今年对我来说，可是意义非凡。因为今年是龙年，而我又是属龙的。于是，我在心里暗暗下定决心：我一定要把今年的春节联欢晚会从头到尾看完。
八点整，春节联欢晚会开始了。刚开场就热热闹闹的，让人感到了浓郁的年味儿。一个个精彩的节目，让我感到有些目不暇接。这些节目分为几大类：歌唱、舞蹈，还有令人捧腹大笑的小品，当然啦，还有刘谦的魔术。
最让我念念不忘的就是一个叫《天网恢恢》的小品。序幕拉开，有两个人正在打电话。在他们谈话的过程中，我知道了，原来他们是骗子。
虽说是骗子，但对话却令我捧腹大笑。这时，他们为了50万元，正焦急地找婷婷呢！
这时，清洁工李婶走了过来。当两个骗子询问她时，她说：“就是那个说话像小孩的你去死吧的婷婷，没看见。”这时一个骗子对另一个骗子说：“太像了，就她了。”另一个骗子说：“不行啊，一个扫地的。”李婶听了马上说：“怎么啦？拿扫帚的不一定是清洁工，有可能还是哈利波特呢！”让我忍俊不禁。
一个骗子想尽了办法，说服了李婶帮他们骗人。当他拨通了一个电话号码时，李婶说：“喂，我能骗您点钱吗？”让我忍不住哈哈大笑。
为了让李婶学会骗人，高个的骗子当场示范。当让李婶骗时，送外卖的又回来说要和他们把账算清。但由于他算错了，又找回了30元钱。我一边看一边在想：你这个数学全班第一到底是顺数的还是倒数的啊！
帮助骗子得到50万元的时候，李婶却发现钱打到她自己的卡里去了。之后，李婶现出了真面目——她是一名便衣警察。

汪峰的《春天里》在被农夫工旭日阳刚翻唱之后便成了农夫工的代表歌曲，但当《春天里》登上春晚时我发觉这首歌竟唱不出旭日阳刚在视频中光着膀子呐喊的那种感觉，还有就是在他们唱到一半时后面突然升起一排空的舞台让人不明所以，只有一个解释就是想转移观众对他们那略显紧张的歌声的注意力，这欲盖弥彰的做法也间接说明了旭日阳刚今次的表演是有所欠缺的，也是，我看了真的一点感觉都没有，不知你们被感动了没有。
最后的深圳农夫工街舞团表演的街舞就更加离谱了，跳街舞竟用《咱们工人有力量》这首歌曲作伴奏真是够创意的，可无论怎么看也只有一种感觉，不伦不类，张冠李戴，既看不到街舞带给我们的那种动感，也听不到咱们工人有力量的那种呐喊，而且农夫工演员那统一头盔加制服的着装也是一道败笔，因为他们都是来自从事各行各业的农夫工，有建筑工，洗车工，螺丝工等等，在着装方面应当也要各异不一才能体现出那全体农夫工搭配的那种精神面貌，这统一服装无疑太过舞台化，根本与草根这个名词南辕北辙了。所以，我认为农夫工街舞团是这三个草根节目最失利的一个。
看罢这三个节目，使我明白了一个道理，无论是什么节目，只要一登上央视春晚，它就得变味。

歌曲和舞蹈较多，新人表演的非常尽力，但是效果和往年不相上下。儿童节目“除夕”有创新，表演的不错。魔术感觉像地摊杂耍，看得有些累。语言类：表演相声时窗外鞭炮声不断没听清，这台节目不想看重播了，由网友补充吧。小品最差，感觉就像中学生自-拍自演的联欢会节目，或者像高考艺术院校考场中面试题的几个即兴小品，牵强的搞笑吵吵闹闹(比如：表演时用一句话说错了，重说，动作不对重做，反反复复的)这样根本产生不了“包袱”，只能让观众厌倦和讨厌。
巧妇难为无米之炊，即使像黄宏、蔡明这样优秀小品演员，表演牵强搞笑这样很幼稚的小品，作为演员和观众都很无奈。另外，除夕这种大型文艺节目最好不要以文艺界演职人员为素材(一会伴个导演，一会伴个采访的，一会伴演员)，让人看起来离大众生活太远。牵强的逗笑只有小朋友笑了，这几个小品适合在“六一”儿童节演给小朋友。这次春晚小品给人总体感觉像艺术院校的课堂作业，像工科院校机械制图课的一个课堂习题，而不是制造出人们生活中需求的产品，原因是缺少生活的“地气”。

一是千万吨炼油和石化基地建设取得突破性进展。经过艰苦努力，千万吨炼油项目取得了省备案证和环评、水资源论证报告、防洪评价、水土保持方案批复，通过了安全评价审查，项目建设所需的地方支持性文件已经全部完成，现已进入项目征地、总体设计、工艺包招投标等实施阶段。两个村庄的拆迁、搬迁工作正在紧张有序进行。石化基地总体规划和产业规划已经编制完成，并通过了专家评审。总体规划水资源论证报告获得了省水利厅的批复，环评报告的初稿已经编制完成。石化基地被列为河北省第三批重点产业支撑项目。同时，着眼于延伸石化产业链条，启动了100万吨乙烯项目的可研编制工作，谋划了4万吨可发性聚苯乙烯等一批产业链项目，提高了地方经济与石化产业的关联度。
二是工业强市步伐明显加快。坚持把增投资、上项目作为经济建设的主要引擎，严格落实重点项目领导分包责任制和定期督导调度制度，着力破解用地难、融资难等瓶颈问题，扎实推进项目建设。全市投资1000万元以上项目达到169个，总投资93.8亿元，其中亿元以上项目10个，省级重点项目4个。项目建设质量明显提高，经济结构明显优化，发展后劲明显增强。抢抓国家扩大内需的机遇，深入研究中央资金投向，全力以赴跑省进京，千方百计向上争取项目、资金、贷款和优惠政策，精心筛选上报了70个项目，计划争取上级资金18.75亿元。制定出台了支持工业区发展和异地项目建设的优惠政策，整合资源，统一建设了雁翎、燕南2个工业区，共入驻投资超千万元的项目41个，促进了石油化工、摩托车、铝型材、石油钻采设备制造等产业的提档升级，初步形成了“一大多强”的特色产业体系。我市被命名为“中国铝型材产业基地”和“中国三轮摩托车产业基地”。
三是城镇面貌三年大变样活动开局良好。按照“以拆促建、拆建并举”的要求，开展了声势浩大的拆迁拆违活动，全市共拆除各类建筑62万平方米，围墙1.05万延米，广告牌匾1.45万块，黑烟囱37个，圆满完成了全年的拆迁拆违任务。8个旧平房区和城中村改造项目稳步推进，旧住宅区改善和危陋住宅区改建工程取得阶段性成效。高标准完成了城市总体规划修编，并通过了省政府批准。确定了裕华路街景改造总体设计方案，现已完成地下管网整合工程。重点城建工程进展顺利，总投资1000万元的东风路西伸工程已竣工通车，总投资1400万元的长安道工程已完成前期准备工作;总投资1.1亿元的文化艺术中心主体工程已基本完工，总投资2亿元的体育中心项目已完成征地、拆迁等前期工作;天然气输配工程已接入市区住宅小区13个、用户5000余户;污水处理厂正在进行设备调试，污水管网工程已完成管道铺设;城区绿化工程全部完工，共种植树木9万多株，草坪6500平方米，新增改造绿化面积2.6万平方米，城镇面貌有较大改观。大广高速××段已开工建设，完成了年度任务目标。
四是对内对外开放工作有了新进展。按照“小团组、一对一、求实效”的招商策略，多次赴深圳、××开展招商活动，成功举办了××—××项目推介座谈会和深圳(××)项目洽谈会，引进了××工业园、香港太阳能模块生产线、联塑市政管道有限公司增资扩建、白洋淀温泉会馆和轻装旅游发展有限公司等一批投资规模大、科技含量高的好项目，促进了结构调整和产业提档升级。全市实际利用外资758万美元;引进省外资金13.9亿元，增长35%;实现出口创汇1.1亿美元，增长32.3%。
五是新农村建设扎实推进。完成省级无公害农产品基地认证10.2万亩。启动建设了肉鸡产业化一条龙屠宰加工、新源淀粉有限公司小麦加工扩建等一批龙头项目，农业产业化水平进一步提高。投资2亿多元，新修改建乡村道路27条、81.5公里，修建改造桥梁30座，完成35kv以上变电站3所，建成城市化供水村40个，建设新农村电气化村25个，农村基础设施进一步改善。严格落实上级各项惠农政策，发放各类直补金6940万元;加快科技兴农步伐，培训农民3万多人，转移农村富余劳动力9862人，农民收入持续较快增长。
六是节能减排工作成效明显。加强对石油化工、建材、造纸等重点行业的节能评估审查，严格执行耗能产品能耗限额标准，对5家企业实行了综合能耗季报制度，全市万元生产总值能耗下降5%。深入开展环保“利剑”行动，清理整顿违法排污企业590多家，关停46家。加大工程减排力度，总投资5600万元的城市生活垃圾卫生填埋场和总投资960万元的再生水工程顺利开工，化学需氧量和二氧化硫排放量分别削减11.5%和5.5%，基本完成了年度减排任务。
七是改善民生工作进一步加强。下大力增加城乡居民收入，预计城镇居民人均可支配收入13700元，农民人均纯收入5806元，分别增长11.4%和11%。认真落实促进就业和以创业带动就业的各项政策措施，新增城镇就业岗位3350个，下岗失业人员再就业1100人，实现了城镇零就业家庭动态归零的目标。以“五险、两院、一金、全覆盖”为重点的社会保障体系不断完善，“五险”扩面6222人，被征地农民养老保险制度开始实施;投资XX多万元，建成区域中心敬老院4所，农村五保户集中供养率达到21%，比上年提高5.6个百分点;加大住房公积金征管力度，累计归集3.46亿元;新型农村合作医疗人口覆盖率达到100%，参合率达到83.27%，参合标准由每人50元提高到100元。城乡救助体系不断完善，城乡低保对象分别达到5331人和10796人，最低生活保障标准均高于省定标准。为517户城市低收入家庭发放住房补贴134.82万元，为110户家庭提供了廉租住房保障。

春节我放了很多很多的鞭炮，有“钻天猴”，“钻天猴”一放马上飞到天上，发出啪啪的声音，非常好听。第二个放的是“大坦克”，像真的坦克一样冲了过去，开到一半就停了下来，发出五颜六色的光芒，美丽极了!第三个放的是蝴蝶花炮，蝴蝶花炮一点火就像火箭一样飞了出去，飞的很远很远。第四个放的是摔炮，摔炮向地上一扔就响，用脚一踩也响。
我非常喜欢过春节，要天天都是春节那该多好呀!
