Chongyang, the traditional Chinese festival for the elderly,即将来临

is coming around.

We are planning to visit the Nursing Home to celebrate the special day,

我们想邀请来自你们学校的同学们加入我们。

and we wound like to invite students from your school to join us.

我们计划数个活动We have planned several activities . When we get there , we will

visit the elderly in their rooms in groups, 向他们送花和自制的卡片，为了表达我们的尊敬和热爱。presenting

them with flowers and self--?made cards to show our respect and love. Then we

will do some cleaning and washing for them with the help of the nurses.

As some old people feel lonely .We may chat with them about their old days,

changes of our city, or anything they are interested in

.我们会给他们一些表演，例如：唱歌，舞蹈等等。

We may also give them some performances, such as singing, dancing and so

on.

我确定我们都会都中国的老人拥有更好的理解。I am sure we will both gain a better understanding of

the elderly inChina. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.

伴着本次主题“我的梦 中国梦”开始了这次丰富的《开学第一课》。

其中我最受感触的是杨孟衡和刘伟哥哥。杨孟衡哥哥7岁是失去双臂，但他也有自己的梦想，想当一名优秀的游泳冠军，可是这个梦想却被破灭了，因此他就努力学习，坚持不懈，这种精神使他考上了中山大学。而刘伟哥哥呢?他10岁双臂截肢，当时他还是没有放弃生活，没对生活失去希望。从此他走上了音乐的道路——弹钢琴，大家都只知道弹钢琴都是用手弹的，可他却有自己的方式，他虽然没有健全人的双臂，但他对音乐的道路很执着，坚持努力，比正常人要付出的多得多，正是他这种对梦想而去坚持的精神值得我们学习。我相信一句话：坚持成就梦想。

杨孟衡和刘伟哥哥共同特点是，虽然四肢不是很健全，当时他们的坚持不懈，努力奋斗，成就美好的梦想。

那么，谈起我的梦想呢?我也有很多，像当电子商务专家，一名烹调厨师，去环游世界等等。但我却没有像杨孟衡、刘伟哥哥那样为自己的梦想而努力。只是光在凭空想象，没有去努力奋斗。我不会坚持，凡事只是图一时新鲜，坚持不下来，就要放弃。记得有一次，那时我上幼儿园，爸爸妈妈在幼儿园里给我报了个舞蹈班。放学之后，在练舞房里压腿。才压了一分钟，我觉得有点累。就打算放弃了，于是哇哇大哭起来。爸爸妈妈知道后，就没给我报了。听完杨孟衡、刘伟哥哥坚持自己的梦想，我很惭愧，就觉得我要改变自己!

他们双臂截肢的人都能成就他们的梦想，更何况我们呢!每个人都应当有自己的梦想，关键是看你如何去坚持。当你选好自己要做什么向梦想前进时，不要半途而废。做任何一件事都要有恒心，有毅力。

这次的《开学第一课》使我收获了不少知识，懂得一些关于梦想的故事。坚持成就梦想!

Today I found time was a cruel thing.Whatever man is,time always goes on.It

won’t stay to wait for somebody.You can’t use anything to exchange time.Time is

also a fair thing.Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy comfortable

life.time won’t leave them more.

今天我发现时间是一个很残酷的东西,无论是什么人,时间总是会无情的流逝.它不会停止去等待任何一个人,你不能用任何东西去改变时间.时间也是公平的,尽管你拥有再多的金钱或者享受着安逸的生活,时间都不会让它长久.
