我可不是那种光说不做的人，我已经开始行动起来了。星期六，跟着爸爸去体育场训练。平常不怎么注意这400米的跑道，如今看看，真是令人胆颤。热完身，开始预备——跑!爸爸一声令下，我便开始慢跑起来。——刚开始，不能太猛的。我跟随爸爸的节奏，心中为自己喊喊口号：一二一!一二一……才跑了不到200米距离，我便已累的直喘粗气，我极力想调整好自己的呼吸，做到鼻子吸气、嘴巴呼气，可这空气硬是不听我指挥。刚想吸一口气，可是气管像是被什么堵住一样，而那体内的气又一个劲往外钻，害得我极度缺氧，边跑边拍着胸口。这调皮的空气还没捣乱够呢，这身体又开始凑热闹了，先是脚酸，没有一丝力气，这步伐已有些缓慢;再是腰部的疼痛，不知左腰这儿咋的了，我只好边捂着腰，边喘着粗气，再提起腿跑，从远处看，我活像个老太太。

好不容易跑了一圈，我不是缺氧，就是这儿疼，那儿痛，便落下爸爸好大一截距离。我向爸爸喊：“我不跑了!我休息一会儿吧?”得来的却是一句否定回答，爸爸让我坚持，不要放弃。我只好艰难的迈开脚步，赶上爸爸，继续一段痛苦的过程。汗珠滑过脸蛋，我无情地擦去了，一边跑一边忍着泪水，我快受不了了。最后一段，我半走半跑，看着前方爸爸的背影，心里呐喊着：加油!你可以的，想想自己的偶像，他们承受那么多痛苦，却仍在坚持!我鼓起勇气，向着属于自己的终点跑去……

我知道自己不一定能过800米长跑考核，但一句歌词：“至少有回忆珍藏”，我即使没有成功，但却拥有一段向梦想前进的过程，还有我收获的“坚持”。为了梦想去奋斗、去坚持!总有回忆来珍藏。

评语：“梦想要靠坚持”为题的作文，对于小学六年级的学生来说，审题定位不是难点，难在于如何把“梦想”、“坚持”具体化，避免写空，避免一味的“高、大、上”讲道理，而失去对生活的体验感悟。
