我的爸爸不仅心情多变，还十分勤劳。每个工作日，妈妈总要很晚才回来，于是爸爸就成了我们家的“超级保姆”，什么家务都是我和爸爸做的。爸爸还常对我说“逆水行舟，不进则退”，我一直不明白这句活的意思，直到今天才若有所悟：我们这代人就像在逆着水流行船，不努力向前，就会被时代的潮流掀翻。爸爸还对我说了许许多多的名言，这些话我都永远铭记在心。
