哲学家苏格拉底曾说：“世界上最快乐的事，莫过于为理想而奋斗”。每个人都有自己的理想，并一直朝着这个目标奋斗着，这的确是一件快乐的事。我也有我自己的理想--做一名英语翻译家。

你们一定想知道我为什么要做英语翻译家？因为我从小就喜欢英语。在我上幼儿园，第一次接触英语的时候，老师教我们读“apple苹果”，“banana香蕉”，老师怕我们不懂，还特意拿来香蕉，指着香蕉对我们说：“这是不是很像‘b’呢？上面瘦瘦的，下面胖胖的。一个个香蕉就成了banana，这样，香蕉的英语是不是很容易拼出来。”老师还教我们学了很多英语单词。从那以后，我就喜欢上了英语。

虽然这个理想对我来说是一件非常遥远的事情，但我愿意为这个理想而努力拼搏。每当我听到别人那一口流利的英语，我都非常羡慕，同时我的心灵也一样受到了鼓舞。我相信只要努力就一定可以做到。现在我会从身边的每一步开始做起，努力学好英语。我希望通过我的努力，可以实现我的梦想。

通向理想的道路是遥远的，艰辛的，但我坚信自己只要为理想奋斗，为理想拼搏，就一定能实现理想。

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful

beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and

we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many

trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang

and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave(离开) the friends and the teachers. I

hope I can go to summer camp again next year.

我去夏令营度假。第一天，我们去了美丽的海滩。这是一个阳光和炎热的一天，所以我们去游泳。水是温暖的，我们有很大的乐趣。然后第二天，我们去了山区。有许多树木，我非常喜欢他们。在最后一天，我们有一个伟大的党。我们高兴地载歌载舞。我们不想离开(离开)的朋友和老师。我希望我可以去夏令营明年再次。

It is said that the festival originated in more than 800 years ago, that is, on November 11, 1111, the day bachelor and a record eight. In fact, this section is the meaning of god.

Every year on this day in the evening, my mother is in the zero point, on the computer to buy me a clothes, is New Years day to wear new clothes and mom or late-night 1 didnt go to sleep, when I think mom is very hard. 11月11日，是单身一族的一个另类节日，因为这一天的日期里面有连续四个“一”的缘故，这个日子便被定为“光棍节”。

光棍节的来历，一直是个迷，有各种各样的猜测和说法。其中光棍节产生于校园文化的说法是比较可信的，但由谁最先提出已不可考了。据说这个节起源于800多年前，也就是1111年11月11日，那天光棍达到和创纪录的8条。其实，设立这个节是上帝的意思。

每年这一天的晚上，妈妈就要在零点时候，在电脑上给我买衣服，是过年要穿的新衣服而且妈妈还是在后半夜1点的时候才睡，我觉得妈妈很辛苦。今天早上，我听见妈妈说：“昨天晚上抢衣服的人真多啊!幸好我也抢到一件。”爸爸说：“这抢衣服的劲头就像打仗一样呀!”

The old man and the sea mainly tells the story: an old fisherman for eighty-four days without fish, met with a giant marlin on the sea. 《老人与海》主要讲述了：一位老渔夫连续八十四天没有捕到鱼的情况下，在大海上遇到了一条巨大的马林鱼。经过了三天三夜的较量，老人终于杀死了大马林鱼，可他返航的途中 ，却被鲨鱼袭击了，当他返回时，那条大马林鱼只剩下鱼头鱼尾了。

这篇故事，却讲出不朽的英雄的主义，虽然老人失败了，但那只是那种力气和肉体上的一次失败，他的信心与希望是不可能破灭的。“人不是为了失败而生的。一个人可以被毁灭，但是不可以被人给打败!这是硬汉精神!”一种十分可贵的精神!
