高效的课堂是时下课堂教学的主流，也是我们一线教师的追求，在听完仇海云老师的讲座后，感想很多如何让孩子们喜欢上这个第二语言，学在其中乐在其中，如何才能提高教学效率，打造高效课堂，我有以下几点浅显的认识：

一、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

新课标指出：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，是学生建立自信心。养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神：是学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合运用语言的能力，培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象力和创新能力，帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异、拓展视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。

“兴趣是最好的老师”。这毋容置疑。作为小学生的启蒙英语老师，我们有责任有义务培养学生的兴趣，这个兴趣应该是具有持久性的、积极向上的特点的。而物质刺激的方法对任何人都适用，甚至是宠物，其所产生的兴趣只是短暂的，比较低级的。因此，老师应该从小学生的生理和心理特点出发，精心设计教法，把英语课与活动课相融合，让学生在活动中快快乐乐学英语。同时，教师可根据小学生好胜心强的特点，开展适当的竞争性游戏，通过小组竞赛的形式，采取加减分数、抢得红五星等多种方法，使学生在竞争活动中获得成功所带来的满足感、成就感。而且，这类活动还能增强学生的团结协作意识，培养学生的合作精神。

二、有效提问是提高课堂教学效率的关键

提问是触发学生思维的引言，是激发学生觉悟的契机，是教学检测的手段。提问的质量制约着教学进程能否推进，决定着教学效果的好坏。要运用好提问，应当注意这样几点：

1、提问要有计划性。一堂课要提问几个问题，对于所提问题的切入角度都要进行精心的构思。先问什么，后问什么，教师要胸有成竹，精心策划。提问要由表及里，由浅入深，步步深入。教师思路明晰，也对学生思维起着潜在的导向作用。

2、提问要有启发性。提问要促进学生思考，要减少或避免走过场的应答式提问——简单地问“对不对”、 “好不表面热闹，价值不大，好”这种应答式的提问，思维的含量很少，而这样的提问在教师实际课堂教学中大有存在。

3、提问要难易适度。有效备课中有个环节就是“备学生”， 学生接受能力有差异，所以我们说要因材施教。提问要根据学生的实际水平，不可过浅，以免走过场;又不可过难，以防学生茫然失措，产生畏难情绪。

三、采用丰富多彩的课堂活动

小学英语教学内容更多的是以日常交流语言为主，带有很强的情境性。而由于孩子随意注意稳定性较差。这就要求我们将枯燥的教学内容还原为实际生活，将课堂教学活化为交流情境。而丰富多彩的活动正是英语教学的情境化中介，是优化英语课堂的关键，是教师了解实际的策略，更是教与学的中介。英语教学活动化，教师应真正树立为学生服务的观念，遵循学生的心理发展和认识发展规律，精心设计课堂的每一个环节，采取种种方法，充分调动学生主体参与的积极性，做学生学习与活动的参谋者，引导者和组织者。从实际出发，精心设计各种新鲜的活动，全身心地投入课堂，对学生的差异要心中有数，对出现的问题及时发现，及时解决，要使学生乐于参与，使他们能够在学习中尽情地发挥自己的才能，充分地表达自己的思想，勇敢地阐述自己的观点，真诚地表露自己的感情。这样，才会有利于全面发展，使他们喜欢英语，喜欢上英语课。

1、丰富学生观察的内容。利用班队活动、游玩、家庭生活、校园环境等发生在学生身边的事例来训练学生的观察，要求学生有定向性的观察人、观察景、观察物。

2、教给学生观察方法。通过观察，在头脑中留下事物的印象，并进行想象和联想的训练，深化对事物的认识。

二、引导学生有条理地说，进而迁移到有条理地写

作文能力和说话是一致的，说话是作文的基础，作文是用笔来说话，学好作文，必须学好说话。说话是在不知不觉的摹仿中进行的，但不一定能把话说好说对，成为作文的基础。要培养和提高学生说话能力，进行说话训练。

1、指导学生正确发言，说完整话、说清楚话，开展各种活动，诱导学生说话。

2、加强诵读能力的训练。诵读可以丰富学生的词汇，增强语感，学会多种句式，进而把课文中的语言变为自己的语言，吸收、积累，形成连贯、精确的表达习惯。

3、复述，是用自己的语言和课文中的主要语句，将课文的内容有条理，有重点地表述出来的一种方式，是进行口语训练的一种重要途径和方法，是在学生理解和记忆课文内容的基础上进行的，还能帮助学生积累语言，培养学生正确、熟练运用语言的能力。方式有：详细复述，主要靠记忆来完成；简要复述：培养学生的概括能力；创造性复述，掌握原文中心后，用自己的语言复述；续编课文，锻炼学生口语表达能力的有效手段，可以开阔学生视野，使自身的感受和原文融为一体，体现个性，使文章的词汇化为自己的知识。使学生逐步说通，说顺。

4、认真上好口语交际课，增强学生的语言表达能力，提高语言表达效果。口语交际课就是让学生通过观察具体的事物，抓住主要内容，用自己的话有条理地说。学生懂得如何才能把一件事或一个物说清楚，说具体时，学生的思维也是最活跃，最有写作欲望，老师就可以顺势抓住时机，让学生把自己想说的话写出来。

5、教给学生说话的顺序。常见的顺序有：先概括后具体，按事情的发展顺序，按时间的先后顺序，按地点的转换，从形状到色彩，由外貌语言到动作心理，按“有的有的还有的”顺序，按“先接着然后最后的顺序等。

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in

time. And during my winter vacation, we welcome the most important festival in

一、 拓展描述，创造出新形象，培养创新思维的形象性

我们的大脑对已有表象进行加工而产生前所未有的新形象的思维特性，称为创新思维的形象性。通过想象、联想进行扩展性描述，使文中单调干瘪的形象变得鲜活有生气。

1、改编诗词，创造新形象

小学语文教材中诗词体裁的课文为培养学生创新思维形象性，开辟了广阔的空间。诗词体裁的课文有其特殊的特点：语言的高度凝练性，结构上的跳跃性，艺术形象的富于想象性。教学此类体裁的课文时，让学生将其改写成记叙文的形式，在了解诗词大意的基础上，结合课文插图和生活经验，展开充分合理的想象和联想，加工、改造、创造艺术新形象，使形象丰富、生动、鲜活;补充、完善诗词中空缺的结构，使情节连贯、有序、具体。而这一系列的思维训练无不浸透着学生的创作个性。

如改写《冬夜读书示子聿》，学生补叙了父子间亲切的对话，展现了父亲的谆谆教诲和儿子的悉心聆听，充满父子情深;改写《西江月 夜行黄沙道中》，学生细致描述了黄沙岭夏夜天气的微妙变化。其中有的联想到月亮姐姐吵醒了沉睡的鹊儿的美梦，要和它说悄悄话;青蛙在举行盛大的联欢会，庆祝丰收的好年景;星星也为这迷人的夜景而感动的落泪……一个个新鲜奇妙的形象孕育而生，学生微妙神奇的想象力在这里得到了尽情的展现 。

能迅速而轻易地从一类对象转向另一类对象的思维特性，称为创造思维的灵活性。语文课本的每一篇文章都是经过精心挑选的名篇佳作，都蕴含着可供借鉴学习的写作技法，教师要善于挖掘课文中典型的写作技法，指导学生学习，积极灵活的运用于写作，训练学生思维的灵活性。

1、学习写作的语言艺术

语言是文学的第一要素，正确精当地运用语言，准确具体地传达出事物的个性特征，创造出典型的艺术境界，作品才能给人以美的享受。学文中通过替换、比较、选择，让学生揣摩用词的准确美;抓住优美语句品读，让学生感受语言的声响美，描绘的意境美，抒发的情感美，在熏陶感染中鼓励学生积累(赏读、背诵、摘抄)、恰当地运用于写作。如教学《望月》开头一段的月色描写时，，让学生在反复吟诵中体会用词的优美，感受月色的朦胧美。在训练环节上我安排了仿写训练，让学生仿写一段景色，恰当地选用优美词句，用上比喻或拟人的修辞语句，这样写出的文章才生动有灵气。

2、学习不同文学样式的写作手法

语文课文中安排了各种类型的文学样式。在教学中我们应当指导学生学习此类作品的写法，巧妙灵活地运用于写作，切实做到学以致用。如教学《学会合作》这篇演讲稿时，我指导学生学习演讲稿的写法：以强有力的证据，分条屡析地阐明自己鲜明的观点。为了激发学生的写作热情，我精心组织了一场别开生面的演讲比赛。在撰写演讲稿时，学生们写出了诸如《学会运动》、《树立自信》、《做时间的主人》等演讲稿。教学《埃及的金字塔》、《夹竹桃》等说明性的课文时，指导学生学习通过

细致观察，写出事物鲜明特点来的写作手法;教学《鼎湖山听泉》，指导学生学习按顺序写游记的方法……为此我组织学生进行了游览、观赏等活动并指导学生写作训练。

当然还可以指导学生从课文中学到其他的写作手法：内容的详略得当、结构的总分式、典型环境中的心理刻画等，教师要细心挖掘，携取一点，以点带面，迁移运用，训练学生思维的灵活性。

三、 寻找思维的发散点，变通思考，培养学生创新思维的发散性

依据一定的知识和事实求得某一问题的多种可能答案的思维特性，称为创新思维的发散性。这是一种沿着不同方向、向着不同范围、不因循传统和常规的自由发散的思维方式，是从已知信息中衍生出大量变化的、独特而新颖的新信息的思维。语文教学中隐藏着许多可供发散思维的信息源，教师要善于捕捉，鼓励学生打破思维定势，从新角度、新观念出发认识事物，变通思考，敢于发表与众不同的见解，提出解决问题的新方法，并赋诸笔端。

1、 文尾续写法

依据课文故事结尾的发展情况，猜测、想象故事可能继续发展的趋势，进行续写。一些课文结尾给人以模糊的答案或造成悬念。如《狼和小羊》，狼向小羊扑去后结果怎样?可让学生猜测小羊的不同命运。即使没有明显的悬念结尾，教师也可故意设置续写的提示。如教学《最大的麦穗》这篇课文时，我安排了续写弟子们第二次摘麦穗时的情景的训练，进行思维的扩散训练;教学《聂荣臻和日本小姑娘》这篇课文时，让学生续写四十年后美穗子带着子女前来看望聂将军时的感人情景。总之，续写可突破思维的唯一性、集中性，让学生的思维生发开去，以提高学生的创新思维。

2、 写读后感法

一千个读者就有一千个哈姆雷特。写读后感应鼓励学生力求从问题的不同思考点出发，选取一点，抒发感慨，写出自己独特的感受，让立意出新。如写《负荆请罪》的读后感，有学生从蔺相如出发写为人应宽容大度;有学生从廉颇出发写处事应知错就改;有学生从赵国的形势出发阐述了生活在集体中应顾
