在我们的记忆中，端午给人的印象除了玩就是吃。在端午节期间，我们除了可以吃上香喷喷的鸭蛋，还有让人记忆深刻的粽子呢?

包粽子也是端午的保留节目之一。妈妈和阿姨总会买了好多的粽叶，用水少泡着，洗干净码好。粽子的馅一般是糯米，配上绿豆、红枣等，煮熟。然后在妈妈和阿姨的一阵灵巧的忙碌之后，我们小孩便馋猫般围着蒸笼转，等待粽子出笼的时刻的到来

长大了念书才知道，包粽子的习俗和我国历史上的爱国诗人屈原有关呢?据说屈原跳入汨罗江后，群众为了不让水里的鱼咬着诗人的身体便做了好多的粽子，扔到水里。这样鱼儿有的吃就不会伤害到诗人了。于是，为了保护并纪念这位伟大的爱国诗人，后来有了更为热闹的赛龙舟。

我们村里没有赛龙舟，但在黄石每年都会有这样的热闹非凡的场面出现：

在木兰溪畔，人们早早地围在岸边，锣鼓震天鞭炮齐鸣。水面，数支整齐的龙舟队伍，衣裳鲜艳随风飘扬，小伙子们激情澎湃跃跃欲试。随着一声锣响，各支队伍争相竞发，大家齐心协力，奋力争先。这一刻，鼓声、鞭炮声人们的呐喊声凑成一片热闹非凡的画面。

每年的农历五月初五，就是我国的传统节日——端午节。

记得我上一年级的那个端午节。爸爸一大早就把艾叶葛蒲挂在家门的两边，妈妈从农贸市场买来了新鲜的粽叶。妈妈用粽叶把头一天就泡好了的糯米还有大枣和花生包了起来，然后用细绳子系牢，我刚要想用剪刀帮妈妈把绳子剪断妈妈阻止了我接着包下一个，要包5个才剪断绳子。爸爸说要把包好的粽子放在高压锅里煮两个小时才能吃。

终于到了吃饭时间了，我迫不及待的拿了一个粽子在碗里，解开粽叶后，一个白白胖胖散发着清香的肚里有大枣、花生的胖粽子就呈现在我的眼前，蘸一点儿白糖放到嘴里，感觉是甜甜的、软软的、粘粘的还有一种特殊的清香味好吃极了。接着我们又吃了煮大蒜、发芽豆和咸鸭蛋等传统食品，爸爸边吃边给我讲端午节的来历。

在我国战国时期楚国有一个大臣叫屈原他生于公元前339年，他是诗人，而且还是政治家，很有才华。他主张抗秦，于是遭到了贵族子兰等人的反对，还被赶出都城，流放到沅、湘流域。公元前278年，秦军攻破楚国京城。屈原眼看自己的祖国被侵略，心如刀割，于农历5月5日投泊罗江而死。据考证屈原一生有25篇作品留世，最的有“离骚”、“天问”、“九歌”等。后来，鲁迅先生称赞为“逸响伟辞，卓绝一世”。

据说屈原死后，楚国的百姓十分伤心，纷纷来到泊罗江边凭吊屈原。人们希望鱼虾不要去吃屈原，便向河里投用芦苇叶包成的粽子，鱼虾吃饱了就不会去吃屈原的尸体。为了纪念历这位伟大的爱国诗人，人们就把他跳河的那一天定为端午节，才有了后来赛龙舟、吃五个连着的粽子、喝雄黄酒的风俗。

啊，难忘的端午节，你在我童年的记忆里留下了深深的印象，在我吃着传统节日美食的同时也让我了解了我国历这位伟大的政治家、爱国诗人，我要向屈原一样不向邪恶势力低头，努力学习报孝国家，永远热爱自己的祖国。
