过节的那一天，我们全家人都团聚在一起包粽子，吃粽子。爸爸妈妈来去煮粽子，而姑姑和奶奶就来做粽子，我呢，就负责吃粽子喽!粽子的形状很特别，既不是方的，又不是圆的，粽子用绿色的粽叶包住糯米和枣，还有的包了肉颜色和样子都很好看，粽子的味道独一无二，既是消暑开胃的美食，又是营养丰富的站滋补佳品，所以大人小孩都爱吃。爸爸妈妈们把粽子煮好了，我们一家终于可以品尝到粽子独一无二的味道了，同时这一次做了这么美味的美食，今天也是我妹妹的生日，和端午节是一天的，我们还为妹妹买了一个粽子的蛋糕。可想而知，今天是多么地开心呀!还有姑父，他是一名厨师，你点一个菜，他不光是做得好看，味道也是绝佳。我们晚上为妹妹唱完生日于歌，我们就开始吃粽子蛋糕了，全家人你一块，我一口。

我们今天过得非常开心，妹妹也收到了许多生日礼物，我们一家人开开心心地过了一个美好的端午节。同时，也祝大家端午节安康!

今天早晨，妈妈早早的就起床了，她去了菜市场，买回来一些粽叶、肉、蜜枣、和糯米。妈妈一回到家，先把粽叶用开水烫一下，然后把蜜枣、肉和糯米放在一个锅里，再把一些酱油倒入锅里，紧接着把它们拌在一起，馅便做好了，这些准备工作做好之后，妈妈便开始包粽子了。只见妈妈不慌不忙的拿起几片粽叶，圈成一个类似圆锥的形状，接着放一些馅在里面，然后再用一片粽叶包起来，最后用一根线扎起来，这样，一个粽子便包好了。我学着妈妈的样子也包起粽子来。粽子包好了，妈妈立刻把粽子放在锅里煮，过了不久，粽子煮好了，妈妈拿起一只粽子，剥开粽叶，细细地品尝，我看着妈妈脸上的表情，忍不住笑了，妈妈见了，被我搞得丈二和尚——摸不着头脑，但看我开心的样子也笑了。

这一天，人们不光吃粽子，还赛龙舟，插艾青……这都是过端午节的风俗习惯，据说都是为了纪念爱国英雄屈原的。

今天我度过了一个快乐的端午节。

Spring Festival is coming,I am very happy.On this winter holiday,I went to

visit my grandparents with my parents. My grandmother is very zeal.Our dinner is

very delicious.After the dinner,the people gave me money in red envelopes.I am

very happy in this family with my grandparents.

Sometimes,we go to climb the mountains.The mountain is very high.Look!There

is a clean river near the mountain.And there are some beautiful flowers,grass

and big trees.Some trees are orange trees,the others are banana trees.Oh,I am

very tired but interesting.

I am very happy on this holiday because I like Spring Festival very

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When I am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. We talk about my studies, my health and my school life. I love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because I like it so much. I often watch Japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. On long holidays we take trips, too.

That is my description of typical family life in China.

As is shown in the picture, two men had a big dinner in a restaurant, but much of the food was left and some was even untouched at all. When the waitress asked them to pack the remaining food, they felt very surprised, thinking that it was unbelievable for them to do things like that with too much money in their pocket.

It is a pity that many people act like the two men in the picture. In my view, we should pack the leftovers when we have meals outside. As we all know, saving is a fine tradition for our Chinese people and therefore we shouldn’t waste a bit food. Also, there is not enough food in the world and there are many people starving. In addition, we students should form the habit of saving food and give away some to the people in need. Finally, we have the responsibility to help people around us realize the importance of saving.

Only in this way can we build up an economized society and live a happy and healthy life.

如图片所示,两个男人在一家餐馆吃了丰盛的晚饭,但是剩下的食物和一些甚至没有。当服务员问他们打包剩下的食物,他们感到很惊讶,以为他们是不可思议的事情,用太多的钱在他们的口袋里。

遗憾的是,很多人就像照片中的两人。在我看来,我们应该把剩饭剩菜,当我们在外面吃饭。我们都知道,节约是我们中国人的优良传统,因此我们不应该浪费食物。同样,世界上没有足够的食物,有很多人挨饿。此外,我们学生应养成节约粮食的习惯和放弃一些有需要的人。最后,我们有责任帮助我们周围的人们意识到节约的重要性。

只有用这种方法我们才能建立一个节约型社会,过幸福健康的生活。

端午从字面上还有“端五”、“重五”、“重午”等名称。“端”古汉语有开头、初始的意思，称“端五”也就如称“初五”。《风土记》里说：“仲夏端午。端者，初也。”每月有三个五日，头一个五日就是“端五”。古人习惯把五月的前几天分别以端来称呼，元代陈元靓《岁时广记》云：“京师市尘人，以五月初一为端一，初二为端二，数以至五谓之端五。”

早上在吃早餐时，听到旁边的人在说买艾叶才知道，又到一年的端午节了。是啊，每年的端午节我们这里的人家都会在门上挂上艾叶，说是起到驱蚊避邪的作用。记得小时候，每年的端午节，母亲总是早早出去割一大把艾叶回来，先在门上挂一把，剩下的放到晚上煮水来帮家里的小孩洗澡。用艾叶水洗过澡的小孩一年都很少有虫子咬，也不会有皮肤病了。

小孩总是开心地在一旁玩，等着吃母亲包好的粽子。父亲就会去街上买一些好菜回来让我们解解馋，顺便也带些雄黄回来，晚上就用雄黄沾些酒为每个小孩点在额头和耳朵上。现在的小孩不会像我们那时一样等着吃粽子了，也不会涂雄黄酒了。我很少会想起要挂艾叶。虽然母亲每年总是叫人帮带粽子来给我吃，但我也不像小时候那么喜欢吃了。不过每每想起小时候过端午节的情景，都感觉很温馨。

总想起父母在院子里忙碌的身影，母亲是不是又在包粽子了?父亲是不是坐在一旁和母亲商量去买雄黄的事了?现在端午节放假了，我明天一定要带小孩回去和父母一起过端午节了，尝尝母亲刚刚煮好的粽子，再让父亲帮我们涂点雄黄酒，让小孩洗洗艾叶水澡。

我们大家一年都会平平安安!

羊肉串，相信也有很多人喜欢吃。它吃起来口感很好，而且有一股羊膻味，让人们以为这就是正宗的羊肉串了。其实不是，羊肉串虽叫羊肉串，但是谁能保证上面的肉一定是羊肉呢?说不定是猪肉，这还算好的。有些竟是用老鼠肉做的，这样你还吃的下去吗?你可能会问：“羊膻味又是怎么来的呢?”羊膻味是把“羊肉串”放在羊尿里泡上一些时日，然后冲洗一下，这样一串串“香喷喷”的羊肉串就被烤出来了。说到这里，不用我劝，相信你就已经不会再吃了吧?

现在，肉不可以吃，蔬菜也有危险，大部分蔬菜都会打农药，所以大家洗蔬菜时一定要清洗干净再吃，毕竟它会危害家人的健康。

现在，食品安全得不到保证，人们的健康受到威胁，所以制作食品的叔叔阿姨们要保证食品的安全，保证人们的健康。
