had each seen but one season in the tree‘s life. He told them that you cannot

judge a tree，or a person，by only one season，and that the essence of who they are

- and the pleasure，joy，and love that come from that life - can only be measured

at the end，when all the seasons are up.

My name is Li Hua. Now I am in Class 1 Grade 1. I come from Niuzhuang Town. I was born On September 12, 1997. I graduated from Niuzhuang Middle school. I’m an outgoing boy and have many hobbies. I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

With the development of living standards, going out to have a tourism is becoming a part of our life. But at the same time, uncivilized behaviors in tourism are frequently happening. So cultural tourism has became a hot topic in the society.

Especially in vacations, phenomena of uncivilized behavior in parks or museums everywhere. Even in foreign countries, our Chinese citizens still do naturally, it seriously affected our country’s image. Of course, it has caused bad loss in ancient buildings and antiquities and our environments. So it’s urgent to advocate to have a cultural tourism.

我是一根草，一根平平无奇的草，但我却又被人们重用，没错!我是艾草，我是最好的，又是最丑的一种香料。

这天，我正在密封袋里睡觉，啪的一声，一阵剧烈的抖动，几秒种后，我坐在一个花一样的盘子里，一个人正用手翻我，一遍又一遍的看，仔细端详，这个人应该是位老师吧!他正在为下面的同学讲解其他盘子里漂亮的干花，不过一说到有意思的地方，同学们就开始说话，可那位老师似乎很懂教育孩子的方法，很快，就是同学们安静下来，一顿讲解之后，终于说到了我，可同学们都说我很丑，这位老师很不赞同。我曾听我的老祖宗讲过，我们艾草不仅是养生的最佳路途，也可以用来装香囊，为人们送走晦气、蚊虫，迎来幸福。老师又吩咐一位同学给每位同学发一个白色的香包内袋，接着让同学们从花花绿绿的袋子中挑选香包外袋，一阵挑选后，同学们又轰轰烈烈地出了门，有位同学把我也带走了。

到了一个叫德林的地方，眼前的景象令我触景生情，他多像我被风干之前生活的地方呀，清新、纯净。

Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest also reflects ones ability or wish. Interest plays an important part in our daily life. As a middle school student interest is of great importance in study. 端午节是我国的传统节日，这个节日是为了纪念屈原诞生的，到了现在已经有了两千多年的历史了。而端午节的这天有非常多的习俗，下面我就给大家介绍一下吧。

悬菖蒲艾叶。这天一清早，奶奶将乡下带来的菖蒲艾叶挂到了门上。我很好奇，就问奶奶，奶奶告诉我，这是为了驱瘴，艾叶有药用功能，驱蚊子、苍蝇，净化空气。原来，端午节还有这些习俗呀!这下我知道了。

吃粽子和黄鱼，到了中午桌上突然多了几样平时少见的东西——粽子、黄鱼。我很奇怪地问奶奶：“今天又不是过年怎么吃粽子呀?”奶奶笑着说，“今天是端午节呀，所以要吃粽子和黄鱼。据说这天人们把粽子裹成尖角形投入江中，尖角形能吓跑鱼虾，里面的米能喂饱鱼虾，它们就不会去吃屈原的尸体，这是人们对屈原的敬爱。”现在我才知道吃粽子还有这讲究。

赛龙舟、挂香囊。晚上看电视我还知道端午也有赛龙舟、挂香囊的习俗，坐在一边的妈妈告诉我：“相传当年屈原跳江以后，人们舍不得屈原，纷纷驾船竟相赶去救屈原，一会儿工夫就看不见了，后来，人们就用这种方式来纪念屈原。另外，人们还用五色的线缠绕香囊，有驱邪、保平安的美好愿望。”

这些，都是端午节的习俗，怎么样，是不是觉得非常的多呢?其实，还有很多有地方特色的端午节的习俗等着我们去发现呢。

5月5，是端阳，门插艾，香满堂，吃粽子，撒白糖……说的是端午节，今天就是端午节，我和外婆一起包粽子。

包粽子首先要准备好糯米、粽叶、绳子等。我看着外婆把糯米放进水里泡了十分钟左右，糯米全湿了，有点胀，然后滤干水;粽叶一片一片洗干净，用开水烫好，烫过的粽叶变得更软，而且有清香飘出来;绳子也要剪成长短合适的一段备用。

外婆首先拿着两片粽叶，一折，做成一个圆锥型的“斗”，用左手固定好，再把糯米放进“斗”里，注意不要装太满，右手把粽叶的尾巴往前拉，紧紧的盖在“斗”上，并用手指把盖的边缘压下去，弄平整以后把过长的粽叶折向右侧，用绳子绑好，一个粽子就完成了。

我是第一次包粽子，看着外婆流畅的动作，我觉得应该不会太难，说不定我能包得比外婆的漂亮呢。我闭上眼睛回忆了一遍外婆的动作，也学着外婆的样子，做“斗”，装米，盖盖子，可是我的盖子总是盖不紧，边也压不结实，反复练习后，总算弄得差不多的时候赶紧用绳子绑起来，我的第一个粽子包好了!我拿过去跟外婆包的粽子比一比，外婆包的粽子很精神，我包的粽子就像一个“怂包”。不过外婆说虽然我包的不是很漂亮，但是第一次包能包成这样就很不错了。我开心的拿着自己包的粽子闻了闻，发现味道特别清新。

煮粽子的时候一定要用灰水煮。灰水是木柴燃烧后的灰，加水，再过滤后的水。粽子起锅了，我立刻冲上去拿起一个我自己包的粽子就咬，不知道为什么，感觉我自己包的就是比我外婆包的粽子好吃。

What’s the purpose of life ? What are we seeking for in our short lives ? For privilege,for money ,or just for enjoyment ? It’s the problem that everyone wants to explore.
