I’m a student of Huayang No. 1 Middle School. In front of our school gate is a street, on both sides of which are many shops and restaurants. Every day during rush hour, especially at noon, stalls selling everyday goods and food appear on the street, which makes it terriblycrowded. First, cars and passersby have difficulty in passing through the street. Thus it makes it dangerous for the students to go in or out of school. Secondly, the street is made dirty with so many plastic bags and waste water everywhere.

A school, in my opinion, should be a place with clean and quiet surroundings. So I do hope some measures should be taken to improve the situation.

小时候，我最喜欢端午节，正所谓“粽包分两鬓，艾束著危冠”。这一天，我们要插艾草、包粽子、带香囊、吃五黄。

早晨，我跟爸爸拿着二手走到门口，将艾草插在门上，闻着那股沁人心脾的青草香味，不禁让人身心为之一畅。爸爸说：“这艾草还有一句古诗呢“手执艾旗招百福，门悬蒲剑斩千邪”这艾草插在门上，可趋利避害，表示招百福使人健康。”我点点头：“原来是艾草，里面还有这么多的学问。”

中饭上桌了，奶奶端上了黄瓜、咸鸭蛋、黄鱼。我便问爸爸：“爸，为什么这些菜都带黄字呢?”爸爸介绍说：“因为农历五月要吃“五黄”，还有雄黄酒、黄鳝。在端午，中午吃五黄可以扭转运势，万事顺心。”我兴奋地说：“那我多吃点，转转运。”立马狼吞虎咽的吃了起来，大家都笑了起来，我虽不知为何，但也傻笑起来。

吃完饭，我搬了个木凳，坐在奶奶身边，看着她包粽子，我也不禁心生好奇，向奶奶主动请缨。奶奶拿起一片泡在清水中的翠绿粽叶，给我演示：“那你好好学习，像这样。”说着灵巧的双手轻轻折动，不一会儿一个漏斗状的粽叶就完成了。我二话不说，直接拾起粽子开折，脑海中不断浮现奶奶的动作，果然，粽叶被我折断了。“哎呦，小祖宗，我这点粽叶还不够你折的呢，还是我先折好，你来放米吧!”奶奶急忙拦住我。放米，那还不简单嘛?我接过折好的粽叶，用手轻轻摇起一些雪白的粒粒分明的糯米，倾倒进粽叶中。再在一片雪白中加入一抹鲜红——浸泡在酱油里的大块鲜肉，绿白红打成一片，互相衬映，让人赏心悦目。卷起粽叶，用绳子绑紧，慢慢的我越来越娴熟，桌上都堆成了“粽山”，我看着十分满足。

粽子终于下锅了。过了不一会儿，锅中缓缓生出几缕“仙气”，蜿蜒曲折，遍布了整个厨房，好像成了仙境。慢慢的粽香也飘了出来，粽香如蝶，满室蹁跹。一遍又一遍地引诱着我，我也不厌其烦的询问妈妈好吃了吗?我都快饿死了。终于，开锅了，“仙气”窜了出来，如同一只上下翻飞的蛟龙，粽子被我轻手轻脚的端了出来，闻着那股粽叶的清香，将它一层一层的剥开，一面剔透如玉的身体，如同翡翠一般。糯米有了些咸味，一口下去，满嘴留香，让人吃了还想吃。

糯米的香味和弥漫着的艾草香味，互相搭配，让人回味绵长……
