古往今来，许多誉满全球的伟人，他们的每一项发明创造，每一次成功，都是要流下滴滴汗水，留下步步脚印的。他们的成功都是靠着自己的勤奋钻研而得来的。

成功的关键在于勤奋，勤能补拙是良训，一分辛劳一分才，只有勤奋才能取得成功。传说古希腊有一个叫德摩斯梯尼的演说家，因小时口吃，登台演讲时，声音含混，发音不准，常常被雄辩的对手压倒。可是他气不馁，心不灰，为克服这个弱点，战胜雄辩的对手，便每天口含石子面对大海朗诵，不管春夏秋冬，坚持五十年如一日，连爬山，跑步也边走边做演说，终于成为全希腊一个最有名气的演说家。这样的事例不正说明勤奋可以克服一切困难，战胜一切，从而取得成功吗?不是正告诉人们，一切事物都要勤奋吗?

鲁迅之所以渊博，正是因为他把别人喝咖啡的时间，都用来汲取精神养料。

李时珍的《本草纲目》的写成，正是由于他27个年头的跋山涉水，“访采四方”，“搜罗百代”的成果。

高尔基说过：“天才出于勤奋”。卡莱尔也说过：“天才就是无止境地刻苦勤奋的努力”。这些名人的经验之谈告诉我们，只有勤奋，才能成功。

物理学家牛顿;化学界的大师诺贝尔、门捷列夫;放射性元素的发现者居里夫人……他们之所以有这样伟大的成就，有一个重要的因素，就是由于他们都是勤奋学习，不耻下问，大胆实践，用于向失败挑战的人。而最后呢，他们胜利了，成功了。无数事实证明了这样一个真理：成功来自勤奋。只会不是自然的恩赐，而是勤奋的结果。

让我们大家以此共勉，勇勤奋去攀登智慧的巅峰，用知识的钥匙打开成功的大门!让我们永远记住：成功来自勤奋。

二：成功来自奋斗

我应该感激很多爱护我的人，首先要感谢我的父母，他们都是我固定的支持者和成功力量的来源。

成功者奋斗的历程，也是鼓动自我能量，不断克服重重困难的过程。

人的能量有多大?

没人知道。

人的能量犹如海上的冰山，浮在上面的只是冰山的一角。

许多事情你认为自己根本做不到;

许多事你连想都不敢想;

许多事就因为你，不敢想，想不到而根本没有去做。

你失败拉，因为你放弃成功。

你办不到，因为你根本不想办到。

人生有许多事情不能自己选择;诸如，出身，相貌……

人生也有许多事可以选择。

你选择了平庸，所以你一生平庸。你选择了辉煌，你的人生必定是一道亮丽的彩虹。

曾有多少人想成功，又有多少人问过成功来自于何方?有伟人说;书是人类进步的阶梯。每个人都渴望从前辈的着作中吸取成功的经验。然而这还不够。多少成功者他们的命运是多么不幸，又有多少寒门弟子映雪夜读，凿壁借光，历经千辛，终成伟业。

命运是失败者的借口，是懦弱者的锁琏，却是强者博击的对象。

你现在明白了么?成功来自于奋斗。

三：成功来自勤奋

正如爱迪生说的那样，所有的成功都是离不开汗水，离不开勤奋!有很多人看到了成功的大门，却未能打开，最后碌碌无为，他们不能被称为成功，他们只是失败者!

中国曾有一名年轻大学生钱某，他12岁就学会了他人苦学多年都学不懂得微积分，被人称为神童，未来以他的天资，将会带领中国数学走向新高潮，但是他却懒惰的不参加学习，只是闲逛，这使他原有的天赋消失殆尽，最终成为一届庸才。

正相反的，勤奋你将取得成功!

伟大的发明家爱迪生在他小时候就被冠以一事无成的称号，但他并不在意，他依旧用心研读，努力钻研，在不断的实践，不断的改正，用他的勤奋完成他的理想，最终发明了电灯泡!

这样的例子不只是外国有，中国也有。我国伟大的数学家陈景润，为了解决数学界的明珠哥德巴赫猜想，坚持每天清晨3点起床学习外语，每日浸在数学符号的海洋里，日复一日，从未松懈过，终于，在反复演算中，灵光一闪，摘取了这颗璀璨的明珠。还有语言大师侯宝林只不过上看三年的小学，由于勤奋好学，他的语言功底达到了炉火纯青的程度，成为着名的语言专家，有一次，他想了解一部明代笑语书跑遍看北京所有的旧书摊也为如愿，后来，他得知北京国中图书馆有这本书，时值冬日，他顶着狂风，冒着大雪一连18天跑到图书馆抄书。一部十万字的书啊!终于被他抄录到手。

所有的成功都离不开汗水，离不开勤奋。勤奋永远都是不可缺失的一部分!

There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main

concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me

six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the

axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

for it.

Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the opportunity which occurs

once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a

solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

I have some good advice for your work。 If you can do the following things， you will succeed in doing everything。

There are many characteristic exist in the world, and characteristic is

very important to people. For example, active, persistence, optimistic makes

people successful; lazy, passive makes people fail. Having a good characteristic

Persistence is a key to success, whether for a single person or an

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power,

pride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since

I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

Whatsuccess? Different people have different opinions towards this

question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on,

are longing for being rich, which allows them buy what they want, and enjoy

luxury. They treat it as success. Furthermore, some contestants, such as boxers,

are always trying their best to defeat their rivals for success. And once they

win, they confirm that they are stronger than others. The last but not the

least, there are some other people who enjoy helping others. As a good saying
