I have got a problem and I need to ask for your help. I feel I am a little too fat. What’s worse,I am putting on weight all the time. I am very worried about my figure and how I look. I even fear that some of my classmates call me names.

At one time, I tried to work out in a gym two or three times, but I finally gave up just because I had no time for it and always felt very tired after doing exercise. Once I tried going on a diet. However, after about a week, I could not go on because I felt so hungry that I was not able to continue my studies. Then I bought and took weight-loss pills in secret. Shortly after, they did work and I was losing weight fast. But soon I felt tired and weak sometimes.

I know those pills usually have bad effects on our health. Thus, I don’t know what I should do. Could you be kind enough to give some good advice.

Also dont know today is whats the matter, theres always a ship collided with us, so we just hit the somebody elses ship, and YouRenGu boat to us now, our ship strength big, turn it into a corner, and the smalls side and I started laughing. We see someone in dancing then put the boat ashore in the past, see of is from France, some people say that its time for our ship ashore, told us to stop the ship is in port, we put the boat soon in the past, on shore and went home.

正月初一那天，天气晴朗，万里无云，我和爸爸，妈妈，小表叔一起去公园划船。到了公园，人真多呀!连划船都要排成长长的队伍，爸爸去买了船票，我们在那里排队等了一个多小时，好不容易才等到了一个空船，我们赶快上了船。

我和小表叔坐在船的最前面，爸爸妈妈坐在后面。我和小表叔轮着掌握方向盘，爸爸妈妈在后面蹬着划船。我们在水里转来转去，玩的高兴极了。正在高兴时，忽然看见我们的船正直直往正前方的一条手划船上撞去，把划船的叔叔阿姨吓的赶紧转弯，把我们俩笑的肚子疼。妈妈说我没掌握好方向便让小表叔掌握方向，我想抵赖，于是就说：“还没到时间呢!”小表叔好象知道我在骗他，就说：“哥，时间是不是到了。”我爸爸说：“时间到了，浩悦让你小表叔来掌握方向。”我极不情愿的让给了他。也不知道今天是怎么了，总有船和我们相撞，刚才我们撞人家的船，现在又有人家的船来撞我们，我们的船劲大，把它撞的转了个弯，又把我和小表叔乐得哈哈大笑。又有一条汽船朝我们驶过来了，爸爸叫我们赶快转弯，我们立刻就转弯躲了过去。

我们看到岸上有人在跳舞便把船划了过去看，看的正美时，岸上有人说我们的船时间到了，叫我们停船靠岸，我们很快把船划了过去，上了岸便回家了。

那天我和小表叔玩的太开心啦!既划了船又知道怎样掌握船的方向，这事就是我寒假里最有趣的一件事。

When I was younger , I went through an thing which deeply influence me.

One day,I went to school as Usually. All of a sudden,I heard a voice

crying.I knew there were something wrong . So I walked towards the direction of

the voice .Then I found a child and his mother wandered off.My heart full of

compassion . So I decided to help him find his mother , and I took him to the

police station nearby . Then I went to school in a hurry , but when I arrived,I

found I’m still late . After my teacher’s preaching , I went back to the

classroom .I was so upset.

In the afternoon, my teacher asked me go out,he said he had wronged me. And

then I saw the child’s mother,she thanked me a lot,and I smiled shyly.

After the thing,I feel very happy to do good things,and I believe that

“give cake and ale to perfect soul”.

独坐夕阳湖边，挽一缕天青色，读一池盛开的阳光，听一曲醉人的歌，做一场恬静的梦，真是其乐融融。在欢乐的《呼兰河传》里，和萧红一起在祖父的园子里肆意奔跑，撒欢大喊；在温暖的《天蓝色的彼岸》里，和哈里共同体会生命和死亡的光辉意义；在神秘的《无字书图书馆》里，和玛嘉一同创作，拯救枯死的书，挽救没有文化的小镇；在惊悚的《神秘硬币游戏》里，和“hl侦探社”陷在复杂的推理和联想中，一起发现撕破伪装，揭开面具，解除谜团，开启暗箱的密码……

一个人的周末，紧锁门窗，与书对话，便拥有了童年最开心的时刻。尽情地阅读各种报刊，在书海里畅游。足不出户，就能体会到童话王国的虚幻美好，科学领域的神奇莫测，动物世界的千奇百怪，新时代社会的日新月异……这些往往都让我欣喜不已。看太多的未知变为已知，太多的文字变为智慧，一个个小小的惊悦不断细致了我的心灵。
