我开始接触国际象棋始于诺贝尔幼儿园，当时幼儿园老师要我们每一个小朋友报一个兴趣班，我就选择了国际象棋班，从此，我就与国际象棋结下了不解之缘。

上小学后，我在麓山国际实验学校读一年级，很幸运，那里也有国际象棋培训班，我又报了名。那时的我比较贪玩，再加上培训班训练时是比较枯燥乏味的，于是我就有了放弃的念头，每当看到其他小朋友在操场上自由自在玩得很开心的时候，我就很羡慕他们，甚至还有点后悔我为什么要报这个班，不过，我最后还是坚持了下来。

二年级时，我转到了碧桂园威尼斯中英文学校，当时学校也有国际象棋兴趣班，我又报了名，当时的我在兴趣班里的水平还算是很高的，不过可惜的是，三年级后就没有这个兴趣班了。当我得知这个消息时，心情很沮丧，好不容易坚持做下来的一件事情又有了波折，我把这个消息告诉妈妈，妈妈安慰我，并告诉我可以利用周末的时间到校外的培训班去学习，那样，你就可以一直坚持下去了。我的心情顿时豁然开朗，马上要求妈妈帮我到校外找班、报名。直到现在，我我都一直坚持在校外学习国际象棋。

我们国际象棋每年都有比赛，由于参加比赛的人数很多，所以拿名次的几率非常小，但是我每次都会争取参加比赛，为的不仅仅是获奖，更重要的是在与对手切磋技艺的同时得到历练。我学国际象棋已经五年了，这五年间有苦也有乐，虽然取得了一些成绩，但在今后的时间里，我会以取得的成绩为动力，更加坚持不懈地努力学棋。我相信：终有一天，我会实现自己的梦想的！

多少次的失败和挫折已经让起初我那颗激情四射的心渐渐冷却了下来，对写作的信心也在一天天减少。直到我看着凌乱的桌子上那四个显眼的字“坚持不懈”，才重新唤醒了我写作的信心和勇气。

事情必须从头开始说起。我喜欢阅读和写作，放学与同学结伴去书店溜上一两圈似乎也成为了一种习惯。当捧着自己喜欢的书阅读时，就会有一种满足感。那日，我在杂志的尾页看到了一则投稿广告。作为这本书的忠实粉丝，当时心里就一个想法：一定要试一试！

于是一回家我就打开手机，点开官网，大致浏览了一下投稿流程，将报名表成功发送至对方邮箱时，下一刻我便“瞬间”收到了约稿函。可以说当时是无比兴奋地点开了约稿函，并且认真地将提供的材料一遍遍读下去。

当天，我就完成了人生的第一篇投稿的习作。我还依稀记得那天我很开心，还将电子稿发给了爸爸妈妈、爷爷奶奶。要他们为我的小说做点评，当然我心里更多的是想听到他们对我的赞赏。

事实果真如此，他们不是发“写得真好”就是“我宝贝真棒”之类的，这使我的虚荣心一下子就膨胀起来了。在我修改了二十次左右后，我将电子稿发到了对方的邮箱中，即刻收到了一条自动回复消息“会在12个工作日内将结果发至您的邮箱”。

似乎是胜券在握，在稿子发送成功的前几天，我对稿子的事还不是很在意。一直到了最后几天，我几乎是每时每刻都点开邮箱查看结果。令人煎熬的12个工作日过去了，但我还是没有收到他们的回复邮件，这是不是代表着失败了？那时的心情真的可以用被人泼了一盆冷水来形容。

但这也仅仅只是第一次，在接下来的许多次投稿中，我依旧没有收到他们的回信。我记得有一天我哭了很久，并且把所有的提纲和稿子都撕掉了，还赌气地对妈妈说：“我再也不写了！”

直到那天晚上我收到了这样一封邮件，内容是“梦想没有捷径。如果有，那么这条路的名字一定叫做坚持”。当时的我很天真地认为是他们给的回复，直到多年后我向母亲提起这件事时，才知道，那是母亲发的。

再后来，我不断投稿，稿子也被多次录用。经过这些曲折的经历，使我深深地认识到梦想的捷径就是坚持啊！我要成为像沙漠中的胡杨树一样坚强的人，在今后的人生道路上不断攀登高峰！（公众号：涵城语文）

Good environment can make people feel happy. To improve the environment means to qualify our life . What should we do to improve our environment ?

We should plant more trees . And we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers , lakes and fields .
