The Dragon Boat Festival， also called the Duanwu Festival， is celebrated on

the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. This

festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan， an upright and honest poet and

statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

river.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

races also demonstrate the virtues of cooperation and teamwork.

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. People who mourned the death of Qu threw Zong

With the changes of the times， the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

记得，第一次看到时，他们还踢着腿走得摇摇晃晃的，脚也蹬得无力。期间不时能看到教练给他们扶一下手，摆一下腰，有时候还踢上一脚，但是孩子和他们的家长一直都没有怨言。甚至有一天还看到教练撩起一个孩子的衣服对另一个孩子说：“你看，她腰上的乌青已经好几天了，那是她练习不够认真时，我踢的。”经过近两个月的练习，现在的他们已经能像模像样的摆臂、踢腿、跨步，一招一式是蛮有气势的了。虽说还不能和他们的老师相提并论，但也是初露锋芒了。

所以，如果没有坚持，怎能成就梦想？

曾经，有一个梦想，就是要当个画家。可是啊，对绘画却是一窍不通。

小学的时候，美术课上总是被别人嘲笑，就因为自己的画。每次课上，美术老师报成绩的时候，总是把头埋的低低的，生怕又被人嘲笑，总是过意不去。于是，对绘画产生了阴影，刻意去躲着它。

美术课的时候，拿起笔，不知道画些什么，脑袋空空的，就看着天空发呆。老师也注意到我了，几次与我谈话。说的什么也记不清了，好像是说绘画这门艺术，一小部分是靠天赋，可绝大多数是靠后天的努力。当时对我也没起到什么作用，可是在一个暑假，我最要好的朋友，她喜欢画画，于是她叫上我一起去绘画班里。虽然是有在学，可还是想躲避这个，所以只是在应付每天的课程。

“对于自己的人生我们都不是读者，而是作者，所以结局这种东西还是可以改变的吧。如果你不改变的话，所有的一切都不会改变”。偶然又重新想到了这句话，是和一个同好聊天的时候谈到的。

说的没错啊，是应该尝试着去改变一下。就像我最好的朋友一样，刚开始在绘画方面也是一窍不通，可就是因为喜欢，给自己定下了每天一画的目标，一步步向梦想靠近。我又为何不行呢？

于是我又重新踏上了绘画这条道路，还是那个不自信的自己，但却多了一些肯定。重新拿起画笔，也不再像以前那样盯着天空发呆，似乎有了新的目标，虽然是模模糊糊的，但是仍然明白：只为那个梦想，我就不会放弃，就一定会坚持下去。

因为我坚信，努力可以胜过一切。那梦想的种子其实早已在我心中播种，只是时机未到，没有发芽，而如今，却像蚕豆一样萌发，那么不起眼，却决心要冲破云霄。

梦想，只要是坚持。

Step 9,2011 Sunday Today my classmates and I went to the Old The nursing home on foot at 3 oclock in the afternoon. As soon as we got there, we began to clean the rooms and wash clothes for the old people. Some of us talked with them. After that we gave them some performances. The old people enjoyed themselves very much. We stayed there for two hours. At about 5 oclock we walked home. I felt very happy (for what I had done) although I was tired. 一年一度的元宵节到了，我怀着愉快的情绪来到奶奶家。

奶奶早已给我和姐姐准备好的灯笼，我的是一只笑眯眯的小猪，它的样貌十分可爱，还带着一个小肚兜。姐姐的是一只小蜻蜓，它的翅膀像真的一样，能够来回扇动。晚饭前，奶奶让我和姐姐用灯笼照一下粮仓和墙角等地方，奶奶说这样照过了的地方一年四季就不会生虫了。

晚饭过后，我们又到屋外放烟花，爸爸抱出一个很大的烟花，放在院子中间，一点火，噼里啪啦，只见火光冲天，烟花变成了一个个金黄色的小圆球，飞向四面八方，真漂亮，我和姐姐激动的又蹦又跳。

今年的正月十五我过得真快乐呀!

9月1日晚上8时，观看了《开学第一课》，我感触颇深。这个节目以“创造向未来”为主题，讲述了成龙的练戏经过、解老师的摄影感受、中国首架大飞机C919的创造经过和无壳蛋孵化小鸡的实验。其中让我印象最深刻的是摄影师——解老师。

50年前，解老师拥有了自己的第一架黑白相机，他致力于记录世界上美好的事情和景色。后来他有个愿望，想要通过照片帮助贫困山区的孩子。通过他的不懈努力，用10年时间拍摄贫困山区的学校，帮助很多学生走出大山，最终实现了自己的梦想。

他在广西一座贫困山区小学，看见桌椅破旧不堪，老师背着自己不到一岁的小孩上课。老师非常热爱自己的工作，不管自己的孩子有什么状况，都要坚持给同学们上课。在她眼里，这些同学都是她的孩子，希望同学们努力学习，通过知识改变他们的命运。为此，解老师深受感动。

在贵州山区的一座小学，解老师看见了一位“大眼睛”，发现她的书包好多破洞，衣服也有很多补丁。虽然条件艰苦，但是对她来说，好好学习就是有一大笔财富。她坚定着的信念，通过坚持、拼搏，最终实现了自己的梦想，组建了自己的爱心公益团队，回报社会。

在那里，解老师又发现了“大鼻涕”。“大鼻涕”是一个小男孩，因为天气寒冷，衣着单薄，一边流着鼻涕一边用功学习。后来，解老师的照片发布后，他得到了社会的捐助。但他没有把所有钱花在他身上，而是把自己大部分的钱分给了自己的同桌“大光头”。他们虽然自身困难，还是乐于帮助其他人。最后，“大鼻涕”和“大光头”都实现了他们的人生梦想。

“梅花香自苦寒来”，这三个故事告诉我，这些贫困山区的小孩有梦想，肯坚持，肯拼搏，凭借这些优秀品质走出了大山，实现了自己的梦想。和他们相比，我们的生活、学习环境是如此的优越，我要向他们学习，通过坚持、努力拼搏，实现自己的人生梦想。

花了五天时间，将《骆驼祥子》读完。

这本书讲的是一个洋车夫的故事。他有一个很好听的名字：祥子。

祥子曾经是一个很有梦想的洋车夫，他努力，他拼搏。可是，命运总是那么不堪，在黑暗的社会环境中，祥子遇到了一次又一次的挫折，最终，他被打垮了。

有人说，祥子没有毅力，如果他坚持拉车，或许就不会有那样的遭遇。但是，我却认为祥子走到这一步已经很不容易了。他怀揣着梦想，走上车夫之路，在黑暗的社会中挣扎着，活下来，是一件多么不易的事情啊！

有一次，我出去散步，偶然路过一棵树。抬头望去，却看到了一树光秃秃的枯枝。突然有一个小东西在向我招手，我的心一下子变亮了，急切地寻找着，原来是一片树叶。

这片树叶已然枯老，却依然骄傲地高悬在枝头。它周围光秃秃的树枝反而将它衬得更加孤傲，更加珍贵。一阵阵风吹来，我惊惶地盯着那片树叶。只见树叶微微摇晃着身子，却还是抓住树枝不放。是的！树叶不想就此凋零，它的人生已到尽头，但它不甘心，它要活出自己的风彩，它相信一定能熬到春天，等到那春风来临，它又将会是一条新的生命！

不由得想到了祥子。曾经，一个那么有梦想的人，却就这么甘心地凋零下去吗？如果他能坚持下去，那该多好呢？风雨过后，总是有彩虹的。坚持下去，你的梦想，说不定就会实现。

为了梦想，不论有多少困难，请一定要坚持下去。
