对此，感动中国的刘伟为我们做出了最好的诠释。九岁时，失去双臂的他小小年纪便尝到了绝望的滋味。但一个个离去的病友让他惊醒：活着已值得庆祝。于是，他不仅学会了自理生活，还准备冲击残奥会，但在那时，他又得了过敏性紫癫。现实像一个个耳光打在他脸上，坚强的刘伟没有抱怨现实，他说：要么死，要么精彩地活。他认识到喊疼已毫无意义，只有执着于梦想，一往无前。从零开始学钢琴的他，一年便达到七级水平，这在常人看来都不可想象，无法企及。在我看来，当代中国的砺志故事，没有一个能比得上刘伟的故事。刘伟执着于梦想，直面现实的冷酷，让梦想点亮现实，让世人为之动容、为之折服。

说起梦想照进现实，让我们想起两个人：英国的苏珊大妈和中国山东的朱之文。他们有很多共同之处：都出身农村，都家境困难，都没有上过学，都没有接受过专业训练，都没有吸引人的外表。但他们都有梦想，都在几十年如一日地练习唱歌，那么残酷的现实都阻挡不住他们对歌唱的渴望，对梦想的追求。看似不可能的事情终于如愿以偿。

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know

to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was

ill because of the hot weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My

parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in

the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went

out, the high temperature disagreed to me.At last, I was ill.

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street randomly.

No sooner had I done this than I realized that I had done something bad to our environment. And maybe someone would step on it and tumble over. I must pick it up. Thinking of these, I asked father to stop. I jumped off the bike and ran back to pick up the banana skin and threw it into a roadside dustbin. Seeing this, father praised me and I felt very happy.

Im so happy today because I got RMB 3,000 in "Lucky Money. "Grandpa alone gave me RMB 1,000. I must try to save this for college though and not waste it. But I think Ill allow myself to use part of it to buy a new dress tomorrow and then Ill put the rest un the bank.
