虽说是骗子，但对话却令我捧腹大笑。这时，他们为了50万元，正焦急地找婷婷呢！

这时，清洁工李婶走了过来。当两个骗子询问她时，她说：“就是那个说话像小孩的你去死吧的婷婷，没看见。”这时一个骗子对另一个骗子说：“太像了，就她了。”另一个骗子说：“不行啊，一个扫地的。”李婶听了马上说：“怎么啦？拿扫帚的不一定是清洁工，有可能还是哈利波特呢！”让我忍俊不禁。

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung up along the main streets, making the ancient town filled with the festival atmosphere. While people clean up their houses, decorate it with traditional decorations such as Chinese knots and paper cutting. Each family pastes up Spring Festival couplets to convey their best wishes for the coming year.

On the New Year’s Eve, the whole family sits around, having a

sumptuous feast of reunion. It is worth mentioning that the food we have called maiyouzhi is unique. There is a flat piece of wheat sheet covering various vegetable and meat then rolling them up. What a delicious it is! After dinner, the family always watches the Spring Festival Gala Evening, and sets up fireworks to watch in the New Year.

On the first day of the New Year, people pay visits to the relatives and friends to send New Year’s greetings to each other and wish everything smoothly in the new year. The kids can get a lot of lucky money from the elders.

During the whole holiday, there are varied activities in the town such as lion and dragon dance, and all the citizens enjoy them very much.

My College Life

How time flies! I have been in Zhejiang Gongshang University for a semester. In retrospect, my college life is busy but colorful. Different from my senior high school’s life, the whole new life I led is much freer. I arranged my time,

becoming the master of myself.

First of all, study is still the core of my life. I major in Japanese which is both interesting and challenging. We are required to be accomplished in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. As a result I had to spend most of time in improving my abilities. Besides of the regular courses, I often attended the lecture and went to the library to eich my knowledge, and I do benefit from what I learnt.

As to the after school life, what I consider most meaningful is joining the YVP to serve society. I think it is the responsibility for every university student to make contribution to the community. Little as my effort is, I tried my best to help the people around us. Once the YVP organized us to sell secondhand books and raise the money to help the people indeed.

In addition, I quite enjoy the travels and the bees. Travels let me experience the sunshine, fresh air as well as the special taste of the local customs and practices. While the bees keep the friendship shining, and friends are as if family members. Both of them lit up my life.

All in all, the college life is a journey, and I have long way to go; all the memory is the most precious treasure, and I will value every moment.

接下来的节目是《时间都去哪了》。唱歌的时候，歌手后面的大屏幕上出现了一个女孩和她爸爸的照片，这个女孩叫大萌子，她爸爸选择了大萌子每长大一岁照一张照片，这样就记录下了大萌子长大的历程。有一天，大萌子无意中把这些照片都传到了网上，立刻就引起了许多人的评论。如同大萌子和他的爸爸一样，我们在一天天长大，父母却在一天天变老，我们只有好好学习，长大后好好报答他们，这样我们才能对的起父母这么多年来对我们的养育之情。

还有一个节目叫《剑心书韵》。节目中的人用一或两个手指就能把自己的身体立起来，真是台上一分钟，台下十年功啊！其中还有一段我觉得很押韵的台词：天地玄黄，宇宙洪荒。日月盈昃，辰宿列张。寒来暑往，秋收冬藏。闰余成岁，律吕调阳。看完这个节目，我心中不禁一阵惊呼，现在的人都好厉害啊，我也要抓紧时间提高自己，要不然就落后了。

看完春晚，我高兴的叫道：“春晚真精彩啊！现在已经是马年第一天了，在新的一年里，我祝自己马上学习好，祝家人马年行大运。”爸爸妈妈听了，高兴的一把搂住了我。

Lets me tell you how Chinese spend time on the Spring Festival.The Spring Festivail has a long history in China ,and its so important for Chinese.The festival is from January 1st to January 15st .The first day of new year,people usualiy stay at home to relax.A few also can clean house.All home hardly stick couplets ,Hanging pictures and post fu word.In that night,everyone doesnt go to bed to wait for moring.Firecrackers is popular way with celebrate the NewYear.The first few days,we can see many person visit relatives and friends each other.The Spring Festival has been a Chinese traditional culture festival,what do you think of it?

翻开我的快乐记忆宝典，但开快乐三年级那一页，第一眼就可以看到“元旦联欢会”这五个大字，继续往下看就会看到…………….。

那一天，我兴奋地走在这通往学校的小路上，我把我的快乐撒向那蔚蓝天空，“啊”耶，加油，加油，呀!我走在学校的走廊上听到这样奇怪的声音，我三步并作两步快速向班级走去，一进教室，“哇”我大叫一声，桌椅全变位了，把教室空出好大一片场地，电灯都挂上了彩色枝条，把白茫茫的空洞的光便成了彩色的，教室窗户上，贴上了春联，黑板上大大地写着五个字“元旦联欢会”“啊”我又听到了这种声音。我把眼光抛向了教室空地，“啊哈”原来是第一个节目已经开始了“老鹰捉小鸡，谁来玩呀。”只听见我们班的两个小主持人说。我一猜就猜到这个节目视自由活动节目。我把手中一满袋的零食放在了位子上，跑到空地，拉着最后一只“小鸡”的衣服。“老鹰”拼命的捉，“鸡妈妈”拼命地躲，哈哈，我成了重点保护对象了。不一会儿，“小鸡们”就被“鸡妈妈”甩得头昏眼花了。“啊!完了!”鸡妈妈大叫。我感觉我被人抓住了衣服。我转头，“啊，老鹰”我被捉住了，所以我必须光荣下。在这时这个自由活动节目也告此结束了。我怀着满足的心情回到了座位上。每次当我打开这个记忆时，它就像一个神奇的法事，给我无限的快乐。

我们一家早早就吃完团圆饭，坐在电视机旁等待着观看春节联 欢晚会的精彩表演。

祈盼已久的晚会终于开始了，整个晚会的节日欢乐气氛真 浓呀！联欢晚会会场分为上下两层，舞台上面挂着四五个红彤 彤的大灯笼，舞台两侧还画上了中华民族的传统画像，五颜六 色的灯光照着会场五光十色，会场的右上方竖着一条柱，上面 站着一只金光闪闪的“雄鸡”，真是美丽极了！

这次春节联欢晚会的节目可真多啊！有小品〈〈男人大丈 夫〉〉，〈〈功夫〉〉他们的精彩表演让观众笑得合不拢嘴； 相声〈〈咨询热线〉〉里笑星那幽默的语言令台下的观众哈哈 大笑；〈〈千手观音〉〉的舞蹈真令人赞叹不绝，难以忘怀； 还有著名歌手唱〈〈平安中国〉〉，那歌声可真是迷人，令人 陶醉……

联欢晚会最有趣的是小品是〈〈艺术人生〉〉，这个小品 是以中央电视台的〈〈艺术人生〉〉栏目为内容，由主持 人朱军访问笑星冯巩，他们两人是有着浓厚情谊的老朋友，经 常在一起主持和表演大型节目。你看，他们在表演节目里通过 真情实感的访问，一边互相劝酒，一边相互倾诉着对母爱思 念，激动得真情流露的时候还分别忍不住哭泣起来，那劝酒功 夫也钦称一绝，朱军访问完冯巩，又倒过来冯巩聊起朱军的家 常，主题离不开母爱的伟大。观众都分不清他们是在表演？还 是在访问？你看两位笑星做的每一个动作都令观众捧腹大笑， 每说一句话都让观众笑弯了腰。我笑得一屁股坐在地上，爸爸 妈妈也笑得前俯后仰。全场观众一边笑，一边不约而同地拍起 掌来。

最精彩的还是著名歌手胡雁、廖昌永演唱〈〈平安中 国〉〉，那优美的旋律让观众们深深地陶醉了，舞蹈演员也随 着音乐跳出美妙的舞蹈，歌手的歌声非常优美，舞蹈演员的舞 蹈也十分精彩，可真是迷人啊！人们仿佛看见了祖国在新的一 年里会更加平平安安。

精彩节日一个接着一个，一个比一个精彩，好像在这欢乐 的不眠之夜回放尽人间精彩，带出下一年的人间欢乐……鸡年 就快到了，人们更加活跃起来，许多人在高声欢呼……人们的 心是多么地激动啊！我也感到无比兴奋，心也快跳出来了。

XX年春节联欢晚会可真是精彩，预示着这世界祥且欢 乐。我们都希望在新的一年里平平安安，国家也更加繁荣昌盛。

对于××**连锁和××电器这个年轻的企业来说，每一个年头都很关键，也都很特别，2014年尤其如此。

在过去的2014年里，××**连锁已是连续第三年实现**市场占有率、销售毛利和企业净利润三项关节指标全面刷新历史记录。××电器也实现了较2014年近70%的增长率，虽然距我们年初确定的翻一番的目标，还有一定差距，但这样的发展势头和增长速度在省内同行业仍然是罕见的。

2014年，在公司董事长的领导下，在××管理团队和全体员工的共同努力下，××**连锁和××电器全年企业运行安全、规范、高效，队伍稳定并状态昂扬，企业制度建设、文化建设和企业品牌建设成效显著。

2014年，公司继续强力推进团队建设，继续坚持管理人员例行培训制度，通过培训、日常监督管理、每月考核、半年一述职，使得管理团队更趋成熟，特别是××电器的经营管理团队，今年通过调整组织架构和部门设置，调整人员分工，提拔晋升部分一线优秀员工和外聘优秀人才加盟等，使企业管理架构更加科学合理，管理人员队伍得到进一步壮大，团队结构和战斗力也得到了显著加强。

2015年，公司继续推进规范化管理，继续坚持原来行之有效的管理措施，公司例会和例行性业务学习基本做到雷打不动，每月目标订立、考核已成常态，公司管理渐趋系统化和模式化。特别是××电器，于5月份编制出台了《管理制度汇编》，为电器的规范化管理提供了系统的依据，使整个企业从员工的仪容仪表、出勤考勤、业务学习与考核、销售规范、对客服务规范、公平竞争规则、同事关系规则等，到商品采购、在库商品管理、物流配送、客户满意度回访与检测、客户投诉的受理与处理，以及各类检查、巡查等，从而为企业管理水平的不断提升打下坚实基础。

2015年，公司继续大力提升员工服务意识、服务能力和服务质量，继续推进客户满意服务体系建设。××**连锁为了便利客户售后维修，建立了××客服和多个厂家客服联合服务的强大服务阵容。××电器也加强了对员工的客户服务观念、服务意识、服务态度和服务技能的培训，开展了服务大赛和服务故事会主题活动，取得了显著效果。

2014年，公司继续完善和优化激励与约束机制。2014年，通过优化员工薪酬制度、优化管理人员薪酬制度和出台一些列的约束性制度，使公司人力资源管理机制化特色更加鲜明。在年底，公司又设计和出台了核心岗位人员期权激励制度，一方面，这充分体现了公司投资人愿意与公司管理运营团队分享企业经营和发展成果的企业家胸怀，另一方面也为公司建立了更深层次和更可靠的激励和约束机制，使公司具备了更强大的发展动力源，同时，也是朝着优秀的现代公司迈出了实质性一步。

2014年，公司始终高度重视安全管理和安全运营。包括消防安全、员工与顾客的人身安全、商品安全以及车辆行车安全等，大会小会常提醒，长要求，多检查，多防范，从而确保了全年安全管理工作的达标。

2014年，公司继续加强市场营销工作。每逢节假日，均推出促销活动。全年促销和广告宣传力度和投入费用比往年成倍增加。全年中，多次大型促销活动获得圆满成功，如××电器在大张广场的以旧换新专场活动等，不但对××电器当期销售拉动巨大，而且对提升××电器知名度和企业形象也有很大正面影响。

虽然2014年成绩是主要的，但我们还必须正视我们工作中存在的问题和不足。

一是××电器的企业品牌尚未在消费者心中建立清晰的价值观和强烈的好感，年初虽然提出了2014年为“品牌建设年”的口号，但因种种原因未能切实付诸实施，企业品牌的影响力和号召力还不够强，企业品牌建设还有待积极的、系统的、科学的推进;

二是员工队伍管理还有待加强，员工教育培训要实现常态化，特别是××电器员工队伍对企业的向心力和对凝聚力还有待加强，以及对客服务能力、水平、效率有待提升;××电器的管理人员中还时不时的会弥漫着浮躁情绪和本位主义工作作风，部门协调时有困难，扯皮推诿情况还时有发生。

三是公司的安全教育和安全管理工作有待进一步加强，特别是××电器车辆交通安全、商品安全、内部消防管理，都还存在一定隐患。员工的交通安全意识和良好的安全习惯有待加强。

四是商品销售总量、市场占有率、创利能力还要继续提升。

所以，鉴于企业现实状况和市场竞争的需要，2015年，公司将会以安全、顾客满意和公司盈利三项关键指标作为统筹新一年度全面的工作牛鼻子，其中，安全是前提也是保障，顾客满意是目标也是手段，盈利能力是标准也是目的。我们也只有抓住这几个牛鼻子，才能全面、系统的提升公司的运营和管理水平。对此，我本人充满信心。
