Last week, our school held an activity to the nursing house to visit the

廷尉张释之劝道，周勃和张相如都是大家公认最称职的官员，在回答皇上问题时，有时也答不上来，哪像这小吏夸夸其谈呢?如果提拔这样的人，只怕天下人效仿，都去耍嘴皮子了。所以，提拔这样的人要慎重。

文帝听后认为有理，取消了任命。要善于明是非、辨真伪，多听谔谔之言，少听溢美之词，尤其是对那些怀有某种目的的奉承、吹捧和赞美的话，那些明显过头的话，更要留一个心眼，保持高度警惕，在心中筑起一道有效防范的坚固堤坝。
