每个人都应该有自己的梦想，有的人想当老师，有的人想当明星，画家，科学家，医生……一个人没有了梦想就像一个没有思想的躯壳，所以每个人都应该树立一个自己的梦想。但并不是仅仅有梦想就可以的了，更重要的是坚持，只有坚持自己的梦想，才能够成功。有的人树立过很多的梦想，但都没有坚持下去，其实梦想不需要多，只要有一个就可以了，并且也只有不断坚持着同一个梦想，这样才能够实现。

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

高中课本《我有一个梦想》一文中写出了黑人的苦难，和反抗的决心，坚持最初的梦想得到解放，得到自由，并经过自己的努力坚持到最后，让美国政府的空头支票得到兑现，而他们就像我们实现自身的价值一样，我们只有像他们那样坚持自己所想要的，并相信我们是块宝，我们不能等待伯乐的到来，而是要更快的发光发热让伯乐来发现。

所以我们要懂得争取，如果黑人不争取，哪来的自由，哪来的人权，哪来的幸福的生活。没有他们自己的努力与坚持就不会实现他们最初的梦想，只有坚持和自我推销我们才能够被伯乐发现，机遇永远是留给有准备的人的，伯乐时时都可能出现，所以我们得试试准备这，在伯乐没出现之前，我们能做的就是更加充实自己，曾加自身的价值，放低姿态，坚持最初的梦想。
