3、出门走路骑自行车，既可以锻炼身体，又可以保护环境。

4、购物时，少用塑料袋，多用环保购物袋。

5、节约用电，做到“人走灯灭”。

6、节约用纸，打印纸要双面打印，写作业也可以双面用纸。

7、保护水资源。不要再把废品丢进河里，以免造成污染，造成污染的空气吸进去对人体有害。
