现在，人们越来越注重养生，人们在都追求健康的生活方式，其中健康饮食就是很重要的一个方面。俗话说，民以食为天，吃得美味又健康是我们所追求的目标。我认为，为了养成健康的饮食习惯，我们应该多吃蔬菜，少摄入脂肪和糖分。蔬菜是维生素的最佳来源，其中以维生素A和维生素C最为重要。过多的脂肪和糖分会导致肥胖，这有害于健康。此外，还应多吃水果多喝水，这都对健康有很大帮助。

The Spring Festival

This year,I had a exciting spring festival.Do you want to know about it?Let me tell you!

First,I went to ocean park with my family in Hongkong.It was very relaxing there.I ate the sea food.I played with the dolphins!

It was really happy there!

Then,we went to the Disneyland.It was very romantic.We enjoyed our selves there.It remind our mind to our childhood!If we will have another chance tour Hongkong.We will come there again!

In life we all have to go through failure, but failure is terrible, just keep an optimistic attitude, can overcome difficulties.

Who will be failure, some people give up after failure, however, some people maintained an optimistic attitude, fell to climb up from there. If you ask I will choose which one, I will choose the latter. If you dont believe it, then read on!

记得有一次期中考试，可能因为我做题时不认真，那次的成绩不太理想。看着那些获奖的同学们高高兴兴的领奖，我心里又羡慕又后悔，后悔当初不认真。如果当时我认真一些，可能站在领奖台上的人就是我了。这时，我猛的想起了“乐观”这俩个字，我就想：其实也没什么，只是一次考试而已，下次努力就行了。于是，我开始发奋学习。终于，在下一次的期中考试中，我获得了第一名。虽然这只是简单的两个字——乐观，但是，有些人就没有选择乐观，因此没有成功。但是有的人选择了乐观，从而获得了成功。就像著名的作家海伦-凯勒一样，她虽然得了小儿麻痹症，下身完全不能动了，但是，她选择了乐观，最后走向了成功。

在悲观人眼里，本来可以成功的事也把它看成做不成功的。但是在乐观者眼里，本来看似不可成功的，他们也能做好。这就是乐观者与悲观者的最大不同。在卓越的人身上，我们不难发现乐观，在失败的人身上，我们很容易发现悲观。因此，我们一定要乐观，乐观会给你带来成功。

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

Nowadays, a large number of students do not have breakfast everyday since they would like to spend more time making up their sleep.In addition, some girls hope to keep slim by not having breakfast.

However, at the same time, they also get some unpleasant results. For example, they feel sleepy in classes and cannot concentrate attention on their study completely. What’s worse, over a long time, their bad conditions will result in the deterioration in quality of their study and the decrease in grade.

Therefore, having breakfast is significant for us. For one thing, the breakfast provides 30 percent of energy we need for the whole day. As the saying goes, “Make your whole years plans in spring and your days plan early in the morning”. If we do not have breakfast, we would not have enough energy to deal with the matters in the whole day and the result of things we done can not run up to what we have expected. For another, having breakfast is conducive to strengthen our creative thinking. Only in a good condition in the morning can we come up with more fresh ideals.

In a word, having breakfast is indispensable. No matter how busy or sleep we are, we should have breakfast on time everyday.

Everybody have a dream, because we’re dreamers. In our heart, there is a colorful dream. Sometimes the dream is perfect, sometimes it’s special, sometimes it’s sweet, sometimes it’s yummy.

In my dream, there are some children. I always play games with them and enjoy ourselves. There are so many candies, too. Blue candies, pink candies, orange candies, apple candies…How delicious! In my dream, there is a special sky. In our world, the sky is blue, but the sky of my dream is pink, some angels are having fun there. In my dream, white bird can fly high, flowers can sing songs, frogs have a jump race, tomatoes are blue, potatoes are yellow, all the things are different.

In my dream, Chinese people, Korean people, Japanese people, Italian people, Spanish people, American people and Russian people are hand in hand. All the people smile for ever. It is a balanced world. .

In my dream, everything is wonderful, but our world isn’t like it. So we must like my dream, to let our world get more beautiful!
