四年级的时候，我又遇到了姜笑光老师。她不仅注重我们的学习，还十分关心我们的身体。那年冬天，我三天两头地感冒，上课经常因为咳嗽而呕吐。姜老师看到了，语重心长地对我说：“昂然啊，光学习好不行，还要注意锻炼身体”。后来，在平时的千米跑中，老师让我在外圈跟着走。渐渐地我开始能坚持跑下来了，天长日久，我的身体强壮了很多，跑操对我来说再也不是什么难事了。

刚上五年级的时候，我的思想比较浮躁，学习态度不认真，这种苗头被我的班主任邹翠华老师发现了，她多次找我谈心，教育我要有一个好的学习态度。她还主动和我妈妈沟通，帮助我端正学习态度。后来，我上课认真听讲，积极发言，老师也经常表扬我的进步。

不仅如此，邹翠华老师还经常鼓励我们多读书，她经常对我们说：“只有养成好的读书习惯，才能写好作文”。有时，她自费买来一些适合我们读的好书，送给学习进步的同学，这让我们十分感动。

人们常用蜡烛成灰泪始干来形容老师，把自己的知识传授给学生，照亮我们前进的航程。我希望老师是幸福的、快乐的，能在未来分享我们成功的喜悦

The communication of the intention can have been done with the person in the country though the word did not run well. However, I thought that the handicap of the word was large. I thought it was good if the word could be understood more many times. Therefore, I think that I should study the language study more. It can meet the one different according to the land when traveling. The tourist spot is, and there is a lot of one not so either.
