求鱼儿吃了粽子就不要再吃屈原的尸体了。这些习俗慢慢演变成了端午节的吃粽子和赛龙舟。

受疫情影响，我们不能亲自去看赛龙舟，只好在网上观看。我们打开电脑，在网上选择了一个赛龙舟的视频，津津有味地观看起来:

只见一条龙船遥遥领先，迅速赶超所有龙船，速度越来越快，与其他龙船的距离也越来越远。过了一会儿，又有了后来者。另一条龙船突然发力，它很快追上最前面那条龙传并赶超了它。而被赶超的那条龙船不甘示弱，更加拼命划，却始终赶不上。最后它只能屈居第二，将第一名拱手让给了那条追上它的龙船。我们看得如痴如醉，似乎身临其境。

看完赛龙舟，我们便开始包粽子，只剩下弟弟一人在看电视。包着包着，我的脑海里闪出一个邪恶的念头:弟弟总喜欢整我，今天我也来整整他!说干就干，我在米饭和馅料上面加了整整一管芥末，然后用粽叶包裹，还在叶子上面加了个小小的记号，简直天衣无缝。我偷笑着离开了。

粽子出炉了，我拿出芥末粽给弟弟吃。他剥开粽叶咬了一大口，狠狠地咀嚼着。几秒钟后，他的脸色变得铁青，眼泪和鼻涕像喷泉似的喷了出来。看着他那狼狈的样子，我忍不住笑出了声音。

今年的端午节是有趣的，快乐的(然而对我那可怜的弟弟来说，可能并不是这样的)，而这个端午节你又过得怎么样呢?快来和我一起分享吧!

The dragon boat festival is a traditional chinese fastival.We hold the festival to remember the great poet Qu Yuan.He was a loyal minister of Chu,and ended his life in Miluo river after his country been destroyed by the enemy.

During dragon boat festival,we eat zongzi,which is a special dumpling made of rice and have some sweet stuffing in it.In many provinces,there would be a boating race,and many people would insert Amy on the door,in order to exorcise evil spirits and blessing for peace.Many children would wear a kind of special hand catenary,it made of five colors of cotton lines.It is believed that it can help the chilren become healther.
