So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. 我和奶奶洗完竹叶的时候，糯米差不多泡好了，奶奶拿出来，放在地上，我和郑皓文都兴高采烈的，想要包粽子，奶奶说，包粽子是有方法的，叫我们认真一点包。奶奶首先叫我们把两块竹叶重叠在一起，这很简单，我和郑皓文文很快就做好了，接下来比较难，要把粽子卷成一个三锥体的帽子，这比较难，我学了5分钟才学会，郑皓文学了比较久才学会，接着是把之前包好的竹叶用手给拖在上面，放上一大勺糯米，这个也很简单。但是接下来的就难了，接着奶奶把没封口的竹往外一扳，两边的边边夹紧，把口子粘在那里，这样就不会往外漏，然后就是再扳一下，然后就是用绳子绑起来了。可是这个过程看起来简单，做起来却难。我干了大约20分钟才做好，郑皓文则更久。

晚上的时候，香喷喷的粽子来了，我咬了一口，感觉全身的细胞都在颤抖，真是太好吃了!果然自己动手，丰衣足食呀!

纵观千古，展望历史的盛衰交替，属于中国的历史长河已经浩浩荡荡的流淌了五千多年之久。

这一朝一代，又涌现出了多少文人墨客以及为国为民甘愿鞠躬尽瘁死而后已的人，为了让后人永远的记住他们的丰功伟业，人们把一年中的某一天用来缅怀他们，我们今天所过的端午节就是为了纪念一位伟大的爱国诗人――屈原。

这一天，我和我的家人为坐在餐桌前吃粽子，爷爷和父亲一人一杯雄黄酒打算来一个一醉方休，饭局将半的时候，父亲已经喝的面红耳赤了，他又倒了一杯酒，因为已是酩酊大醉，所以父亲倒酒时还把酒倒在了杯子的外边。父亲又抿了一口酒，开口对我和妹妹问道：“你们知道端午节的由来吗?”我和妹妹连连摇起头来，虽然过了十几个端午节，却始终不知道这个节日是由何而来。我由于挡不住的好奇心，便上网查找了一番。
