1958年，一个叫钟彬娴的中国籍女孩出生在加拿大东部的城市多伦多。小学四年级的时候，这个女孩非常渴望拥有一盒包含有120色的画笔。父母看的出来她对画笔的那份渴求，于是就和她达成一个协议：如果你的考试能够全得A，我们就给你买一套！为了得到那套画笔，小彬娴一直把自己关在房间里温习功课，什么生日派对，什么网球比赛，她统统置之不理。到了年底的时候，小彬娴终于交了一份写满A的成绩单给父母，如愿以偿地得到了自己梦寐以求的120色画笔。

20岁的时候，钟彬娴从美国普林斯顿大学的英国文学专业毕业了。很快，她就进入布鲁明百货公司上班，成为一名最基层的售货员。凭借着自己的努力和对工作的一腔热情，12年之后，钟彬娴就开始负责起公司所有的女装业务。

34岁时，钟彬娴与比她年长15岁的布鲁明百货公司CEO麦克·古尔德结婚了。为了避嫌，在结婚后的第二年，钟彬娴就辞职离开了这个公司，并着手寻找另一个新的企业。

在选择再就业的过程当中，雅芳作为生产化妆品的百年老店获得了一直从事女装业务的钟彬娴的青睐。她很快就加入了雅芳。

在钟彬娴刚刚加入雅芳不久，她与CEO吉姆曾有过一次会面。那一次，钟彬娴去他的办公室里汇报工作时，看到一块装饰板上印着四个足印：猿猴、男人的光脚、男式皮鞋和一只高跟鞋。上面还带有一个题词：这是领导权的演变！不经意间，吉姆对钟彬娴说过这样的话：我完全相信，在未来的10年，一定会有一位女性来领导雅芳！听完CEO的这番话，钟彬娴的内心澎湃极了，她在自己的心里深深地埋下一个梦想。

仅仅一年的时间，钟彬娴就凭借着丰富的管理经验和卓越的能力成为了雅芳公司的领导核心之一。在接下来的日子里，她的职场生涯一直都是顺风顺水。

1997年，CEO吉姆打算退休了，钟彬娴和其他两个人成为了雅芳CEO的候选人。这个时候的钟彬娴已经是雅芳的COO（首席运营官），负责雅芳的很多事务，并被业界人士所熟知。可以说，她已经在美国企业界放射出相当惊人的光芒。

可是，杰出的表现和外界的肯定仍然敌不过女性在职场中的劣势。一直觉得自己是CEO最合适人选的钟彬娴最终还是与这个职位擦肩而过了：另外一个名叫查尔斯·佩林的男性担任了新CEO的职务！董事会选择查尔斯·佩林的原因就在于：雅芳的百年历史上不曾有过一名女性CEO！

董事会的这次决定，给了钟彬娴很大的冲击。在她绝望的时候，很多其他企业代表纷纷上门来找过她，都想聘请她担任他们的CEO。面对这样挫折之后的盛情邀请，钟彬娴在痛苦挣扎之后，面带微笑一一回绝了：名称、头衔比不上我对雅芳的热情！

正是这种热情，钟彬娴一直默默的坚持下来了。

1999年，雅芳面遭遇了一场危机：股票一落千丈！到了11月，公司第四季度的销售和盈利急剧下滑，股票猛跌了50%！之后不久，首席执行官查尔斯·佩林引咎辞职了，雅芳陷入了生死攸关的时刻，董事会不得不物色另一个CEO人选。他们想起了钟彬娴。

钟彬娴得知董事会要她临危授命带动雅芳的时候，她没有丝毫怨言，挑起了这个重担。由于之前钟彬娴在企业界声名好，再加上她对雅芳进行的种种改革，雅芳的危机很快就化解了，并逐步走向成熟。当这场危机结束的时候，钟彬娴忍不住来到前CEO吉姆坐过的那个办公室里。看着墙上的那四个足印，她觉得吉姆的那句话犹如在耳，他肯定不知道，当初在听过这话之后，自己曾定下这样一个梦想：要成为雅芳百年历史上的首任女性CEO！

钟彬娴接任雅芳CEO的时候，只有40岁。在谈到自己成功带领雅芳走过艰难困境之后取得成功时，她说：我始终忘不了小学四年级的那件事情，父母亲早早地就在我的脑海里灌输了要坚持梦想、追求完美的信念！就是这种执着的坚持，钟彬娴终于实现了深埋多年的梦想！

人生在世，是为着一个目标而去奋斗的，建立一个梦想，是一件简单又困难的事……

曾经，当他人问起自己，你的梦想是什么？我经常每天换一个答案，我渐渐长大后，经历了欢笑和痛苦后，慢慢明白自己想要的到底是什么，迷茫之中，我找定了自己的梦想——我要当一名作家。

虽然说，有梦想，就有希望的光芒，沿着希望的光，就能实现梦想。但是，你还坚持着最初的梦想吗？你还为着最初信仰在努力奋斗吗？在实现梦想的途中，有苦难，也有欢笑，为着那一点点苦尽甘来的微笑，很少人会为此粉身碎骨，然后一笑而过，说达不到的梦想，就换一个吧。而大多数人不知道，在这放弃梦想的一次又一次中，早已迷失了方向……

我曾经也放弃过最初的梦想，想：要梦想，做什么？无忧无虑地过日子，挺好的。实现梦想的途中，不知有多少伤人的东西……可是，后来我发现，当我爱上文学创作时，已经离不看她，于是，我决定坚持最初的梦想，实现最初的梦想。

当我沿着希望的方向，努前进时，曾经经历过许多挫折：作文得低分，投稿失败，文采不佳等，我知道，这些困难需要一点一点去克服，经过时间的磨练，才能达到目的。于是，我一步一步，脚踏实地地按照计划表行事。

当我作文受到表扬，投稿成功时，并不为着成功而洋洋自得，也不为当前的成绩而感到满足，而是继续努力，因为我知道，这只是成功路上的一点小成绩，我并没有实现自己的梦想。

在人生路途中受挫时，只要心中有梦想之光在闪耀，眼前坚定着目标，沿着希望的方向，向前，再向前，就一定会离梦想越来越近。

梦想的力量，在无形中会祝你找到希望，记住，不要放弃，坚持最初的梦想，不要放弃，实现梦想的途中，困难是必不可少的，但它会丰富你的人生，坚持最初的梦想，绽放梦想之花！

不，每个人都有自己的梦想。梦想那些美好的事物。

但梦想也都是难以实现的，不是么?

幻想天堂有天使。于是梦想自己某天醒来，长出一双洁白的翅膀，变成了圣洁的天使。可梦想不等于空想，梦想是建立在现实的基础上的。

但其实我们每个人都是天使，只是在飞往天堂的途中被粗心的上帝遗忘在了这个叫做人间的地方。

每个女生都有过这样的梦想，梦想自己是灰姑娘，迟早有一天会变成公主。梦想自己是白雪公主，有着美丽的娇容。梦想自己是海的女儿，为爱牺牲，无怨无悔。但，梦想并不等于空想。梦想，是建立在现实的基础上的。

总是记得小时候整天满脑子的奇怪的想法，长大后却消失的无影无踪。唯一能让我们记起小时候的只能是在梦中吧。梦醒后，又要面对无聊复杂的世俗，面对否定我们的现实。

徘徊在尘世中，看虚伪的人们戴着虚假的面具处理事情，就连刚涉世的小孩子也都被世俗污染，变得成熟，老练。所有脱离现实的梦想都被否定，没有了幻想，也不敢幻想，孩童们的想像力在被一点点扼杀，一切都被安排，一切，都只能遵循着古人遗留下的来思考，来运行。

怀念过去的我们，一起骑单车回家，也慢慢骑过了我们的童年，幼年时代的美好却再也体会不到。每天重复着同样的动作，却仍有着不一样的乐趣。因为那时的我们，敢于幻想，我们会自己编织着自己的童年。

突然发现现在一代不如一代，某天走在路上听到几个很小的孩子都在骂人，感慨当年的我们多么纯真，虽然当时科技并不发达，但却保留下孩子原有的童真与稚气。纵然现在科技高速发展，以前的那些乐趣却已消失不见，社会在变，我们也被影响，但影响最深的还是那群孩子。

当世界逐渐改变的时候，我们也会潜移默化。真的希望能还给孩子们当孩子时应有的快乐，而不是那些本不属于他们的东西。

当世界重新变得美好时，我希望能重新听到孩子们的笑声，能在他们身上看到我们当时的影子。

我有一个梦想，救救孩子，还我们一个纯真的世界。
