reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

大家好，我先自我介绍一下，我姓x，名，是一个普通的女孩，圆圆的脸蛋，扎着马尾辫，夹着漂亮的发夹。那弯弯的眉毛下嵌着一双水汪汪的大眼睛。我的性格很开朗，整天乐呵呵的，还很阳光呢!我的学习成绩名列前茅，是班上的免考生，而且我期末考试时还取得了双百分。我除了成绩好，还有很多爱好。比如说;英语、看书、跳舞、羽毛球……其中，我最喜欢的是跳舞。

提起跳舞，我可有很多的回忆呢!那是个风和日丽的下午，老师们在给我们化妆、扎辫子，因为今天来大剧院展示。我踏上台的那一刹那，我变得非常紧张，因为我怕在台下几千名观众面前献丑，当我跳起来时，心怦怦直跳，但过了一会儿台下的观众在轻轻地赞扬我们，我的心情突然就平静下来了，自然跳得更轻盈了，等到表演结束时，台下的掌声像雷声一般响起来，我心里顿时感到自豪。我下台后，妈妈表扬我跳得自然，我是多么的兴奋呀!我不禁想：希望我还能来大剧院展示。

这就是我，我除了会跳舞，还会很多，比如：乒乓、羽毛球、游泳……这就是我丰富多彩的生活，还想听小妹我的故事?等下一次吧!

It is known to all that Guangxi province is famous for its various culture,

because there are many minorities. Recent years, the local government carry out

a policy of taking a break on March 3rd, which makes it the special day for

Guangxi Province. People can enjoy some shows which are full of local features,

such as singing local songs, having dragon-lion dance and so on. This policy not

only lets people take relax from routine work, but also makes people remember

their culture. I am part of the local people and I am so proud of the variety.

The different culture makes our country full of charm.

我有一位朋友，他长得很俊俏。一头乌黑茂密的头发整齐地耷在前额上。他有浓密的眉毛，长着一双炯炯有神的眼睛，他还带着一副紫色的眼镜，左边嘴角有一颗绿豆大小的痣。

他做事很拖拉，喜欢睡懒觉，每天早上打铃后，他用被子蒙着头不愿意起床。总是等我穿好衣服叠被子的时候，他才慢吞吞地坐起来，揉一揉朦胧的睡眼，一副很疲倦的样子，因为他起床太拖拉，所以经常踩着铃声去上早自习。

做作业要是遇上难题，思考两遍解不出来，他就懒得再去思考，就放下手中的作业玩去了。他总是把当天该完成的作业拖到下一天，让许多老师课间找他处理作业。

虽然在生活方面他有些拖拉，但在运动场上他真可谓是雷厉风行。每次体育课前，他总是早早地到操场等候，每次跑步他也总是冲在最前面。

人哪有不生病的，但我偏偏没见到过他体育课请假。任何体育活动，他都积极参加。

有时体育课上进行高强度运动，大多数人都受不了，我也没见过他偷懒。也许他坚毅的性格就是运动出来的吧。论体育成绩，他确实非常优秀。不久前体育50米测试，跑进八秒就已经是好成绩，他却用时六秒九八!

他这么爱运动，运动会赛场上当然少不了他的身影，长项众多的他甚至有时抱怨为什么运动会只能参加三个项目。有几次运动会，他都拿了三张奖状呢!

他对自己的事情显得有些拖拉，但假如别人请他帮忙，他会不加思索的答应。

有天早自习下课后他做了一会儿作业准备去吃饭。

“你能帮我扫地吗?”旁边还在做作业的同学问。

他抬头看了一眼钟，脱口而出道：“哪里?”

“教室。”

他没有多说话，径直向教室后面走去，拿起扫帚开始扫地。他时不时抬头看一眼钟，皱皱眉头，却一丝不苟地扫着地。最后终于把教室打扫得一尘不染后，他才匆匆跑去吃饭。但最后只剩下难以下咽的馒头了。

我曾问他：“为什么你自己的事都懒得去做，却热衷于帮助别人呢?”

他的回答让我很惭愧：“别人需要我帮忙的事都是急事儿，我那些事都是无关紧要的。”他还经常说帮助别人能获得巨大快乐。

他就是这样一个爱运动、乐于助人的人。他的名字叫彭峻杰。
