战胜挫折需要勇气，更需要微笑。19世纪俄国的列夫托尔斯泰，是伟大的批判现实主义的杰出代表，是俄国最伟大的批判现实主义的杰出代表，是俄国最伟大的作家。他用手中的笔，笔下的文字批判沙皇当局和教会，遭到沙皇和教会的迫害。但面对这些他没有畏惧，没有退缩，而是继续着他的批判，继续着他的斗争。他没有屈服，而以微笑的心态面对沙皇与教会的铺天盖地的极为残酷的迫害。因此，他被列宁称颂为“天才艺术家”“俄国革命的镜子。”

名人如此我们亦然。心态决定一切。初三这一年很辛苦，在学习过程中我们会面对许多挫折，我们应以平和的心态，微笑着面对生活中的每一天。如果事事都完美，那么这个世界不是很枯燥、乏味吗？静水因为距离的挫折而形成壮观的瀑布；雄鹰因为千百次的历练而翱翔蓝天。我们要把一切不顺看成是组成生活的不可缺少的元素，只有做到事事微笑的人，才能以微笑收获成功。没有经历过狂风暴雨的洗礼，哪能知道风平浪静的美好；没有经历过泥泞道路的险阻，哪能知道晴空万里的可爱；没有经历过挫折的历练，难能知道成功之后的喜悦？面对挫折，以微笑的心态振幅，用微笑的心态面对，成功就在眼前。

我的妈妈是个拐脚子，我常常为此感到自卑，在众人面前总是抬不起头。 每当同学们议论起妈妈时，我就默不作声悄悄地离开。

一天，我吃过早饭来学校，刚走到教室门口，教室里传来同学的说话声：“你们知道吗?张权鸿的妈妈是个拐脚子。”“真的?张权鸿既聪明又漂亮，我当她的妈妈一定是个四肢健全的人呢。原来……”听了这些，我恨不得找个地缝钻进去。从此，不论上街或到亲戚家做客，我总要和妈妈拉开一定的距离，生怕别人知道她是我的妈妈。

有一次，我淋雨感冒了，身子骨像散了架似的，怕妈妈责怪我没敢告诉她。可还是被妈妈发现了，她二话不说帮我穿了棉衣就背着去医院。当时妈妈感冒未愈，身体较弱，汗水顺着她的脸往下淌……就这样，妈妈背着我一瘸一拐，艰难地走到了医院。经过医生的及时治疗，我的病很快好了。妈妈紧皱的眉头舒展开了，脸上露出了一丝笑意。望着妈妈疲惫的面庞，不知是感动，还是愧疚，“哇”的一声，我再也控制不住自己的感情，放声大哭……

从记事起，我不但没帮妈妈干过一次家务活，还因她是个拐脚子而嫌弃她。俗话说：“儿不嫌母丑，狗不嫌家贫。”可是……

妈妈虽然是残疾人，但跟许多人的妈妈一样，她也有一颗庝儿之心呀!妈妈，原谅女儿吧!原谅您这个不孝的女儿吧!

打那以后，我再也不为有这样的妈妈而自卑，每逢和妈妈一起遇到老师和同学，我会自豪地介绍说：“这是我的妈妈。”妈妈的生日就要到了，我暗暗订了一个计划：节省自己的零花钱，给妈妈买一件礼物，以弥补我多年的过错，重拾丢失的孝心，常怀一颗感恩的心……

Today is Saturday, the weather is very nice. I’m very happy to finally have the opportunity to go to the zoo with my parents. My parents work very hard to support the family every day, so they often do not have time to stay with me. I hope that they can accompany me to the zoo for a long time.

今天是星期六。天气很好。我很开心最后有这个机会和我爸爸妈妈一起去动物园。为了这个家，我爸爸妈妈每天都很努力工作，所以他们经常是没有时间陪我的。很久之前我就希望他们能够陪我去动物园玩了。

Because it’s weekend, there are many people in the zoo. First, we go to see some birds. There are many kinds of birds in cages, I can not tell all their names. Then, we go to visit the dolphin show, the dolphin is very lovely and its show brings everyone happiness. At the end, we go to the shop in the zoo; my mother bought me a bear doll that I like very much.

因为是周末，动物园里面有很多人。首先，我们去看了鸟儿。笼子里面有各种各样的鸟，我都不能把它们的名字说全。之后，我们去看了海豚表演。海豚很可爱，它的表演也给大家带来了欢乐。最后我们去了动物园里面的商店，妈妈给我买了一个我很喜欢的玩具熊。

Today is a happy day, thank you my parents to giving me a beautiful memory. I hope that they can have more time to take a break and have more time to stay with me. I love them so much.

今天是开心的一天。谢谢我的父母给了我这么好的回忆。我希望他们能够好好休息一下并抽更多的时间陪陪我。我很爱他们。
