作为哈尔滨国际冰雪节的龙头项目，冰灯艺术展是世界上最早、规模最大的一次。它已成为哈尔滨冰雪节传统活动的大型户外冰灯表演。第二十八冰灯艺术展今年仍在兆麟公园举行。这届冰灯以“美丽的花园在丝绸之路，与冰和雪在北方的长城”为主题。这个节目以中国西部大开发为主题，并提出了中国大西北的风情和悠久的历史和文化的人。冰灯展将注重产品战略和名牌效应。出血管的成就将在文化内涵、科技应用、艺术造型、灯光效果、群众参与。这冰灯展将包括2O02件0f冰雕艺术作品1大风景区。共25，OOO立方米的冰将被使用。
