那天晚上吃完饭，我们就开始把明天中午的饭菜理出来了，先放在冰箱，明天下锅炒一下就行了。

虽然这次英语考试很突然，我也取得了不错的成绩。但我真的不喜欢这样的抽测啊！

在多年的雅思教学中，我发现学生在实际考试中面临着不同的写作障碍，影响了考试成绩，雅思英语考试中应该如何克服写作障碍。归纳起来大致有以下几个方面：

一、真情流露，无从下笔

有的考生在考试时见到作文题，顿感思路塞车，好像有许多话要说，但又不知究竟应从那里写起。明智的做法是“投其所好、尽情发挥。”考生不妨把作文的要求量化到每一个段落，一篇250词左右的作文一般不会超过15句话，把这15句话根据题目要求分配到各段中去，每一段大概只说那么几句话，事实上往往是说得越多错误越多。因此，每句话紧扣提纲，见好就收,这才是最稳妥的对策。

二、心里明白，难以表达

在考场上有的考生题目看得懂，提纲也明白，就是不知道该说什么，头脑里一片空白。这是在雅思写作考试中的一种常见的现象，针对这一现象，最有效的办法就是要善于联想到一些具体的事实，具体的例证和具体的现象。事实上，雅思的作文题目一定是一个具有社会普遍型话题，其目的是让不同教育背景的考生都有话可说。因此，考生一定能就题目联想起具体细小的事情再形成观点。把看得见摸得着的事物带来的思考变成作文里的实质内容，这不失为一种很好的策略。

因此，当头脑出现空白时，应该由具体细小的、琐碎的、微不足道的事物所引发的思考形成观点，再进行论述。这种定式思维的形成需要多下功夫多练习。

三、一味追求标新立异，导致无从下笔

考试时通常发现有的考生聚精会神的坐在那里冥思苦想，非要想出一个与众不同的观点。陷入这种境地的考生，显然犯了一个根本性的错误，参考时间为40分钟的作文，一般应在35分钟之内完成,再用几分钟的时间检查语言错误。可有的考生十几分钟一句话都写不了，就是因为他太进入角色了，这是考试中一个很大的误区。

四、构思、写作不统一，落实有困难

实事求是的讲，要求考生完全运用英语思维来写作文是不现实的。很多考生在实际写作过程中，脑子里想的是中文句子，然后再把中文句子译成英文。因此采用“得其意，忘其形”的方法，忘掉中文的语法结构，句法形式则可能要整个地打乱，“钻进去，跳出来”。所谓“钻进去”就是要看意思是否到位了，“跳出来”就是要忘记中文的语言形式。实际上把英文译成中文，关键是要在转换中把意思表达出来。

针对构思、写作不统一，落实有困难情况。必须摒弃翻译中追求一一对应的关系，并机械地把中文译成英文的方法，应该把中文句子结构彻底地忘记，然后用比较简单的“万能”英语表达。平时不妨做一做这样的练习，通过阅读不认识词条的英文注解，然后试着把单词译成中文词，再去对照英汉词典的汉语释义，慢慢地就会开始领会用英语表达的门道了。

五、被动心态压抑新构思

尽管雅思考试作文为规定式命题，但考生仍可积极主动地发挥。其主动性在于采取回避的策略，表达上采取迂回的方式，即运用不很复杂的语言。内容的取舍上避重就轻地写比较易于表达的内容。很多人在写作过程中从头至尾都处于被动状态，当有内容想要表达清楚的时候，却又发现种种途径都不可能表达好，只好硬着头皮把自己意识到没把握的东西勉强写上去。连自己都意识到可能是错误的东西，只会产生于己不利的负面影响。所以，当有的内容感觉一点找不着，英语实在表达不清楚的时候，就应该彻底地放弃。单词拼写错误也是雅思考试作文写作的一大问题。常用单词是不能拼错的，有的单词平时会拼写，考试时突然没把握了，不妨换一下或许还能想起另外一个难度大一点、拼写有把握的来代替。应该回避明确知道自己不会拼写的词。如果没法换一个词，将句子改换一种说法亦未尝不可。有的考生在考卷上没把握的地方标上问号，或者把两种可能都写上，让判卷老师选择，这个方法是不可取的。

我们修远中学在历次考试中，已经形成一种良好的诚信氛围，我们每个人都应该有一种“文明考试，诚信做人”的意识，我们要以饱满的热情和积极的姿态投入到复习备考中，公平竞争，诚信考试，杜绝作弊，争创佳绩。

最近，各个学校各个年级的学生都在热火朝天地写卷子，为什么呢？因为期末考试要到了。

星期五的上午，天，黑黑的，风，开始作乱，漫天狂风卷着地上早已准备飞天的黄沙，刮起了沙尘暴。上课铃响了，老师带来了不幸的消息——下周四毕业考试！这来得太突然了，我们的心情就如这外面的天气，乱糟糟，从此我们班就不安宁了。

课上，我们争分夺秒，马不停蹄，奋笔疾书抄着笔记。笔尖沙沙沙，在纸上飞来飞去，快马加鞭。唉！可怜我的手呀！几天的功夫已经变形；可怜我的笔呀！三支笔油用得干干净净；可怜天下考试的人呀！一日不见，瘦了三斤。

课下，已销声匿迹，已经打了下课铃，我们还是风雨不动安如山，这是干嘛？写卷子呗！老师走下讲台，回到办公室搬来一沓卷子，准备留作业。

我的天！这么多的卷子，永远也做不完，我们又要熬夜苦战了。

Water Pollution

With the development of industry, water pollution isbecoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

我要和我们年级全年级第一的人挑战，压力太大了，但是，有压力才会有动力，我的方法是：1、 注意力集中。记忆时只有聚精会神，专心致志，排除杂念和外界干挠，大脑皮层就会留下深刻的记忆痕迹而不容易遗忘。如果精神涣散，一心二用，就会大大降低记忆效率。

2、兴趣浓厚。如果对学习材料，知识对象索然无味，即使花再多时间，也难以记住。

3、 理解记忆。理解是记忆的基础。只有理解的东西才能记得牢、记得久。仅靠死记硬背则不容易记得住。对于重要的学习内容，如能做到理解和背诵相结合，记忆效果会更好。

4、过度学习。即对学习材料在记住的基础上，多记几遍，达到熟记、牢记的程度。

5、及时复习。遗忘的速度是先快后慢。对刚学过的知识，趁热打铁，及时温习巩固，是强化记忆痕迹，防止遗忘的有效手段。

6、经常回忆。学习时，不断进行尝试回忆，可使记忆中的错误得以纠正，遗漏得以弥补，使学习内容中的重难点记得更牢。闲暇时经常回忆过去识记的对象，也能避免遗忘。

7、视听结合。可以同时利用语言功能和视、听觉器官的功能来强化记忆，提高记忆效率。这比单一默读的效果好得多。

8、多种手段。根据情况灵活运用分类记忆、图表记忆来缩短记忆过程。或者采取编提纲、记笔记、做卡片等方法来增强记忆力。

9、最佳时间。一般来说，上午9—11时，下午3—4时，晚上7—10时为最佳记忆时间。利用上述时间来记忆重难点和学习材料，效果要好得多。

10、科学用脑。在保证营养，积极休息，进行体育锻炼等保养大脑的基础上科学用脑。只有防止过度疲劳，保持积极乐观的情绪，才能大大提高大脑的工作效率。这是提高记忆力关键!

周六又经过一上午的紧张学习，终于迎来了元旦联欢会，那是今年的最后一次放松，它令我非常难忘。中午，因为下午要表演，所以戴了一个我认为最漂亮的发卡，把自己打扮的漂漂亮亮的早早来到学校。来到班里打眼一看，居然这么多人，来的都好早，而且都没有闲着的，念台词的念台词，表演节目的准备节目，两项都没有的，无非就是装饰教室。我干嘛呢，去练练节目吧，想找刘小铭，让她听听，可是她正忙着帮忙，不听，唉，那我也帮忙吧。

哟，体育老师来了，还没开始，来这干嘛?老师一开口吓一跳：“这是谁的吃的?”脑子突然转了个90°的急转弯，来“混饭吃”的，嘿嘿，吃吧，反正也不是我的。不久，东西的主人，毕润泽回来了，看见两个老师在“洗劫”他的东西，瞬间开了一场“抢夺宝贝的游戏”。没过多久，又来了历史老师、生物老师、微机老师……没想到的是，体育老师又来了，看样子挺高兴，我不禁疑惑的问道：“每个老师都来了一次，您怎么来了两次呢?”老师的回答让我真正的体会到无语的尴尬：“这里好吃的多，又舒服，还有节目看，让谁，谁不流连忘返呢?”

“天下没有免费的水果”，还要交水果钱，我表演完节目，和刘小铭暗暗议论着怎么把这水果钱吃回来，一人吃了几个橘子，撑的不行了，可“重头戏”还在后面，——发香蕉，娘啊，为什么我的饭量不大呢?

那天，我们把一切跟学习有关的事抛在脑后，尽情地玩。

联欢会结束了，又该好好的学习了，还有一周就期末考试了，多做点练习题，把出错的题看一看，争取期末考个好成绩，给这学期画一个圆满的句号。
