1. 头绪分明，脉络清楚

写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个" W "和一个" H "有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些" W "和" H "，但动笔之前，围绕五个" W "和" H "进行构思是必不可少的。

2. 突出中心，详略得当

有人说校园生活枯燥无味，可我却觉得校园生活是多姿多彩的。

上课的时候，我们讨论激烈，互相发表意见。有一次，我为了一个问题和同学吵架了，大家都各持己见，不能达成共识。后来，我们冷静地解决了问题，大家和好了。下课后，我和老师一起谈心，下棋，大家融洽相处，谈得不亦乐乎;饭后，同学们互相讲心事，解决问题，令我们的友谊之桥更加稳固。大家一起笑过，哭过，遇到困难时互相帮助。校运会时大家互相喝彩，互相加油，失败了的同学我们鼓励他，令他重拾信心，不再气馁。

校园生活多姿多彩，令我获益良多，领悟到学习的乐趣。

Dont you see the heavy smokes from the big chimneys? Dont you smell the gas from the motors all around the streets? Weve got much dirtier air! The iceburgs are melting from the warmer winter because of the air pollution!

难道你没有看到浓重的烟雾从烟囱里冒出来吗？难道你没有在街上闻到从机动车上排出来的气体吗？我们得到太多肮脏的空气了！因为气体污染，冰山在暖冬的时候融化了不少。

Dont you see there are less lives in the water? Dont you see that we must pay higher cost in water processing? Weve got much darker water running around! The oceans are in danger.

难道你没有看到水中的生物越来越少了吗？难道你没有看到我们必须花更多的成本加工水源吗？我们到处开采深水。海洋正处于危险之中。

Dont you see the mountains getting bald ? Dont you see our ground becoming hollow ? Weve been exhausting the resources beneath the earth. Our grandchildren will live on nothing.

难道你没有看到山峰正变得光秃秃吗？难道你没有看到土地正变得空空的吗？我们正耗尽地下的资源。我们的孙儿将无法依靠任何事情生活下去。

We have only one globe. Treasure the mother nature!

我们只有一个地球。珍爱（孕育万物的）大自然吧！

晚上，望着身旁那一张孤零零的床，总让我情不自禁想起奶奶。

奶奶，是我生活的一面镜子，时时督促我，让我及时地自我反省。那一次，我作业本忘在学校了，奶奶急切地说：“凯威，快去把作业本去拿来。”我漫不经心地答道：“没事的，奶奶。明天肯定还在。都已经这么晚了，黑灯瞎火的我才不去。再说人家门卫爷爷也早睡了。”奶奶严肃地说：“明天还有明天的事。记住很多事宜快不宜慢。”我一听有道理，二话没说，立刻健步如飞地赶回学校，向门卫爷爷说了情况，疾步来到教室门口。这时，我的心就像拉满的弓弦，我不敢走进去看，还有没有作业本，生怕被奶奶不幸言中。我压抑着黑暗带来的恐惧，往教室里一看，呀!还在。我喜出望外，拿好作业，我一溜烟地跑回家。奶奶见我拿回作业本就安心去睡了。

日子就这样平淡而充实地过着，奶奶的谆谆教导我总是心不在焉地应付着。今年，奶奶一不小心骨折了。治疗好后，就去老家养伤了。于是，我也跟着“旧病复发”——丢三落四。这不，前几天一本数学练习本不翼而飞，我只得重新买一本，从头到脚补写;这几天，一本好不容易积攒了26分的采蜜本跟我玩起了捉迷藏游戏。我真是太粗心大意了，不管我用尽心思，搜肠刮肚，脑子还是一团迷雾。第二天继续寻找，还是没有它的踪影，耳边响起组长催促交作业的声音：“快点，快把语文采蜜本上交!”这声音，在我耳朵里，就和末日审判的号筒那样洪亮骇人。我顿时两眼发直，感到一股冷气自脚底透上脑门，像发疟疾似的浑身哆嗦起来，双腿不听使唤。

望着那一张孤零零的床，我的心里总不由自主地想起您——奶奶。我心里似乎有许多话要对您诉说……

My Roommates

I study in a high school, the school is far away from my home, so I have to live in the school. The first day I came to the school, the headmaster led me to a dormitory, he said I would have three roommates. I was the first one to come, so I waited a minute to meet my roommates. At last, I saw them, they are from different places, I learned how to get along with them. Li Hua loves music so much, he can play guitar, we hear him play guitar when we don’t have class. Wang Hai is into reading all kinds of novels, sometimes he will read a novel the whole night. Su Kai likes playing basketball, he watches all the news about NBA. While I like playing tennis, though we have different hobby, we share our happy and sorrow, the difference makes our life colorful.

it hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. but what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel.a sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go.

the best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation youve ever had.its true that we dont know what weve got until we lose it, but its also true that we dont know what weve been missing until it arrives.it takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone- but it takes a lifetime to forget someone. dont go for looks; they can deceive. dont go for wealth, even that fades away. go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright.

中午，吃过午饭，同学们都坐在教室里认认真真地看课外书。突然，卢老师严厉的责备声打破了安静的局面。“周士昕，你的预习本呢?你的‘题库’呢?”

老师大声地质问，周士昕慢慢地站起来，吞吞吐吐地回答：“在……在家里，忘……忘记带来了!”

“你已经连续几次没交作业了?这回又没交，你还想怎么样?”卢老师生气地说着，快步朝周士昕走来。周士昕呆若木鸡地望着卢老师，不知所措。

“你真是连一年级的小弟弟小妹妹都不如了。我今天让你去看看他们是怎么样的。从今以后，你再也不要想跨进我们301班教室的大门一步!”面红耳赤的卢老师愤怒地朝周士昕大吼着，声音大得像河东狮吼。果然，卢老师拉住周士昕往外拖。周士昕体壮如牛，非常结实，班里几乎所有同学都打不过他，同学们都叫他“大猩猩”。可这一回，尽管“大猩猩”拼命挣扎，但也无济于事，卢老师三下五除二就把周士昕拖出了门外。毕竟小孩子的力气比大人小。

我们本以为卢老师只是吓唬吓唬周士昕，可是他们下去很久都没上来。一些爱凑热闹的同学都以小便为借口，下去看个究竟。我也迫不及待地去凑热闹。来到101班教室门口，见周士昕傻傻地坐在教室的最后一排，一动不动。卢老师正在跟一旁的101班班主任讲个不停。

我们见两位老师快聊完了，就飞快地跑上楼去。过了一会儿，两位老师带着周士昕上来了。原来孙老师苦苦求情，卢老师终于把周士昕“放”了回来。

是啊，都是作业惹的祸。我们只有按时完成作业，才能不受老师的批评，才能和同学们快快乐乐地学习，玩耍。卢老师今天狠杀“大猩猩”，也儆了那些猴性不改的人。

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.
