曾经听过这样一个故事。有人做过一个调查：一群学生，有了梦想、目标长远、清晰;有的学生目标较短小，但十分清晰;有的虽然目标比较清晰，但有时时无;有的目标模糊;有的根本没有目标。

数年后，这些学生都长大成人。目标长远清晰的人当了老板，干出了一番事业;目标短小清晰的人生活在社会上层，年薪高，是公司、政府的重要人员;目标时有时无的人生活在社会中层，有着稳定的工作;目标模糊的人生活在社会下层，靠打工生活，年薪不少，生活也比较稳定;没有目标的人大部分是乞丐，连打工也经常赚不到钱。

可见，梦想对人生是多么重要。有梦想，有目标，是走好人生之路的必要条件，有梦想，好似前方一片光明，有无尽的大道可走;没有梦想，就像脚底就是万丈深渊，羊肠小道也无存。

有人说，梦想有什么用?想来想去，也只是“想”，并不是真的。可是，我觉得，梦，才是最真的现实。一个人连梦都没有，还有什么事业呢?没有做不起的梦，只有太早醒的人，人要敢于“做梦”，不要总想着梦想离自己太遥远。一位法国总统，小时受到种族歧视，为了摆脱困境，梦想成为一个总统，并为之不懈努力，最后终于实现了梦想。梦想的力量是巨大的，它能让人从黑暗中走向光明;从混沌走向觉醒;从一个高峰走向另一个高峰。

那么，有了梦想，但不为之奋斗，能有成果吗?显然不能，如果那位法国总统小时只是幻想成为总统，那么最后必定沦为乞丐。有了梦想，而不付出努力，梦想就会变成空想，一定要踏踏实实过好每一刻。

It’s great pleasure for me to be here today and share my dream career with you. I hope to be a teacher. As a teacher , I will stay with young students , who are always energetic and have new ideas, so I will keep updating what I have learned. 坚守自己的梦想，需要勇气。著名革命家、革命烈士李大钊，他一生坚守着实现共产主义的梦想，即使身陷囹圄，他也从容淡定，不卑不亢，即使被处以极刑，他也是面无惧色。这是何等的气慨啊！正是因为他坚守着自己的梦想，才有了他不畏强敌的勇气。如果他没有勇气去坚守，那他怎么会选择献身，可能他就会背叛共产党投降于敌营，抑或一直只是一个普普通通的老百姓，就不会有如此轰轰烈烈的英雄事迹了。除了李大钊，夏明翰也是有勇气之人，他也和李大钊一样英勇献身。虽然共产主义依然遥远，但共产党的胜利已成事实。所以坚守自己的梦想，需要勇气。

坚守自己的梦想，需要毅力。著名舞者邰丽华，虽然身体残疾，但她依然坚守着成为舞蹈演员的梦想。在训练过程中的困难也许让她苦不堪言，但她靠着自己顽强的毅力将一切的困难都克服了，终于在舞台上演绎了一声完美的“千手观音”。假如她没有毅力，那她在遇到一点点的困难后，她就会选择放弃，就不会有坚守梦想之说了，也就不会有她那展现顽强之心的千手观音了。正是因为刘伟有顽强的毅力，他才能实现自己的音乐之梦，并精彩地活着，还夺得了“中国达人”的冠军。正是因为司马迁有顽强的毅力，他才能忍受宫刑之辱，实现著书之梦，为后世留下宝贵的财富。所以坚守自己的梦想，需要毅力。

坚守自己的梦想，需要不懈的努力。李时珍坚守着著出医书的梦想，他通过不懈的努力，翻山越岭，不怕困难，还亲自以身试药，终于著名的《本草纲目》产生了。何祥美坚守着成为全能战士的梦想，他通过不懈的努力，刻苦训练，最终成为了兵中之王，所以坚守自己的梦想，需要不懈的努力。

坚守自己的梦想，并为其付诸努力，成功的在门就会为你敞开。

Instant Noodles

Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. I realized my problem and started to stay away from instant noodles, then my appetite became good and I wanted to eat rice again. Instant noodles are junk food, we’d better eat it less.

两年以前，我很喜欢吃泡面，泡面闻起来很香，因为有美味的调料在里面。当我妈妈不在家的时候，我会买泡面吃，随着时间的流逝，我发现我的皮肤变得不好，我也不怎么喜欢吃米饭。我感到糟糕极了，我的妈妈告诉我我不应该吃那么多的泡面，这些没有营养，也让我胃口不好。我意识到了我的问题，开始不吃泡面，我的胃口变好了，也有食欲吃米饭。泡面是垃圾食品，我们最好少吃。

等伤好了，医生却警告她，以后不适合再参加长跑比赛了。她沮丧极了。多年的心血白费了。难道冠军梦就永远也实现不了了吗？这时，丈夫鼓励她说：”冠军有很多种，你做不了长跑比赛的冠军，可以做别的项目的冠军啊。“从此，她开始练习推铅球。

允许老年人参加的比赛并不多。七年后，她才等到了机会，报名参加了国外一场按年龄分组的铅球比赛。但就在出国前夕，她的丈夫突然病倒了。一边是等待了多年的得冠军的机会，一边是陪伴了自己大半生的丈夫，她最终放弃了比赛的机会。

多年后，她终于等到了世界大师锦标赛。这场大赛不仅包括铅球比赛，而且参赛选手的年龄不限，并按年龄分组比赛。不过，这项比赛却是在加拿大举办，离她的国家太远了。她的儿孙都不让她去。因为当时的她已经快八十岁了。虽然不能去，但她依然坚持锻炼。她坚信，自己有一天一定能当上冠军。

转眼，又二十多年过去了。2009年10月份，世界大师锦标赛终于在她的家乡举办了。来自全世界95个国家和地区的28292名”运动健将“参加了本届全球规模最大的体育赛事。虽然当时的她已经年过百岁，但没有人能再阻止她的冠军梦了。

那一天是10月10日，阳光明媚。她走上赛场后，举重若轻地捡起八斤多重的铅球放在肩头、深呼吸，然后用力一推，铅球飞出4米多远。这一整套流畅的动作让现场的观众们惊呼不已，都纷纷站起来给她鼓掌。她也凭此一举夺得了世界大师锦标赛女子100岁至104岁年龄组的铅球冠军。

记者问她：”您这么大年纪还能举得起这么重的铅球，真是令人惊叹。您是怎么锻炼的？“她骄傲地回答说：”我每周5天定期进行推举杠铃训练，我推举的杠铃足有80磅（约36.29公斤）。虽然我知道，只要我参赛就一定能获得冠军（在这个年龄段，能举得起这个重量，还能来这里参赛的人只有她一人），但那样对我来说太没意义了。我要向所有人证明，我不是靠幸运，而是靠实力夺取冠军的。“她的话赢来了众人热烈的鼓掌。

Saturday, my classmates and I went to the zoo, the first bus ride to the wildlife park. We take pictures at the door and we went in. Before we saw the peacock, I saw two peacocks opened the screen, and then have a good beautiful peacock open screen. Later we went to read the tiger, he ran so fast.
