“青少年是国家的未来，在宪法日举行‘成年礼’，可以使青少年明确其社会责任和社会义务。”13日，全国人大代表、奥克斯集团董事长郑坚江表示，为树立青少年法制意识，建议在“宪法日”倡导举行成年礼，确立青少年的法制观念，树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。

随着社会进入转型期，青少年问题已经成为考验全社会的“时代病”。郑坚江就提到了“啃老族”，在他看来，一些青少年没有抗压能力和担当精神，吃不了苦，成了“啃老族”。“‘啃老族’的出现使劳动力和资源闲置，不仅不利于经济的发展和社会的进步，而且影响家庭和社会的稳定。”

而更为严重的是青少年犯罪问题，“近年来，青少年犯罪不光是数量上升，而且花样百出，探其究竟，无外乎由内因与外因造成。”郑坚江表示，内因是一些青少年自身素质不高，抵御能力差，一旦受到外界因素的影响、刺激，很容易走向犯罪道路。外因是家庭对孩子缺乏关爱，学校片面追求升学率，却忽略了法制教育，社会中“黄色”、“灰色”和“黑色”“三色污染”对青少年的严重侵蚀。

为此，他倡议在“宪法日”举行“成年礼”，使青少年树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。

所谓的“宪法日”，即12月4日。宪法是国家的根本大法，是治国安邦的总章程，所以将宪法实施日定为“宪法日”。

为何要举行成年礼?郑坚江说，“中国是礼仪之邦，礼仪文化延续至今已长达两千多年。成年礼作为中国传统礼仪，对于弘扬中华道德文明，起到很好推动作用。”他希望，通过成年礼活动，可以使青少年明确其社会责任和社会义务，从而加强其个体进入负有使命的成人社会时必须具备的道德感和责任心。

郑坚江还说，在“宪法日”倡导举行成年礼，更有利于确立青少年的法制意识，法制观念，进一步培养青少年的社会责任感与主人翁意识，使青少年能够更好的融入社会、服务社会和建设社会，树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。

至于成年礼的形式，郑坚江提出，以成年礼的仪式，倡导以学校为主体，召集刚满十八周岁的青少年进行升国旗、奏国歌、手持宪法宣誓(誓言由相关部门统一制定，仪式流程由相关部门统一确定)。在条件成熟的学校，可以邀请学生家长以及相关部门人员参加，举行法制讲座。

“党政有关部门要主动作为正确引导，学校要积极发动科学组织，社会要协同作战全力支持，家长要高度重视密切配合，只有全社会共同努力，把青少年的法制教育、责任教育抓好管好，以宪法意识、法制观念引领一代一代的青少年，家庭才能幸福，社会才能和谐，国家的法制建设才能得到长久的保证。”郑坚江说。

可是時间仿佛并不愿放过大家，此次期中考试以后，又要迈入期末考试，大家又逐渐拼了命的备考了，又要逐渐作战，時间确实绝不放过大家!每一个同学们都埋怨，为何時间那麼紧啊?使我们玩的時间也没有!在这儿，我觉得时间太紧了，可是如果我们从期中考试完毕后并沒有释放压力自身反倒还再接再厉备考得话那麼我觉得時间就沒有那麼紧了，由于这在之后的备考中早已分摊了一部分了。

As we know，water is very important to man，we cant live without water. The amount of water which is suitable to drink is less and less. But some people dont care about it. 想哭的那一刻，我们就应该痛快地哭。
