we see the commercial ads, we can find the stars look gorgeous, we are so envy

about their young faces. but to me, i think the secret of keeping young is not

by surgery operation, but to keep a healthy lifestyle. today, young people are

living an unhealthy life, they like to stay up and wake up at the noon. young

people form the habit of taking activity at night while sleeping in the day. how

terrible it is, they are damaging their bodies, their bodies will get older than

the normal speed. if people sleep early and wake up in the morning, do some

exercises and keep the balance diet, they will look young. so don’t expect the

surgery to help look young, it is harmful, only the healthy lifestyle does.

十天的健美操训练已经接近尾声了，我们有很多任务没有完成，所以在这几天我们的训练更加抓紧了。

小年龄今年要在宁波市比赛上比竞技，所以她们更重要，老师先教她们动作，然后让她们自己练熟，她们每一个人练得都很认真，每一个人都不想给整个团队拖后腿。一共八个人，三五成群一起练，一起数拍子。练熟还不够，还要能跟得上音乐节奏。所以她们一直在跟音乐，一遍不够两遍，两遍不够三遍，反正直到跟得上为止。本来是练基本功的时间比较多，现在是练操的时间比较多，一节课的时间就更加紧迫，训练基本功比平时更认真才行。时间过得很快，一会儿就到压腿的时候了，刚刚一直蹦蹦跳跳的，现在一下子静下来，会觉得很热，后背像火在烧一样。

压腿比较重要，先压分腿前驱，一条腿架三个垫子，另一条腿放在地上，一首歌的时间，不能起来。柔韧可是我的弱点，所以每次压腿我都会觉得很痛，但只能忍着。老师要是看到有谁还没怎么下去，她会来帮你压，老师的目标也就那么几个。我知道自己肯定是老师的目标之一，所以趁老师还没来压，自己先往下压，老师一来，就是直接往上坐的，绝对不会手软的。果然不出我所料，老师向我走来，我已经做好了心理准备，老师做在了我的背上，原来我的身体是拱起来的，被老师这么一压，马上变平了，我也是一直在忍着疼的。一般老师来压，先不高度降低，然后引导我们调整呼吸，接着慢慢地让我们用肚子去贴地，那个过程是最难忍的，想反抗是不行的，越反抗越痛，但是我还是可以忍住。所以我在健美操队里有一个外号叫“忍者”，因为我很会忍疼。

训练的时候又累又痛，但是只要坚持一下就行了，现在回头想想，前几天训练也是这样的，不是照样熬过来了吗？所以做什么事都要坚持，想着马上就过去了，就坚持下来了。

前面还说过，小朋友追梦的坚定信念也是他坚持梦想的重要因素。历史长河中多少人的成败印证了他的正确。徐霞客不畏旅程艰险与人们的劝阻，坚持研究地理，终成卓越的地理学家；凡尔纳不顾出版社接连不断的退稿，坚持自己的风格，终成现代著名科幻作家。正是他们的坚定信念使他们不觉人言可畏，不顾追梦艰辛，不顾困难羁绊，坚持自己的梦，在各自的领域取得了非凡的成就。追梦的坚定赋予他们坚韧的毅力和强大的内心。培根说过：“灰心生失望，失望生动摇，动摇生失败。”缺乏坚定信念者会因小的不如意而唉声叹气，心灰意冷，终究难以坚持梦想，培根的格言便是他们一生的真实写照。
