I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

What is my life in the future? I think my life will interesting . In my house , a robot will do some housework.Beacuse the housework make me feel unpleasant. I will stady in the house on computers. In the streets, there will be more bulidings.The city will one of the most beautiful in China. I will play more and more interesting games. I will enjoy myself. What a great future. I hope the world will have a beautiful future!

未来的房子是怎样造出来的呢？你一定会随意的回答说：“当然是用砖头做出来的！”不，你错了，房子不是用砖头做出来的！是在电脑上设计出来的，先用鼠标，先设计出房子的外观，再点击你设计出的门，就可以进入房子里设计了。你设计出来的可以有别墅，也可以有水果屋……当你设计出这种图案时，就会出现一个机器人，他只要用记忆一下，再按“X”按钮，一座豪华，美丽而舒适的房子就会出现在你想造的房子那里！

如果地震了，那座房子就会变成绿色的，一层绿色的草坪就会让你的房子停留在半空中，里面的人丝毫也感觉不到地震，如果房子建在绿油油的山脚下，万一大山崩塌了，一个绿色的保护层就会把你的房子包裹住。

在未来，九百层的楼都不算稀罕了，你肯定想说：“这么高的楼用电梯都得好长时间吧！”告诉你，电梯早就问世了，你只要对准一个接收器说：“你想去XXX的地方，一个机器人就会设计出一片绿色草坪，这片草坪会将你带到目的地。如果来的是小偷，接收器里就会放出一股烟雾，小偷就会晕过去，而且这些房子都是绿色的，望眼一看，全都是绿色，太漂亮了！这里很漂亮，但学校也很漂亮。当你走进校门的第一步起，你就会发现，一排排花草树木，在向你打招呼！空气中仿佛有一种淡淡的清香，当你在想近走，你就会看见操场大都是绿色，一片绿油油的草坪，有些枯黄的树叶，掉下来后，小花就会吸走，这样一来小花就会变得鲜艳，更漂亮，不但这样树叶也没有了，多么美丽呀！教学楼也不赖哦！一座豪华的教学楼出现在你的眼前！站在高处一眼望去，整个城市都是绿油油的一片，太美了！

I will never forget that moment when I was pressing the buttons on the phone .I was entering a hot line to find out my results in the final examination of junior school. They are forever talking with a proud about how skilled their grandsons operate the computer and surf the Internet, or the fantastic the Internet trip they went on their own ----after that, they never forget to list the privilege of modern science one by one, and make a conclusion that how fast the science and technology developed.
